The swimming pool is great, the quality of the breakfast is nice. The hotel staff is working very fast and well, and they are very friendly. Lamine the waiter at the breakfast and Victoria the cleaner lady from the 4th floor they are both wonderful, lovely people and very good workers. Thank you for that.

One of the elevators were not working. We spent 2 weeks there... This caused a lot of problems because of the big amount of guests, conference members and sport team members . Many people were sick with coughing too and infected us with flu in the only one small elevator, or running up and down on the busy stairs... The aircondition in our room was very loud but worked very poor, the room was absolutely not cool. The breakfast menu should be a bit more variable. Especially the warm dishes and the fruits.

Staff are great, nice pool. Walking distance to new shopping centre and restaurants. Bar counter staff made coffees.

Cheaper rooms are a bit small for an out of town hotel. 20 euro per day for sun lounger a bit steep. Smokers at the entrance. Event booked for 2 nights in outside area so couldn't eat their with our dog as they don't allow dogs inside main restaurant. Breakfast is a bit chaotic with coffee machines regularly out of action and slow to restock items. Restaurant food is only ok. Little gelato truck was not in use.

Great value for money. We got a quiet, clean, well equipped and comfortable room with two separate beds. A very generous breakfast was excellent for starting our day. We traveled by public transport and the bus stop was around the corner - maybe 3 minutes by walking.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center - it takes about 40 minutes by public bus to get there. For us, it was not a problem apart from Sunday when we left and wanted to catch our train in the morning. Our regular bus wasn't operating on Sundays, and we had to take a walk to another bus line stop. We were under a little pressure to get to the train station and got there on time. However, we were not sure if we were going to make it. Of course, the hotel cannot fix this inconvenience and usually, it is not a problem, however, if you are traveling by public transport, you need to take it into consideration.

easy check in, plenty of on site parking, breakfast was good with ample selections, 50 meter swimming pool would be hard to fault except for the hours of 9am to 7pm, is a little limited in summer. 10 minutes drive to the easy parking in Bologna or catch the bus right outside the hotel, large Co op supermarket around the corner.

we chose one of their better rooms and the site boasts either pool or garden views and 25 sq meter room. our room was barely 18 sq meters and had a view of the roof. pretty disappointing for a four day stay. I was told to count the bathroom in the measurements, which of course I already had. the living space is 3 meters by 4 meters, do the math. Oh and we got a view of the roof because we booked for four days, if we had booked two days we could have had the garden or pool view, go figure that one.

The pool is beautiful. The property has almost everything you’d need to be comfortable. The only things I’d wished they had and didn’t was access to a washer / dryer and even later pool hours during the summer. The pool closes at 7pm, so maybe until 8pm?

The people who work there seem a bit overworked and it is a little far from things. The tradeoff was that they have 24 hour desk help and when I needed to get a taxi, they had priority taxi service—it was there in under 10 min. Also, there’s a shopping mall within a few blocks. For a weary traveler who forgot things or just wants to grab a snack, this is convenient.

Great hotel near the autostrada in peaceful neighbourhood. Very good breakfast, safe parking in front of the hotel. Staff is amazing and very kind! Big thanks to Rita, she make us the room always to be very neat. All staff are really really kind and big thanks to whole hotel team. This hotel is great choice if you dont like downtown chaos, and if you travel around the north of Italy, everything is on 1-2 hours and you dont lose time in traffic jams. Welcome drink in the lobby bar is great way to show respect to the guest!

There is no single bad thing about the hotel.

Car-Parking at the hotel and a shopping center are just around the corner, close to the highway, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, whether at check-in or room cleaning.

No boiled eggs for breakfast, which you would expect in a 4-star hotel. The hotel is located outside the city, and the last bus from the city center to the hotel is around 8:30 PM. It’s best to arrive by rental car. Also, the bus costs about 10-15 EUR per person from the airport to the city center and then another 2 EUR per person to the hotel.

Great hotel for family holidays. We enjoyed 1. Olympic size swimming pool, 2. easy access to Bologna and Modena 3. My kids enjoyed shopping centre nearby 4. Generous breakfast 5. Charger for our EV car 6. Last by not least important - incredibly attentive and accommodating staff

We loved the hotel two minor points We wish the pool was open from 7 to 9 pm instead of 9 am to 7 pm If there were heaving dumbbells in the gym hotel it would be a lot of suitable for training we do

We stayed at the Prestigious Roomz and they were clean, beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was massive and clean. The party venue was execellent. Staff were friendly and some able to speak English. Bus 89 is accessible to get to the town.

The knob for the rain shower at room 129 was faulty. We reported it and we were told that they will send someone to fix it but for the 6 days we were there, nobody came to fix it. When we ordered room service, the bar and the reception got mixed up with the orders and I need to chase our orders 5x and they finally delivered our food after 1.5 hours of waiting. In return, they offered a discount for the incovenience.

Even though you can see hotel is a bit old, team made everything to make you feel welcomed, everyone working are extremely friendly and professional, breakfast is fantastic, with lots of things to choose, even with stuff for vegans and gluten intolerant people. Swimming pool is such a great plus and we enjoyed so much. They have kids corner in front of reception. Beds are very comfy. Furniture is room was new. There is enough parking and it's free.

Bathroom looks old but still very functional and clean.
