Breakfast was lovely. The staff at the reception Ms. Monique was really welcoming. The beds were well done. There is a tram just 5 minutes walk outside the hotel no. 12 which takes you Dumo main square directly - its like 30 minutes plus. Uber is convenient too. The tram charges around EURO 2 something per trip, which is feasible. There are not too many resturants outside the hotel, so please take a note on this.

Very clean and spacious rooms, very nice staff and great hotel overall

The hotel is quite a bit further outside central Milan than I expected after seeing the map and there is no nearby metro stop. You need to use trams to get into central Milan, but these run close to the hotel (stop for trams 12 and 14 about a 6 minute walk away), so this isn’t too bad once you get used to them. Trams are very frequent and run from early till late, so these are good and take you most places. Apple Maps or similar will keep you tight about which ones to get and from where.

Nice hotel in a good location for where we were visiting in Milan. Short walk to the tram or strain station for easy access into the city centre. Safe covered parking for our hire car which was great. Very friendly staff and nice comfortable bed with good facilities in the room. The staff at the bar were great also.

Our bathroom was a little tired in places, maybe in need of modernisation but everything worked okay.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming. There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport.

The location is in a slightly run down area and a 20 Euro taxi ride from the centre of Milan.

I was in Milan for an event at the Milan Convention Centre. The hotel was convenient for the purpose of my trip. The hotel itself feels spacious and airy. I was impressed with the size of the room. There was even a bathtub! The breakfast had an excellent variety. There were both and cold options. I had very pleasant interactions with staff at reception. Very smooth check in and check out procedures

The room was clean and air conditioned. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly explaining how to get around the city interesting places to visit etc. The breakfast had a choice. Trams 1 and 12 (that goes to Doumo) are very close. Metro M2 (from Lanza) and Metro M5 (at Duomo) can be reached by Tram 12. There is a rail station about 1km down and there is a McDonalds nearby if you need a midnight snack. So it was great as we didn't have a car and used public transport to get around.

The hotel was generally very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and breakfast were delicious.

The only disadvantage of the hotel was that it was far from the center.

Really comfortable and clean hotel, exceptional beds, rich and varied breakfast, quite luxurious night stay if you're a concert goer to the Ippodromos near by

The views from the windows were to demolished buildings or otherwise industrial facilities, but this is no way the hotel's fault. We gathered that its location is well fit for any foreign concert goers (the Milan Racetracks - Ippodromo di San Siro and Snai La Maura are quite close by!), so you'll probably not even notice the surroundings

The cleanliness

In room 423 if you sleep on the side of the bed near the window you get woken up by the light... if you sleep on the other side its pitch black ad the beam in the ceiling blocks the light. Maybe some better curtains or blackout blinds
