The location is great if you are attending an exhibit in Milan. It's close to the exhibition centers, and not too far from the city. The hotel is a refurbished church, so it has a beautiful aesthetic. Room was a good size by European standards. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had enough choice and was changed slightly every day.

Bed is far too soft for my liking, but everything else was comfortable. It was an expensive stay, but that was because of Salone del Mobile. I think during normal times it would be good value for money.

At first glance the hotel was stunning! All the staff we interacted with were friendly and went the extra mild to make sure we had an amazing day. The room was clean and the pool area/ roof top pool was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The service by the pool was very slow. We waited almost an hour for our food. Also, there were lots of people putting their towels on the sun loungers, and then disappearing. They were not in the pool or at the bar. It would have been nice if staff removed these towels after a certain amount of time, to allow all guests the opportunity to use these facilities.

The staff were great, the rooms were clean & comfortable, & very quiet, so we had great sleeps during our stay. Beautiful building. Breakfast also excellent- lots of choice. We didn’t use the gym but it looked excellent & well equipped. The hotel is nearer to San Siro stadium than the city- but that worked for us attending a match! It’s super easy to get to via the metro. We stayed during the weekend of a marathon so it was pricey- was it worth £1100 for 3 nights?

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed- apparently because early April is still classed as Winter (even though it was 23 degrees) as it’s a rooftop pool I guess it could be windy. I think I’m grown up enough to decide myself if I wanted to brave it- but no it was completely closed. It was one of the reasons we booked this hotel; so we were disappointed not to be able to swim. This wasn’t made clear on Booking.com & perhaps should be to make guests aware. I wouldn’t pay extra for the outside balcony, it wasn’t worth it unless perhaps you smoke- the views from the balcony were unremarkable looking over the next street on/ flats & scrubland- so probably not worth the extra cost

4 Star Hotel with 5 Star service. Everybody was very attentive. We have been traveling with a dog. This is sometimes a little challenging. This Hotel was perfectly prepared with dog bed, treats, toys, notification signs at the door for the room service etc. The Dog was able to join us for breakfast and dinners so we didn't need to leave him in the room. It didn't feel like a hassle for anyone of the personell and also made our (and the dogs) trip very relaxed. We are looking forward to be back next time we are in Milano.

Due the winter time the outside pool and rooftop bar where closed - what is totally understandable. Since the weather was very nice during our stay, it would have been nice to access the roof anyway for drinks and some sun. It also would have been nice to have a Spa as alternative for the closed pool.

Location is a bit remote if wanting to visit central Milan - we spent a lot of money on Uber (which seem expensive) Plan ahead and research Metro/Trams

Pool area was difficult to get a drink on Friday, was closed and QR codes on tabes didn't;t work - WhatsApp to Cust services did work though, but a bit slow

Breakfast- Exceptional selection, extremely fresh and well chosen warm and cold selction. Staff- highly competent and very friendly and helpful. Hotel accomodation- Ideal location for travel, city connection and Motorway exit and entry. Parking- On site with plenty of space Interior design- Very temporay design, great flower selections and very bright environment.

High pricing of Bar - too extreme for the hotel and as a result we decided to go out every night except the final evening. Food in the restaurant very tasty but small selection and very small portions for the price. Breakfast- Tea preparation was not set up right. Hot water was always limited. No tea filters for making tea from fresh leaves that were already provided.

I loved the modern design and cleanliness of the hotel, especially the spacious rooms with stunning views of Milan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast selection was fantastic with a great variety of options.

There wasn’t much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel its self was beautiful on the outside and well as the inside. The lobby during the evening was very nice and peaceful, and the rooftop bar upstairs was a sun trap during the day and a great place to relax during the evening. The staff were very attentive and always made sure we was happy and always helpful when asked questions about the local area or how to get to places. Also the rooms were always spotless after room cleaning and it was always a lovely touch to have a sweet left on our pillows after every clean.

There wasn’t much to not like. The only things I can mention is that there wasn’t many vegan options when it came to hot food, the prices of the breakfast and cocktails were quite expensive. Lastly the playlist on the roof was very repetitive but during the evening it was a lot better.

Everything was perfect basically. We especially loved the staff who were all very nice and accommodating, really good and varied breakfast, and the pool area which was the cherry on top. Even in 36c heat during august there were sunbeds or chairs available. Easy transport nearby via the metro, and loved the nearby mall with restaurants open till 22.
