Very modern, tidy hotel with comfy beds. Staff are great. Restaurant and bar on-site which is good given the area hotel is in is a little sparse. Bus stop right outside is very convenient, direct bus to Venice can be taken from the hotel bus stop.

Hotel is on the outskirts of Mestre next to the highway so pretty limited as far as other food options, shops etc goes. Didn't find this as issue personally but worth knowing.

The hotel is nice and it has a very good location if you want visit Venice. There is a bus stopping right in front of the hotel and it goes all to way to Venice (it takes about 10-15 minutes to go to Venice). The restaurant is good, the staff is nice, there is a big underground parking with plenty of space to park your car. The hotel is close to the highway and the access by car is very good.

The power supply was interrupted multiple times during our stay, probably it was just a temporary situation because of the heavy rain. The check in is quite long, it took some time for the receptionist to enter the information on the PC. The area of the hotel is ok, but it doesn't seem to be so populated, so I am not sure it is absolutely safe to walk during the night, so we took the bus all the time when we went to Venice, which is quite fast and ok.

It was easy to get into Venice by bus (a 10 minute journey) and was very convenient for the airport, which was why we stayed there. Also had a check out time of 12pm which was good for us. The swimming pool was lovely and even had a bar there which was useful. The spa in the grounds let us shower before we left for our flight which was great as we then managed to use the pool and also get ready for our journey home, even though we had checked out of the room.

There isn't anything around the hotel at all - just an industrial estate so you had to eat in the hotel if you wanted anything in the evening. However, the food in the hotel was delicious!

The hotel is easy to find, it is located on the road and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel (about 7 minutes by bus to Venice). The bed and bedding are very comfortable!

Keep in mind that the hotel is quite old, which can be seen on the walls and the floors in the room. We felt that the toilet could have been cleaned better. Parking at the hotel is paid extra.

Our room was modern and clean. I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The hotel is in a pretty quiet area so our room on the second floor was pretty quiet.

The restaurant and bar were nice, but both were pretty expensive, even by Venice standards. We took the bus from Venice , which was a little confusing and got off at the wrong stop. We had to walk along a busy highway with our luggage with two kids. Not fun! Also we didn’t realize these busses are unlike other busses in Italy, you have to tap when you get off or the continue to bill you for the entire route!! The shuttle to airport was not available until 7 am which was too late for us.

The room is clean, the reception staff were helping and welcoming and also at the bar.

The breakfast is very thin in the veriaty, the ananas was not fresh and there was melon,green apple and kiwi.thats it for the fruit. The tomatoes were not tasty. At the bar at night for food the variety is low but they were very nice and prepered what i asked, really very very nice of them. In the bedroom there was a light green and red, flickering.terrible.we asked to turn it off.they couldnt but changed it to green, not flickering...so it was better.the curtains didnt close completely so the sun woke us up.

As solo traveller with dog choose this hotel because of the park nearby(park is really good!). Staff was amazing, really helpful! Pillows were awesome! This was my 3rd day of travel and first time I slept normally! Parking is paid but underground with not narrow entrance (well, in Venice this is important)..wasn't able to find EV charger for a car at the parking. Location is also great if you want to visit Venice island (by car), just 5-10 min drive (the views are amazing).

Well...as a solo traveller with a dog...we were not allowed at the restaurant (i know, policy is policy) but the room service started only from 7 PM (for me, after 6 hours of drive...I was really hoped to eat something at arrival). No gelato at the bar - my dog was very disappointed:) actually we looked at the park and weren't able to find it as well (hotel is 100% not responsible for park area.. but really could be nice to have ice cream at bar area). As a suggestion, as this is dog friendly hotel, could be nice to have bowl for water for dog at the room (of course we have our own...but...just as nice to have).

I booked the Hilton Garden Inn as I wanted a modern comfortable hotel. It's location was great. We got straight on the number 5 bus from the Airport for €10 each and the bus stop was right outside. Each day we got the bus into Venice which was approx 10-15minute bus journey. We bought a 48hr travel card from the hotel which let's you use any bus or water taxi service. Buses run every 15-20 minutes throughout the day and evening so we never had to wait too long. Breakfast at the hotel was a continental style with cooked breakfast also. Dinner menu doesn't change so we ate there the first night but out in Venice the other nights. On our last day our flight was late afternoon so we checked out, we could leave our baggage in their baggage store and used the Garden Space spa facilities for a couple of hours before collecting our bags and heading to the airport. For the journey back we used the hotel shuttle service which was the same price as the bus would have been.

Nothing to not like.

Modern,airy hotel far enough away from the airport to be very quiet. Not a huge mega size hotel as I had anticipated. Compared to the other "airport hotels"in Venice, this one is the most attractive and modern .Staff was very helpful with travel questions and arrangements. Large comfortable restaurant which looks out on the pool area. Conveniently located on the main bus line into Venice used by many tourists. Rooms were quiet and adequate motel size; bed and linens comfortable (king size beds!-hard to find in Europe!) Fee based shuttle to airport convenient and slightly less expensive than a taxi. Room rates are very reasonable priced and you can take the bus which stops outside directly into Venice in 15-20 minutes.

Despite having a pool, would have benefited from a shaded outside patio seating with chairs and tables. The restaurant needs to extend its hours to conform to people arriving at all times of the day and evening and offer more variety by offering specials each night. Views from rooms facing away from the street while quiet, are quite unattractive and would benefit from a line of trees across the back of the hotel.

Second time staying there. Love the ease of access into Venice, great breakfast.

As someone who likes quality music, the music playing in the breakfast room and the lobby was obnoxious, probably because it was AI generated with electronic drum tracks, trite melodies and repetitive vocals. I understand that maybe it costs royalties to play actual artists, but playing nothing would have been better. I went to the lobby to read and had to escape outside or back to my room to avoid the awful music.
