Outstanding hotel in a peaceful residential area. Excellent facilities, superb breakfast and lovely rooms - the hotel kindly upgraded us to the suite. staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Big thank you to the restaurant manager Ehab Qasrawi who catered for our every needs - a credit to the hotel as were all the other staff. Amazingly clean and not far by taxi (exceptionally cheap) to all the main attractions, others within walking distance. Do not hesitate to book - you won't be disappointed.

The moment we got to the hotel we were treated like royalties. Amin (Front office champion) made sure we were looked after and came up to our room to make sure all was 100% (it was) The breakfasts were just what we needed. Ehab the restaurant manager made sure we were looked after and even made me “Arabic” coffee …. During breakfast each day. The waiter and the chef faffed about us (and all the guests) making sure we had a magic breakfast. On our second night we were so tired we decided not to go out to a local restaurant and settled in for the hotels Buffett… it offered a good range of Arabic food and once again the service was magical (including another, now famous, coffee made by Ehab) So. From the “valet” parking wonderful meals and service that was simply out of this world, My wife and I would like to thank the Kaya Hotels management and staff, it made us feel so special ..

It’s simply fabulous 👍👍🤩

We were a group of ladies travelling together, and our stay at Kaya Hotel Amaan was superb. The Manager Marwan was fantastic he was always available to advise and resolve any queries we had. He assisted us with planning our excursions and gave us a great deal and a perfect bespoke itinerary. Amaan is very expensive so it was very much appreciated. My friend became unwell and needed some medication in the middle of the night, and staff were great in supporting us and went over and beyond. The food was great, and staff were so attentive - we were so well looked after. We also used the spa services and the hairdressers - the best blow dry I have ever had. So if you're staying at Kaya, then you must ask for Sabrin, and she will make your hair look amazing. Finally, I can not express enough gratitude to our guide and driver Rami, who spent the week taking us on local trips. No job was too big, and he ensured that we were safe and that we were not rushed. He would give us enough time at each site and provide us with information about the different places we visited. Kaya Hotel was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely visit again. A massive thank you to you all.

There is nothing that I did not like. Although, not a criticism as staff would advise us on what the food choices were when we asked, but having labels on the different food would be helpful too.

For me nothing as they looked after me

I liked the breakfast it was really tasty and amazing the staff were exceptional especially the house keeping he was top notch his name was Meshal. He was amazing. Marwan the manager was the best manager I have had. laith, Omar and Ahmad were extremely nice and helpful and were always willing to do whatever it takes. Even if the rooms had problems they sorted it out. The new guy nick name tick but Tarik was his name was the best staff member I had a convosation with. And they all spoke good English too! They even put all my rooms on the same floor

I wish it had a longer time for breakfast so we can catch it later on. Also they only gave one card per room normally we get as many as we need for the family in case one person is out or not at the hotel it was quite annoying. The swimming pool was a bit small it did the trick but would prefer a bigger pool. As there was a lot of us. I was hoping they would offer free drinks like an all inclusive as I’m use to it but only got juice and water and strong coffee during my stay which was fine but other drink varieties definitely needed!

First of all I would like to thank the main man of the hotel Mr Moanad for organising our stay and lunch at Grand East Hotel. And also for giving us a suite room on day of arrival. Really appreciate the kind gesture🥰 The over all staff at Kaya are amazing very helpful and friendly. Everyone made us feel at home, from reception to room boys. Special mention to Rami the transport supervisor, he is so kind and very helpful. Rami is so patient and guiding us through everywhere we want to go. He is so patiently waiting for us hours until we finished our site exploring. He took us to the best restaurant to eat.He is always happy and friendly. He is always earlly and so committed to his job. He treat us so kind. He was consistently assisting us from Amman to long distance drive to wadi musa, wadi rum, Dead Sea etc. he always warn us not to entertain merchants trying to scam on selling stuff etc. Rami is brilliant👏🏻. Not to forget Omar he is kind and thoughtful and caring too, he always make his best to help us and made us feel at home. Omar is always happy and funny, making the guests happy too. Omar drive us to the Abdali shopping mall coz he doesn’t want us to walk all the way. He dropped us off to the airport smoothly. Kaya hotel need them type of staff to work with you. Many people to mention Osama thank you for your kind hospitality, such a helpful and caring man. Mohammad who drove us to downtown, despite his Batman skill driving didn’t work coz he was stucked two hours in traffic. He is amazing. I can’t remember the names of the other staff. Marwan whom I have interacted via WhatsApp days and days before my arrival I have only met face to face on the day of my departure🤣. The over all staff are amazing, always smiling, these are the type of staff should be kept and rewarded. Everyone made us feel at home. I would definitely come back here.

I don’t remember anything of that I didn’t like

From my collection at the airport to my return I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the hotel. My initial driver Ibrahim welcomed me, spoke happily and freely of beautiful country on my transfer and made me very relaxed. I checked in very early and was given Arabic coffee as I entered and welcomed with warmth by the staff and checked in smoothly before settling in to my spacious room. I missed breakfast on the first day but the offerings when I did attend thereafter were amazing of both hot and cold, sweet and savory with a chef on hand to make fresh omelettes, should you require, whilst the breakfast room itself was very well managed by both Nezar and Manal who both kept a polite but attentive approach whilst I enjoyed the food on offer. Whenever I encountered anyone throughout the hotel they were always smiling and asking if anything was required or being courteous which always makes me smile, it doesn’t take much to be polite but everywhere I went I was greeted with a welcome. My room was on the second floor, at the front of the building and I opted for a one bed apartment which was very spacious with lovely views of the city and in particular of the King Abdullah 1 mosque which woke me each morning with the beautiful Adhan, a perfect start to each day. Sadly as with all stays there is an end and after reluctantly departing I had a very happy drive back to the airport with Omar and we laughed and shared each others music and I was kindly bought tea too before being dropped off in the early hours. Thank you to everyone, everyone, throughout the hotel who made me not only relaxed but welcomed throughout my stay, the whole staff at all times exceeded my expectations and I would always return here the the Kaya.

Very welcoming staff. I was offered a free room upgrade. They really took care of my old parents especially in the restaurant during the breakfast (must thank the cook who used to deliver delicious omelet). Mohammed Faore from housekeeping was very kind and helpful he made my stay even better. All in all it's very good and I may say it's equivalent to European four star with maybe half price.

I like the staff, we arrived at early hour morning at about 5 AM out of hours check in, the reception and the staff Osama were very accommodating they took care of us, they have tried their best to get the room ready and while waiting they fed and fed us by 7 AM they let us have our breakfast. The main man of the house modir Moanad was very kind he let us check in early and put us on a suite room with no extra charge. Everything was organised. Generally all the staff are very hospitable and helpful.

I don’t remember anything of that I dislike

The hotel truly made our stay memorable. What we appreciated the most – and what matters most to us – was the staff! Our special thanks go to Mr. Usama (night shift) for his hospitality and caring attitude, to Ms. Nour for her excellent advice, and to Ms. Sabreen from the beautiful and spotless spa for her outstanding massage treatment. Furthermore, the hotel is very clean and located just a few minutes from the vibrant Abdali Boulevard. We will definitely come back!

We liked everything about the hotel, except that it was a bit noisy during the day since our room was on the ground floor.
