The room is enough to fit 2 beds with extra space to walk around. There's a small fridge inside the room, so it is easy to keep your food and drinks. Our room has a window with the view of Komtar. It was a very nice scenery.

There's no iron provided in the room, so we need to go and iron our clothes at the iron station, which was located on the opposite site of our room location. We found it quite troublesome and inconvenient. The phone number displayed on Google was no longer in service. The lighting was rather confusing.

Room was clean and quiet most of the time. The breakfast was very good and staff cleared the table quickly. The guard uncle was very friendly and jovial. He can clear the guests coming to restaurant easily. Friendly atmosphere noted on both days.

Parking not available in front of hotel at night. Check out without providing hotel bill. No courtesy from receptionist to say thank you during check in and check out. Only 1 person was on duty and on mobile phone while we were waiting after a long trip.

The Hotel is not modern and a bit of age but it provides good quality and comfort. I stayed on the 7th floor, the water pressure was great. The room had a fridge, a kettle. Water bottles, tea bags and instant coffee were provided daily. There was a saftey box in the room, which as a traveling tourist was helpful. I appreciated the wardrobe and a very comfortable bed with cotton linen which I personally prefer over polyester fibres AC worked fine and reliable.. Should you think the location is not right in the centre of George Town, think about whether you appreciate the stated amenities and a good price to quality relation over a buzzling location. In case you don't want to walk to the busy centre of George Town just use Grab to get to your destination. I made the decision to switch accomodations which I regreted the moment I entered the room of the other hotel.

The smell of the towels. Sometimes the odour of vinegar was prevailing.

The first room assigned too small & gloomy but recognized as such & recieved upgrade Nothing else Check in smooth Friendly staff loaned an umbrella for our walks

The cleanliness of the room is good. And location is good.

The car parks are very limited. The front desk will not pick up the calls. I had left my mobile phone charger when i checked out from room 202 and i tried to call them so many times and no one bother to answer the call. Even when I stayed there, I rand the reception, no one answered the call as well.

It was close to almost all of the George Town's tourist spots. The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean. The staff is helpful and sweet.

The room didn't had much ventilation which was causing a little of suffocation. That's all we didn't like much.

I had called them numerous of time and the staff that manning the front counter do not pick up the call. I had left my Samsung phone charger at the bed side table of room 202. Trying to call them but no one picks it the call. Very frustrated.

The room was ok and reasonable with price, breakfast was nice too, esp tea tarik is so good 👍

However at night after return back from dinner there is no parking available due to number of parking is limited. Have to park at area which has to pay RM20/night due to hotel not provide enough parking for guest! Hotel pls improve on this.

Very spacious room, comfy beds, good water pressure and plenty of plug points. Bathroom water heater functions well. Lots of lights in the room as well.Clean sheets and interesting path to get to our room due to building being old /possibly a heritage building. Great if you're looking for a budget place to stay for a short period of time!

Towels had a damp smell as if they were not dried before being folded and put in our room..basic amenities for a 3 star hotel room such as toothpaste/toothbrush, shower cap, bar soap were not provided! Downstairs convenience store should be open 24 hours and not close by midnight..oh and parking is an issue here, u have to park in the city council (mbpp) alloted parking lots by the side of the road as hotel parking is limited! So if its a normal working day u would probably need to pay for parking too..

The TOP is on walking distance. The staff is informative and helpful. There is "mini" market inside the hotel for buying instant noodle or chips and additional water as well.

The food for breakfast can be improved.
