The room is spacious. Can walk to different places easily, such as a grocery shop. Near the shopping malls. The staff are kind, you can request water bottles everyday from them.

Very noisy at night. You can hear someone singing karaoke, or the motorbikes, or the car during midnight. So you have to bring ear plugs, otherwise the whole night you may cannot sleep. There is no place for you to hang your clothes in the bathroom. The hanger is locked in the cupboard, so you better bring your own hanger. The refrigerator is not working.

Interior of the room are perfect, clean and spacious rooms with new renovation at room and toilet. At the super cheap price and worth to get this bigger room in the KK town centre. Convenience for foods and shopping around the apartment.

Exterior corridor and share lift with low cost apartment residences resulted uncomfortable feel for ladies as many foreigners are going in/out at that areas. No free parking and cannot find it from google map. Advisable to search for Hong Leong bank Jalan Api-api which is beside the reception of the apartment.

1) The location: It just walking distance each of the places ie Gaya Street, Center Point, Philippines Market and shop lots. 2) Room: It was okay, just the bathroom door they need to fix it. It was not properly fixed. You need to fix this before the guest(s) coming. Owh ya, the room located at the 1st floor and u need to go by staircase if you choose normal room (no Kitchenette and window) 3) Cleanliness: the room was okay, comfy, large queen bed, clean and got hair dryer too. 4) Amenities: surrounding with other shops ie 99 Speed Mart, mamak Stall, reflexing massage, etc

So far nothing much. Just the hotel needs to fix the bathroom door and checking every room and fix whatever is necessary.

Affordable price. Good location. Under ground parking verry affordable price if u need to park your car for a long time. I like the customer services.very friendly. They event ask me via whatsapp if I need someting. The room also clean and big enought for us.I like the room.

My room (family room block 4/5, forgot the room number) very noice like some one walking around the room (i thing the uper room) at the mid nite and its difficult for us to get sleep.The TV in our room didn't work.so along we stay at the room we cant watch tv. Hopefully the service apartment will take note about thats.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The room is big, clean and has a little kitchen. Rice cooker, induction cooker, water boiler, fridge in the room. The air conditioner works fine. Iron + board in the closet (closet is also huge). TV is also good. No Netflix but there's fast Wifi in the room. Water heater also works. Big bathroom too.

No complimentary toothbrush. No biggie. It's OK because 7-11 is near and I bought my toothbrush + toothpaste there. Shower cream + shampoo (all in one) is available in the shower. Not sure about vehicle parking. If I'm not mistaken, if you park in the basement area, it's free. I didn't want to make a fuss about it so I just paid using the KK Parking app and parked in front of the building. (Yellow parking area).

The room is clean, toilet smells nice and well maintained. The location is very good, nearby with the affordable restaurants, has mamak and 24 hour 7/11 downstairs. The food there is fairly cheap, and easy to access. The room is spacious, with a lot of facilities. The staff was very kind to help me when I accidentally locked out from my room.

The lighting maybe? Well because it is quite a dim room by the morning. I had to do my make up inside the toilet for the better lighting. And the bathroom door made with glass, slightly improper for the family members to stay together.

Had a decent stay here. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There’s a WhatsApp number to ask for anything. Room was big and comfortable. AC, Hot water, kettle. Location is good with a lot of restaurants near by and 7/11 downstairs or 15 mins away from the busier areas e.g the mall. The building itself is a bit weird like an old parking lot but the rooms were all fine. There are a few blocks with lifts to all floors.

To be honest , I did not expect much of the place because the exterior was quite old . Then , I saw the room . The room was phenomenal . Very neat and tidy . I stay in studio room and for me it was big and spacious . All the kitchen hardware was very clean . Definitely staying here again 💕

My dislikes was the route to the room . It was very confusing . I got lost once . I can’t use another route or else I’ll be lost 😅 Need to upgrade on the routing system so it will be more convience in the future .
