Interior of the room are perfect, clean and spacious rooms with new renovation at room and toilet. At the super cheap price and worth to get this bigger room in the KK town centre. Convenience for foods and shopping around the apartment.

Exterior corridor and share lift with low cost apartment residences resulted uncomfortable feel for ladies as many foreigners are going in/out at that areas. No free parking and cannot find it from google map. Advisable to search for Hong Leong bank Jalan Api-api which is beside the reception of the apartment.

Affordable price. Good location. Under ground parking verry affordable price if u need to park your car for a long time. I like the customer services.very friendly. They event ask me via whatsapp if I need someting. The room also clean and big enought for us.I like the room.

My room (family room block 4/5, forgot the room number) very noice like some one walking around the room (i thing the uper room) at the mid nite and its difficult for us to get sleep.The TV in our room didn't work.so along we stay at the room we cant watch tv. Hopefully the service apartment will take note about thats.

The room is clean, toilet smells nice and well maintained. The location is very good, nearby with the affordable restaurants, has mamak and 24 hour 7/11 downstairs. The food there is fairly cheap, and easy to access. The room is spacious, with a lot of facilities. The staff was very kind to help me when I accidentally locked out from my room.

The lighting maybe? Well because it is quite a dim room by the morning. I had to do my make up inside the toilet for the better lighting. And the bathroom door made with glass, slightly improper for the family members to stay together.

To be honest , I did not expect much of the place because the exterior was quite old . Then , I saw the room . The room was phenomenal . Very neat and tidy . I stay in studio room and for me it was big and spacious . All the kitchen hardware was very clean . Definitely staying here again 💕

My dislikes was the route to the room . It was very confusing . I got lost once . I can’t use another route or else I’ll be lost 😅 Need to upgrade on the routing system so it will be more convience in the future .

It's been my second stay here and so far, everything was good. The services is "servicing", and the price is totally "valid", it suits with the property offered. The location is strategic, as you can go shopping at the nearby mall which is Centre Point, and let's say if you're starving in the middle of the night - you can just go around the place to find something to eat. Rooms that I got are also nice, comfortable and clean. The toilet are also functional, and pleasant to be used. The staffs are also friendly and there's this one time I asked one of the staff for help as the television in my room can't be turned on, and it was quite funny as it was actually my mistake (I don't know how to turn their television on properly) but the point here is that, staffs here are helpful if you need their help and it was immediate. For the parking, it's easy to find the parking as you can drive and park in the basement parking so you don't really have to compete with other cars.

Some people might find this unpleasant, but since this property are sort of like shared with the "actual residence" of api-api apartment centre (is that the name?) here, it might be a little bit uncomfortable, the outside is can be quite unhygienic sometimes (no biggie worries, there are the actual cleaners that actually does their work here, kudos to the cleaners!) but it's not really the property's fault since it is shared with the other residence. And, as someone that are understandable, I am fine with it.

1) spacious....for both its room size & bedding size (we checked into a double-queen with me as the only King)😜😜 2) all general/relevant room amenities & building facilities (as per described) were readily available & functional (eg. from stuffs inside the room to elevator service, security personal at the elevator lobby to room key-card access) 3) receptionist were "user-friendly" thru out our stay....a huge thanx to her (you know who you are)💝👍👏....too bad i didnt get her name🤪 4) f&b outlets were beyond my gastronomical believe....available at every inch of the entire apartment blocks, so long as your intestine could handle!🤑😎🤓

The price is good, economical. It's a studio apartment which has 2 single beds, enough for a couple of travellers. Apartment also has a functional living room with a 2 seater sofa. The little kitchen is equipped for cooking with rice cooker, pot & other utensils. Love the complimentary water bottles, tea & coffee too. The location is awesome. The complex it's in includes almost everything you need. Plenty of restaurants, laundry, small sundry shops. The basement parking is cheap too. RM3 per entry I think?

It was a little confusing trying to find the office of the apartment itself. I need to park at the side & navigate the complex to find it. But that's the only downside. The other part is great 😃 Ah I do have to say it's an aged apartment & the elevator says it all. I like it tho! Gave it a rustic feeling. Definitely felt like I'd travelled into the 90s. Or maybe 80s🤭

Shopping malls, mini markets, food stalls and laundry are nearby. Every block of the apartment has security. That one time, the WiFi was not working properly and we told the staff to fix it, they promptly took action on it. Very nice and friendly staff and also the security men 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 keep up the good work.

Noisy at night (cars and even music from the neighbourhood) but it's not the apartment fault, it's beyond their control. - need to improve the safety of installing a proper lock door from inside of the room (they've installed a lock door but our room at that time did not have the proper lock from the inside)
