Great location - walkable to restaurants, shops and the towers. Amazing views from the breakfast area and our room. Rooms were huge and pool area was lovely

The room was very clean and comfortable with amazing views of the city, staff great and helpful. Ideal location in city centre. Pool area nice.

£10 a pint in bar 38 Light switches in room a nightmare, there's so many of them and hard to work out what does what.

We stayed there only for one night, but our experience was great. The view on the Petronas towers especially at night was so impressive. The room was modern, clean, with a fancy bathroom in the middle (special light was turning the bathroom glass wall frozen for privacy, stressing a bit our daughter. :-) Staff was very nice and supportive. When we were waiting for our driver, A. J from the restaurant on the first floor offered us not only water but also complementary cake and sweets for our daughter. Not to mention her great smile!

The room should be available at 15:00; at 16:00 it was still not ready; fortunately we've been waiting around 15 min.

I really love this hotel. The room is beautifully and cleverly set up, the location is prime and well connected to KLCC Park, Petronas Towers, Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor and Pavilion. Concierge, front desks and door staff are polite, professional and very friendly. The only issue I had was with housekeeping who entirely skipped my room after my first night so despite me being out all day, my room was not cleaned or made up by 4:30PM when I returned, no replenished water and the trash had not been emptied. When I called to let concierge know and to ask for more water, they didn’t seem that shocked by it. A small thing but I expected more attention from such a good hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk or ride away. Breakfast was a real highlight with a huge variety of high-quality options, both local and international. Highly recommend!

The only downside was the tour options offered by the hotel — they were quite expensive compared to what you can find online, often costing nearly three times more and limited to private tours only. It would be great if they offered more affordable group options.

One of the Best Hotel Experiences We've Ever Had! My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and from start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. This was more than just a vacation – it was our anniversary trip, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was incredibly kind and attentive, making check-in smooth and pleasant. They even surprised us with a small anniversary cake in our room, which truly touched our hearts. The continental breakfast was incredible – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning. It quickly became one of the highlights of our stay! The dining team was always cheerful and accommodating. We also had a small issue with the TV in our room, but the engineering team resolved it quickly and even followed up with a lovely apology letter. That level of care and professionalism made us feel valued and well taken care of. The kindness of the staff made it emotional to leave. The entire experience felt like home away from home – comfortable, peaceful, and filled with little moments of joy. We travel often, but this was by far one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. To the entire Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur team: thank you for your warmth, attention to detail, and for making our stay so special. You’ve left a lasting impression on our hearts. Amazing experience. The room (29th floor) was spacious, clean and well designed. The food and service were outstanding. I stayed there for 7 nights in August 2025 with my wife and son and had a blast. Super friendly and helpful staff, attention to detail and good value for the price compared to other 5 star hotels.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste. But it was still comfy. The laundry service was overpriced. There are cheaper options nearby.

This was one of our best stays ever. The whole staff was absolutely amazing and accomodating. Each time we went to wait for our grab, the employees at the door held open the car door and helped us call the elevator everytime they noticed us entering the building. We felt like kings. Room service was always amazing and never forgot anything. Our room was spacious and the view onto the Petronas Twin Towers and the Taman KLCC was a delight. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bath space. Bed was comfy. Even the prices for the minibar were very cheap, but everything in Malaysia is very afforable if you are coming from Europe.

Actually everything was nice. It would have been nice to have a smart TV though to be able to connect it to the mobile phone. Also, the toilet flush was quite weak. Apart from that, nothing to complain.

The property’s location is superb as it is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Its facilities were as described, very good. The staff at the property were all very nice and friendly, you never felt awkward when requiring assistance. They would all approach you with a smile, it was very welcoming and comfortable. I’m also fond of how the property closes and ‘hides’ their bar during breakfast, as to make the environment very family friendly. The food at Thirty8 is also all very tasty, so if you’re thinking of staying here, I recommend paying for the included breakfast. I also opted for the Afternoon Tea, you have to pay extra at around 70rm per person, but it was definitely a delightful experience that you don’t often get.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property, I would definitely come again!
