The room was very clean and comfortable with amazing views of the city, staff great and helpful. Ideal location in city centre. Pool area nice.

I really love this hotel. The room is beautifully and cleverly set up, the location is prime and well connected to KLCC Park, Petronas Towers, Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor and Pavilion. Concierge, front desks and door staff are polite, professional and very friendly. The only issue I had was with housekeeping who entirely skipped my room after my first night so despite me being out all day, my room was not cleaned or made up by 4:30PM when I returned, no replenished water and the trash had not been emptied. When I called to let concierge know and to ask for more water, they didn’t seem that shocked by it. A small thing but I expected more attention from such a good hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk or ride away. Breakfast was a real highlight with a huge variety of high-quality options, both local and international. Highly recommend!

The only downside was the tour options offered by the hotel — they were quite expensive compared to what you can find online, often costing nearly three times more and limited to private tours only. It would be great if they offered more affordable group options.

This was one of our best stays ever. The whole staff was absolutely amazing and accomodating. Each time we went to wait for our grab, the employees at the door held open the car door and helped us call the elevator everytime they noticed us entering the building. We felt like kings. Room service was always amazing and never forgot anything. Our room was spacious and the view onto the Petronas Twin Towers and the Taman KLCC was a delight. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bath space. Bed was comfy. Even the prices for the minibar were very cheap, but everything in Malaysia is very afforable if you are coming from Europe.

Actually everything was nice. It would have been nice to have a smart TV though to be able to connect it to the mobile phone. Also, the toilet flush was quite weak. Apart from that, nothing to complain.

One of the Best Hotel Experiences We've Ever Had! My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and from start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. This was more than just a vacation – it was our anniversary trip, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was incredibly kind and attentive, making check-in smooth and pleasant. They even surprised us with a small anniversary cake in our room, which truly touched our hearts. The continental breakfast was incredible – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning. It quickly became one of the highlights of our stay! The dining team was always cheerful and accommodating. We also had a small issue with the TV in our room, but the engineering team resolved it quickly and even followed up with a lovely apology letter. That level of care and professionalism made us feel valued and well taken care of. The kindness of the staff made it emotional to leave. The entire experience felt like home away from home – comfortable, peaceful, and filled with little moments of joy. We travel often, but this was by far one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. Fabulous hotel in the heart of KLCC! The city skyline views from the 38th-floor restaurant directly below the hotel reception are a sight to behold. The room that my wife and I stayed in (King Room with Tower View) has excellent views of KLCC. The room is very large and clean. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped and has a bathtub as well as a privacy screen that can be activated with a switch. The room has a separate toilet that is situated opposite the bathroom. The swimming pool is modern, well-designed, and located next to a Barbie Cafe, which only accepts pre-bookings. The gym looked clean and well-equipped despite not having had the time to use it. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay there. Overall, an excellent hotel that is totally worth the price paid.

The property’s location is superb as it is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Its facilities were as described, very good. The staff at the property were all very nice and friendly, you never felt awkward when requiring assistance. They would all approach you with a smile, it was very welcoming and comfortable. I’m also fond of how the property closes and ‘hides’ their bar during breakfast, as to make the environment very family friendly. The food at Thirty8 is also all very tasty, so if you’re thinking of staying here, I recommend paying for the included breakfast. I also opted for the Afternoon Tea, you have to pay extra at around 70rm per person, but it was definitely a delightful experience that you don’t often get.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property, I would definitely come again!

High quality food at breakfast buffet, very friendly, well trained and efficient staff throughout the whole hotel. The view from all our bedroom and the restaurant at breakfast was amazing. The direct bridge and underpass to make walking any distance much easier, great access to shopping centre, bukit bintang, Jalan Alor (food street) and nightlife. Hotel in quiet area of KLCC, surrounded by other great hotels overlooking the park. Nice pool for relaxation. Would definitely recommend.

The decision to place the reception on the 39th floor, I felt the lobby was left without a grand reception as a focal point. As a consequence, the lift system can feel confusing.

The staff were amazing they went above and beyond to accomodate us we were granted late check out at no extra cost and after we checked out we still had plenty of time before our flight we were therefore allowed to use the hotel pool facilities which I thought was amazing and considerate. The staff are super friendly we felt welcomed from the lobby check in breakfast domestic staff pool area it was the best super polite staff everywhere

There wasn't face cloths/flannels which was something I didn't expect. It is inconveniencing to try and bath or shower with bare hands
