Spacious accommodation, with bedding, towels and bath mats supplied. Reasonably equipped kitchen, for cooking meals. Comfortable beds. Shower gel and shampoo supplied, also small soaps. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cloth and pan brush supplied, and front desk would supply more if needed. Coffee machine bags supplied, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper sachets. Towels and toilet rolls could be restocked on the first floor. Felt very secure, lots of key card entries and fire doors. The young staff on the reception were all enthusiastic, helpful and spoke great English. Parking available in the basement at a good price for Amsterdam, accessible by key card and you could come and go freely.

Minor point, in the lounge area, it was just a voile curtain and the sun could affect the television. The bedrooms have blackout blinds in addition to voile. Location was a bit away from the centre. It’s a student area, near Sloterdijk Station. Public transport was available by the 22 bus (to Central Station and beyond), or 19 tram (looped around in a semi circle). Proper trains to/from Central available as quickest route, but not included if you have the I Amsterdam City Card.

A good hotel with a comfortable and spacious room. A little bit far away from the city center, but there are good connections with trains and busses. I did not try other facilities, such as gym and sauna. People have kitchens in their rooms (at least mine had).

Staff is over-friendly and very social, which was too much for me. There were also some long-tailed silverfish in all rooms, which was disgusting, but expected when many people move in and out. I experienced several times fire alarms to start making noise very high! This was irritating. I stayed in hotel for 4 days and 2 of the days, there was fire alarm. It seems it happens often.

Honestly, this place was so much better in real life than the photos and description and was really great value for money. We had an Executive suite and it was a big spacious room! The bed was a lovely size and super comfortable! The room was quiet and we had our own kitchen and bathroom. Anything we needed, we asked reception and they gave it to us without hesitation, body wash, sugar etc. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I am over 6 months pregnant, I was worried about travel, walking and resting, but this hotel is perfectly located, it's 5 minutes over the road to the train station and 5-10 mins into central Amsterdam which is all then connected by trains, trams, metro and buses. We purchased a 3 day travel pass for €30! Which lets you use all of the transport as much as you like. It was easy to go back and forth throughout the day. I read some reviews about city tax and it being charged on top but that wasn't the case. We were charged prior to our stay a smaller amount and then the rest when we got to the hotel (which totalled the cost on booking.com) so it was inclusive of the cost you agreed. We opted for parking, it was really convenient and protected by a shelter with gates which you can come and go as you please using your room key card. There is a lift in the car park too that takes you straight to whichever floor in the hotel. On our first night we walked a few roads down to grab a pizza, there are a few places around where you grab a bite to eat, the hotel also has it's own restaurant and seating areas, outdoor seating too. I would definitely go back and would recommend to others, the location was just so convenient! We were even given a little gift on departure! 😁 All in all, a perfect stay!

There is nothing I can complain about - if I really had to, I probably would have liked more coat hangers in the wardrobe! But that's really it!

Easy walking distance to the train, metro and tram. Tram takes you directly to Rijksmuseum entrance. Small supermarket in between hotel and train bus terminal for easy pick up of breakfast or lunch provisions or something to take back to room for dinner. Large comfortable room - almost like a suite with separate bedroom/ bathroom. Bathroom very spacious as well as lounge, dining area. KS bed and pillows very comfortable for 5 night stay. Gym is bigger than picture suggests and well equiped and maintained. Laundry worked well. Had dinner at restaurant 1st night. It was fine and convenient after a long flight. Reception super friendly and helpful- nothing was too much to ask. would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Safe secure area

The hotel apartments are great and plenty of space and confort to stay and relax. Amazing windows allow lot´s of light to come in. Kitchen is well equipped for you to cook at the apartment and there is a very close by supermarket that will make your life easy. Bar and outside are great too for the sunny days. You still have to catch the subway to get downtown but it´s just around the corner and super fast.

No need for TV in the room and living room... as you cant turn it completely off so there is always a red light coming from it into the room. Cleaning was not great. We request another cleaning as the room as smelling dust. They provide an extra clean but again hidden places such as behind the TV were still full of dust. I think better attention to this is needed

I arrived early. At first, a young lady said that my room was not available I would need to wait; however, an older lady looked further into the computer and said there were two rooms ready and she gave me one. I truly appreciated this extra help! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is on the edge of the city, so there is a nice park and suburb nearby for walking and groceries. There is very easy access to buses and trains. The coffee machine in the room with the coffee pads made the best coffee I have had in weeks of traveling. Superb coffee and lots of pads to use! I appreciated that the TV had Eurosport!

This apart hotel is one of the most nicest. I had booked a studio but they had let me stay in a one bed room apartment as I wanted double beds. The apartment was very clean and very spacious and comfortable. We were there for Christmas so the rooms were very warm. They have a cooking hob, an oven and microwave, a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and a dishwasher in the units. There is a seating area with very comfortable couch and a dining area. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is nice and also they store snacks and drinks in the reception if someone needs them. The reception is 24 hours which is a blessing because I had checked in late and it was fine. The people in the reception or the hotel are super friendly and very helpful. They made my travel with my 6 year old super easy. There is a supermarket SPAR which is a five minute walk and is open from morning 6 to 12 in the night. The apartment is literally a 6 minute walk from the station Sloterdijk and this station has train, metro and tram connections to almost everywhere. This is super convenient and can connect you to the city or airport or any other places. We look forward to visiting again.

Firstly and secondly, the staff. Location is comfortable also, it is very close to a large train/metro/tram station. Also has a parking if needed. Our appartment was large with all necessary (for us) facilities (only maybe the knives were dull, hard to cut :)) but not awful :)) ). Coffee and tea with coffee maker and kettle. Unlimited towels. Minimarket is close. We were 2, stayed 6 nights. One of the places with the best staff! Each of them was the best, everyone tried to make the guests feel like the dearest guests.

Everything was good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment. Big rooms with very comfortable beds, a big bathroom for each of the rooms, kitchen fully equipped with a coffee machine and microwave oven, coffee pods and tea bags. The walls have a nice décor with poems and pictures on an interesting wallpaper. The view is amazing both in the day and at nighttime. We have not tried the breakfast nor the restaurant for dinner, but the crowd eating at night suggests we would have had a great experience. The building is close to the train station bus and tram, but it isn't noisy at all. Also, there is a Spar store next to the train station. I was very impressed by the staff at the reception, they were extra kind with us and gave us useful information and advice.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and secure. The proximity to the train station was perfect for our visit. Apartment with 2 bedrooms and cooking facilities was perfect for our family set up.

We really did like our stay and these are minor things that we noticed, but would not stop us staying again. Kitchen was slightly minimally equipped. Could have done with another medium sized saucepan, and some wooden spoons/spatulas. Also a cheese grater and maybe some small tupperware type boxes. Some decor in rooms was a bit tired in places. Wallpaper missing small sections. Our body wash for shower was empty when we arrived. Additional recycling options. We could only find glass and paper. A shame that plastic can't be recycled too.
