Everything. Beautiful historical building, chic and modern inside. Super clean. Very nice and comfortable room with wonderful big bed. Very welcoming and kind staff. Good breakfast.

Probably because we were with 3, we had to stay in the rooms across the hotel (in the back on the other side of the street). The room was large but with large beds, not that much of space to walk along in the room.

Beautiful place and location, amazing staff, Cornel the manager especially. We really had a wonderful time and look forward to coming again. Room was beautiful, gym and spa were nice.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Although not in the centre and more in the south of Amsterdam transport by tram is easy to the main attractions and it is also walkable in 30mins. The Valentines meal we had in the Archive restaurant was lovely and breakfast had all the usual buffet items you would expect in a city hotel. Staff are very helpful and great communication before arrival.

We used the Spa but it is quite small so not many can go in at the same time. The pool could do with some water jets but suitable if you want a quick dip. There is a small steam room and sauna with a 4 loungers and 2 chairs to sit on si if you want to relax in there get their early!

Lovely modern room, very spacious and a coffee machine. Robes and slippers provided. Spa / pool area was lovely, and an equipped gym. Staff attentive and brought a birthday dessert up to the room for my partners birthday which was lovely.

It is a fair walk from the centre (took us approx 45 mins) but we knew that when we booked so no complaints! It’s only a 10 minute walk from the metro & tram so easy enough to get in and out of the centre. Check in was a bit chaotic and could sense that staff were stressed but we did arrive at a peak time so it was understandable. Not quite 5* but a good 4*.

Lovely room with great views. It was my partner's birthday and the hotel staff arranged for a dessert treat and a lovely card from them addressed to him which was delicious 😊

Initially our bed was not up to standard. We spend the first night without a mattress topper because the topper we were provided with was very lumpy and the mattress was too hard so the first night wasn't a very comfortable one. The following nights however, we had a new mattress topper that was not lumpy and very comfortable!

Great room, with amazing AirCon! Everything was clean, had a good breakfast. It's a pretty decent canal-side location (if you're down for walking or biking to get to the center of Amsterdam). Close to convenience stores and restaurants/snack bars.

There was one evening where we requested two sets of towels and wash rags, and they never showed up. We had to go down the next morning and request again after breakfast. We also had to remove everything from the mini fridge because they fill it with unnecessary products. We're pretty sure they tried stocking things after we put our things in, which looked like an extra bottle of soda. We will see if they send us a final bill.

Location was great and a quiet area, access in and out was easy and the room was a perfect size with a comfortable bed. The hotel itself was very clean and it was lovely to see the decorations being put up for Christmas ✨

The spa facilities were a bit of a let down, the sauna was perfect but the pool was pretty cold, the steam room wasn't very warm and had a funky smell to it and there wasn't any jacuzzi which meant being warm in the spa was not really a choice unless you were in the sauna itself. Products for shampoo and conditioner weren't great quality but can easily not be an issue if you bring/buy your own
