Lots of room inside the apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the spa/pool area and the whole stay was great value for money.

A bit far from everything else but great if you want easy access to the airport (which is why we booked it)

Good value for more than basic. Every 30 minutes a free shuttle to Schiphol Airport. Breakfast was nice. Hotel entrance and restaurant are nice looking.

No direct public transportation to Central Amsterdam old city. Economic Tip fastest and cheapest; Take shuttle to Schiphol, from there every 10 minutes a train to Central Amsterdam (travel time ±60-70 minutes ). But for Schiphol this is a prime location (15 minutes shuttle time).

The room was nice

I booked with breakfast included but the concierge did not accept that, so I hat to pay 40 € for the two of us. I am very much disappointed. So my recommendation is: don't trust the description in booking.com for this hotel.

Stayed at the apartment type accommodation. Fully furnished, well-equipped room with kitchen and dishwasher. Ideal for those intending to cook. Location is away from the city center, a bit isolated. Not for someone wishing to have a leisure stroll but the hotel does provide a very punctual complimentary half-hourly shuttle service to Schiphol Airport where you can connect anywhere in Amsterdam or the Netherlands via bus or train. So not a big deal. It has a decent swimming pool (heated - a definite bonus) plus probably the most interesting part of it, it has a real life Boeing 747 parked within its compound. Great Instagram worthy moments definitely. Staffs are all very helpful and accommodative.

Location is a slight bummer. But as mentioned, the complimentary, punctual half-hourly shuttle to the airport certainly helped with the commute.

I have stayed in corendon hotel many times and often the service was suboptimal. however, after various conversations with guest relations officers it was great to experience that staff have taken my complaint seriously and have taken action to improve service standard. thanks to the excellent guest service provided by Sezab, Lois, Julie, Isuru and most prominently Omar, my stay was very enjoyable. It was a positive experience to witness that they as a team have diligently worked to increase the service standards. Well done, team!

the changing rooms in the spa area were dirty. hair and dirt all over the floor.

Positives The stay was very comfortable overall. Staff member Isuru was the highlight – extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative. He made us feel at ease and really enhanced our experience. We will remember our stay with fond memories. The accommodation itself had good potential, with a kitchen and comfortable. Spa was awesome.

Negatives Near the airport so it costs to go and come from central Amsterdam in train everytime. Cleaning standards were not up to the mark. Only two towels were provided for three people, which was insufficient. Very limited supply of coffee and tea – not enough for three guests. Kitchen essentials were missing: no tea towel, dishwashing liquid, or sponge, which made using the kitchen difficult. Only two mugs for 3 people despite raising it with other staff. One teaspoon only.

The hotel is located close to Schiphol airport but is quiet enough. We stayed there with the intention to explore Amsterdam and other local attractions. The apartment we booked for the family was spacious enough, clean and very convenient. The breakfasts were good enough with plenty of options. There is also a snack bar and the restaurant on premises, but we didn't use them this time.

There was ongoing renovation in the hotel when we stayed there. It was not noisy but bit inconvenient. The hotel has strict non-smoking policy even outside and smoking areas are scarse and not always close.

The work of the staff - at the reception, in the restaurant etc. was nothing short of excellent. While we did have a few issues with different matters around our short stay (mostly due to arriving right after the King"s Day when things usually get chaotic everywhere), all our remarks and requests were satisfied to the highest standard. We stayed in an apartment and it was quite good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was really good too.

A minor annoyance was the coffee machine in the restaurant, which was often half-broken during the breakfast, sometimes creating a queue.

Good set up for the room. The large bed could be completely separated by the sliding doors. Very handy that there was a kitchenette. The most remarkable thing was that the hotel is located next to the international airport and a busy highway and still you couldnt here it (in the room).

The entry gates for cars were not functioning properly which created a lot of frustration. I believe it was run off twice during our one week stay. Also the rooftop bar was not open all the time and kids were not allowed there.

All staff polite and friendly and always available to assist. The free courtesy bus to the airport is a fantastic idea whereby residents can stay in the hotel then use the train station at the airport as a hub for daily excursions

Whilst the all you can eat buffet was delicious, it was quite an expensive meal for 3 people given that there was not an option of say a 2 servings option where by someone that doesn’t want such an indulgence can have a main course and maybe a small dessert or even a quick 30 minute meal instead of the current 2 hour timescale
