This hotel is amazing, the stuff was very polite, the room was clean. It’s one of my best experiences. The location is very convenient- lots of bars, cafes, shops around + bus/train station. Stunning view from the room, everything you need is about 10-15-20 min by walk. The breakfast is one the best in Europe. Usually typical europenean breakfast - coffee/tea/juice, yogurt, donuts, cereal, maybe 1 sort of cheese/sausage. But here- a big variety of food including vegetables, fruits, eggs, different bakery, etc. It was a big pleasure to stay there. Highly recommend.

Cleaning wasn’t very good. Sometimes stuff didn’t throw away garbage from the room while cleaning, left 2-3 towels per 2 persons. But generally our staying was perfect.

i didn't eat breakfast at any of the places i stayed at this trip. The staff was extremely helpful, even tried to help me find places to watch sports games (tv only had like twenty five channels which was common through most of Netherlands). Everyone spoke English! Hotel itself was on the edge if downtown, train station is about a fifteen minute walk. Bed and room were confortabe and quiet, not much else i can think of to say

Everything you hope to expect from a hotel. In the centre of the city and only 15 minutes walk to the main station. The tram is around the corner, also going to the main station. Lots of places to eat around and the bars and life in the evening is literally around the corner. But you don't notice anything of it around or in the hotel.

Breakfast was super expensive at €18. Go to the National Dans Theater (same building as the Conservatorium). On the 3rd floor there is Amare Stadskantine. It's a hidden gem. A breakfast/lunch buffet in a relax setting for great prices.

The hotel was in a great location in The Hague. Transport links were fantastic, 30 mins from Schiphol airport to Den Haag Central Station. Plenty of buses and trams close by. Less than 15 mins on a bus to Zuiderpark where we attended a festival. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Was great to be able to leave luggage in the storage room as we had an evening flight.

The room itself would have benefitted from having a litter bin. The only one was in the bathroom. A kettle and some cups in the room would also have been great. The door to the bathroom was very stiff, and I thought I was trapped the first time I went in. It takes a very hard push to open the door from inside, which is not great if you are sharing the room and need the bathroom in the night. We arrived late evening and had to go out to buy food but the restaurants were closed for dining in but allowed us to purchase a take away. As we were friends in different rooms, we decided to eat in the lobby of the hotel but were told we must eat in our rooms. The lack of litter bin meant we had a bathroom with pizza boxes and bottles of water to wake up to in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great position for getting around and just around the corner from the Grote Markt. It is very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable

Whilst I'm fully on board with green initiatives, if you want people to save their towels to reuse give them somewhere to dry them properly. Also provide a kettle and cups in each room so customers don't have to come and find one

I love the location, it is central to explore the city and well connected with public transport. I also enjoy my room, it was super clean and confortable. The personnel was ready to help me when I encounter an issue with my room and immediately relocate me in a different room

The bathroom was leaking to the room carpet and it was extremely wet after a few days, fortunately, they immediately give me a different room.

Ibis Den Haag City Center is a clean, well appointed hotel ideally located in Den Haag. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The wifi signal is strong, and the room safe works well. (Note: this facility does NOT accept physical currency, everything is transacted by credit card.)

For some reason, Uber drivers do not/maybe cannot stop outside the hotel front door for pickup, yet local taxis do. (probably not the hotel’s issue). The central outdoor quad area can get a bit loud some evenings.

It was a perfect location for our visit in Den Haag that day. We were there for a specific party in the neighborhood, but it would be a great spot for anyone wanting to visit the city center. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough.

The climate control system was one of those that only gives warm or cool air depending on the season. Very unfortunately, we were there at an in-between time. It was a rather warm spring night and we could only blow warm air. There wasn't even a fan mode without temperature just for air circulation. We had the window open, but it didn't help much. This made sleeping soundly a bit difficult.

The room is large and features a large comfortable bed. There are supermarkets within 3 min walk. The neighbourhood is very lively on a weekend. Temperature of the room can be adjusted easily. There is luggage storage service for free, which is nice.

There are absolutely no amenities in the room for example no slippers nor dental kits. It is a cultural shock to find that here, unlike all the other Ibis that I stayed in, I have to purchase them at reception.

Some very friendly and helpful staff - particularly Justin on the bar, and the Reception staff who rescued a glove I dropped in the lift. The room was pleasant (quiet and with a great view), once we had mastered the heating controls. Breakfast excellent by Continental standards. Best value of the places we found in central Den Haag, just a few minutes from Grote Markt tram and less than an hour (via Leyenburg) from the Harwich ferry.

Nobody on Reception when we first arrived, but that was in the quiet morning period when we only needed to leave luggage (and somebody did eventually appear and help us with that). There wasn't nearly enough clothes storage. (No drawers, 2 plastic coat-hangers, hanging space difficult to access.) A desk light didn't work and was badly positioned I hit my head on it twice.
