Good location, also very quiet and safe. The king bed was huge and very comfortable, great curtains to block the light. We had great sleep! Access to the pool was a huge bonus. Loved it! Not crowded. There were a little fridge, kettle and coffee machine in the room. Good quality toiletries, contioner, hand and body cream. Easy check in and out, friendly staff and good communication.

Windows don't open, there is AC but the air in the room is still not nice. There were 3 of us, all adults, but there were only 2 robes in the closet. Shampoo bottle was empty. I chose green stay but did not get the promised voucher. We needed to bend down to switch kettle to coffee machine plug in and out and it was not convenient. Sofa bed was not the best and a bit stained. The view from the window is not inspiring - not an issue at all for us but could matter for some.

I've been here a few times now and it does not tend to disappoint. Great breakfast decent pool and two small saunas changing rooms and showers . A warm welcome and helpful staff . This stay didn't give me the wow factor like It did the first time I stayed though

It may be a family hotel but a group of children running around in the corridors where the bedrooms are until rather late at night wasn't so great We came back to this hotel two days later Found the bed not so comfortable this time The bath tub had a cigarette burn in it and the carpet where I was sleeping had stains which I didn't really like considering how much the rooms cost . But I was offered another room but by then we were all way too tired at that point .

The bed is HUGE and comfortable. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The location seemed ok and the facilities were clean

You can clearly see that there’s an attempted digitisation of the whole guest experience, maybe to save on staff costs. However, the mobile app sometimes doesn’t work and the WhatsApp messages are barely answered within the same day. The place is clearly understaffed. Also, it’s a bit run down with stained ceilings that are peeling off. The floors are really noisy wooden floors under the carpet so you can hear quite loudly when someone is walking upstairs. Even the hotel name inside the lift is peeling off and the lift is quite slow. It seems that once upon a time they had restaurants that are now closed and from the outside give the place an image of dereliction. The pool also has a build up of limescale of some sort near the top margin.

Everything was better than expected. The location was perfect, the staff were amazing, and the facilities were exceptional and caught us by surprise by how much there was to do. The best part however was how comfy the rooms are. We went during a heatwave and the air con system and blackout curtains helped us have a great night sleep. It was a complete one-off coming to Eindhoven, but my mind has already started trying to find excuses to come back, just so we can stay at the hotel again.

Breakfast could have offered more cooked items, similar to what we're used to in the UK. But it was also pretty good.

Once again there was no parking available in the hotel lot. I was given incorrect information regarding being able to reserve a spot in advance. However, Germán at the front desk was very nice, told me where to park across the street, and provided a room upgrade. It was a very pleasant surprise and what a great room I was provided. I ate at the hotel restaurant again and while the food is fine, I think it’s quite overpriced for what it is. The service was nice and professional but a bit slow for it not being busy. For a solo traveler, it was the easiest option on a Friday night when the city is crowded with revealers. It’s a great location and a fine place to stay in the city center.

Great hotel. It is 7 mins walk from the center. We really enjoyed returning to the hotel after a great city walk and enjoying the play room (pool table, ping-pong, air-hockey), swimming pool and GYM. The staff is very friendly. Overall great experience. And Eindhoven is beautiful. We returned to this hotel again because we enjoyed the facilities so much.

When we returned to the hotel again, there was no soap and shampoo in the shower. We were so tired we didn’t want anyone coming in so we used our own soap. But we expected such a good hotel to check these things.

Room was as expected and nothing to complain, AC was working properly. Easy access to hotel with very friendly staff at the front desk and breakfast room. Breakfast was more quiet than expected which I found it nice.

Hotel parking place is operated by a 3rd party, right next to hotel which was good. But how complicated you can make parking with app's; scanning QR code, registration, entering your payment card etc... Spending more at least 10 minutes for all of this... Simple solution is to get a ticket / payment machine. I was not a "happy camper" about this

Whenever we come to Eindhoven we always stay at this hotel. We love the location, the restaurants within the hotel and the fact that there is a swimming pool which is perfect when you are coming with kids

I must admit that they have set up a parking system. Seems like a third party is owning this parking setup now. The moment we entered the parking lot we were met with nuisance at their parking lot. The hotel staff helped us get through. This is somethin the hotel must look into and ensure that booking.com is made aware of this and make guests aware of it in advance so that necessary bookings / admin can be dealt with

The Park Plaza Hotel Eindhoven is a home away from home. It is a 3-storey building strategically located in the town of Eindhoven. It is comfortably situated within a 15-minute walk from Eindhoven centraal train and bus station. And about 5 minutes walk from the city centre itself. There is a bus stop just a few metres away from the hotel entrance. About 4 buses go straight to Eindhoven centraal there. The bus comes every 5 -10 minutes interval. The Plaza reception area is comfortable, immaculate, and well defined. It is spacious and has various sitting areas around its lounge. There is a living room area, (just to the left of the reception and beside the stairs and elevator) it is more like games room for snookers, billiards 🎱, ping pong, and a high chair sitting area, and it is really comfortable to settle into the space. The bar is to the right of the reception, and the breakfast area is just behind the bar.

Nothing negative

We chose this hotel based on its high rating and positive reviews, as well as its excellent location very close to the city center. Despite our short stay, we appreciated several aspects: the room was clean, the mini-fridge and TV were fully functional, and the area was surprisingly quiet given how central it was. The best feature, by far, was the self check-in/out process and the convenience of the digital key card—super modern and user-friendly!

While there were some positives, I expected a more wow experience, especially given the photos and the hotel’s 4-star rating. The building shows its age—there were stains on the bathroom ceiling, the tiles looked dirty or possibly just stained, and the room felt quite cramped. Perhaps the suites or apartments are better maintained, but for a double room, we had higher expectations.
