This hotel is located near the airport, making it easy to reach by shuttle that runs every half hour during the day, with a special schedule at night. Comfortable beds and cleanliness in the room. The room has a coffee corner. In the hotel lobby, there is a restaurant, bar and mini-market. Opposite the hotel is a McDonald's. Perfect sound insulation, you can see the planes flying by, but you can't hear them. The hotel has a fitness room, swimming pool, three saunas and a jacuzzi - an ideal place to relax between long flights.

It was difficult to understand the shuttle schedule at the airport - there is a bus with a similar name, and we initially arrived at a different hotel. It would be helpful to include the address on the schedule sheet. When booking, we specified a request for beds and additionally sent a message through Booking. At the reception, we were informed that they did not see this information. However, the issue was resolved quickly, thank you for your cooperation.

24/7 shuttle bus from hotel to airport makes it easy to go to airport/train station to Amsterdam Centraal, and nearby sights. Room types maybe good for family/large groups. We stayed at 2 rooms that are connecting where it can comfortably accommodate 6 people with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms,etc. A Sports Centre has 2 sauna, 1 Steam room, 1 solarium room, a small pool, a small jet pool, a squash court, a spacious gym area. Breakfast was a full buffet with omelette station, a variety of healthy breakfast choices.

For a short stay and also want to go about in Amsterdam and accessing to other places with train, there isn’t really anything we didn’t like about this choice.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel due to its proximity and free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are nicely sized, clean and comfortable enough for a night. The bathroom was also clean with good temperature water and nice water pressure. Since we checked in the day after Christmas, we were welcomed with a small box of chocolate! A pleasant surprise for sure! This was the first time we were able to enjoy the hotel breakfast in the Greenhouse. It was previously closed due to COVID or we would have to leave earlier than it would open for our flight. We were pleasantly surprised at the vast array of breakfast items to choose from. There is even a kind chef on site to cook up your favorite egg dish! The Greenhouse is not open for dinner but luckily you can get that at the hotel bar as the only other option in the area is a McDonald’s. The food at the bar is also very good!

The bed was harder than I remembered it being before, making for a less enjoyable sleep. Sometimes you can hear the planes taking off/landing till late (but usually not past 11pm). We also noticed people talking out in the hallway at some point in the night. Not ideal for light sleepers like us! A rug in the room would be nice to dampen some of the noise and make the space feel warmer.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of 11 people, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is quite enjoyable for relaxing. However, I do have a concern regarding the cleaning service. Even after requesting housekeeping, the floor remained very sandy, which made it clear that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Emma, Alise, and all the other receptionists provided excellent service. The shuttle bus driver was especially accommodating and always went the extra mile to assist our large group. Overall, it was still a good stay. I love the breakfast too

Unfortunately, there was one negative interaction with a receptionist named Daniel. He was rather impolite and unable to clearly answer the questions I had. This was disappointing, especially considering the high standard set by the rest of the team.

Awesome Hotel, I’ve always had a pleasant stay with staying with this chain. This last one I stayed at was very near to the Amsterdam’s Airport. They have a shuttle that takes you back and forth for free which is super convenient. I was very surprised of how nice this hotel is, it’s a pretty big hotel with many amenities that include a full gym, an indoor pool, and a wet and dry sauna. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I loved how spacious the room was, love the black out curtains and the stylish bathroom. Also love that there was a refrigerator and a capsule Nescafé machine in the room. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast if you want to eat a continental rich breakfast, they make anything you want as of omelettes, pancakes, bacon and a million different things, variety of juices, milk and coffee. Really have no complaints and when I did have one they addressed it right away, upgraded me and gave me a free day of breakfast for the minimal inconvenience that I had with the wifi, the manager knows what he is doing and how to keep his guests happy. Lastly the McDonald’s across the street is a huge plus!

WiFi was going in and out the whole time in my room and when they gave me another room the wifi was better but not the best. But the lobby, and every other part of the hotel inside and out had good connection.

We were there just so that we won't miss the outbound connection in the morning. After reading other reviews, we were pleasantly surprised that there were only like 3 steps that we had to lift the bags over. Person checking us in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Soon after checking in, a staff member rang the bell and he was out there delivering cookies and a drink voucher - just a welcome gift. So that was a very pleasant surprise. The shuttle to and from airport worked like a charm.

This is a good, clean, comfortable and friendly airport hotel. With that expectation, we didn't have much to dislike.

Conveniently located near the airport, this accommodation offers a cozy retreat away from the usual tourist spots. The breakfast is exceptional, providing a delightful start to the day. The rooms are impeccably clean, catering perfectly to those with high standards like myself. From the complimentary shuttle service every 15 minutes to the seamless check-in process, the overall experience surpasses many others. Although I arrived around 9 PM and found the kitchen closed, the outstanding breakfast the next morning more than compensated for it.

Beautiful clean spacious room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great pool, sauna, and steam room. Comfy robes on request. Incredible staff especially Enrique in reception. 24 hour store in lobby. Shuttle to airport every half hour. Easy to take day trips all over if you’re staying here more that a couple of days, take the shuttle to Schipol then catch a train to any number of places. Very nice property overall

Hot tub was not hot at all. The first night, the pool was perfectly heated and actually warmer than the hot tub, but the second night the pool was really cold. Needs to be made very clear to guests that they must reserve a spot on the shuttle to the airport or they may not be able to get on. The menu for the restaurant online is inaccurate.

Everything was excellent. The purpose for the stay was just to be close to the airport and utilize the hotel shuttle bus service to get to airport for our early morning departure. Previous experiences with airport hotels have not been impressive, but NH Schiphol was surprising. I liked the modern style and the hotel lobby was clean and spacious and well appointed. The receptionist at checkin was warm, personable and professional and she seemed happy to be there. After a long and somewhat tedious travel day, it was nice to have someone pleasant to deal with. It also didn't hurt to receive a complimentary drink from the bar on our arrival. Very nice and an unexpected touch. Made me feel like a VIP. The corridors and room were very well kept, well lit and the room was spacious. It was the largest room we stayed in during our two weeks in NL and Paris. Bed seemed very firm, but was actually quite comfortable. The room was quiet, and I didn't hear any aircraft or next door neighbor noise. The bar area was nice, and the staff attentive and personable. The shuttle bus service worked out great, which was the most important aspect of the stay. We didn't use the dining facilities or any of the other amenities to be able to comment on, but from what we did experience, I would definitely stay there again. If the opportunity arrises again, I would use the NH Schiphol as my base, and travel to my destinations in Adam or Delft and then return. It would have been far more cost effective. My thanks and appreciation to the staff.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable and the bed is enormous!!! I loved it!! 😍 The shower room was very clean modern and beautifully decorated.! Everyone was very helpful apart from the young lady in the reception when we arrived and did our check in late at night.. She was not a very welcoming person, few words of information and not willing to go an extra mile to help. But the morning receptionists were very nice and helpful. Overall a very good hotel and I will stay again in the future specially because they accommodate pets, my small dog had an amazing stay too. Thank you for letting pets stay !! 😊

I liked everything in this beautiful hotel. Maybe just a comment about the night receptionist... Maybe more training in how to be more welcoming and be willing to go an extra mile to help customers to have a positive experience as soon as they arrive, specially at late night after long and cold day of travelling. Just a small hic cup everything else was great.
