From the moment I turned up I was met by a really helpful and cheerful young person. This helpfulness and cheerfulness carried through all the staff during my stay. I was offered somewhere safe to park my motorbike, which is really important to me. Breakfast was great quality and a good selection. My room was clean and tidy and a good size. The cherry on the cake would be tea and coffee available in the room but this seems to be lacking in most European hotels. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Well done Team Bon Alpina.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bon Alpina and overall had a good experience, though there are a few things that could be improved. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is located in a lovely, quiet area with beautiful surroundings. The breakfast, while not very varied, was still good and delicious, with enough to start the day comfortably.

The hotel’s layout wasn’t ideal; in order to reach my room, I had to walk through the entire restaurant, which felt a bit awkward, especially during meal times. Additionally, because the hotel offers different packages (breakfast only, half-board, etc.), my first morning was confusing, as many tables had reserved name tags, and I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to sit. A bit more guidance from staff would’ve helped make that smoother. One other concern: in the area of my room, several access doors were left wide open, which gave the impression of limited security. While nothing happened and the hotel generally felt safe, I think this could be improved for guests peace of mind.

The view from the hotel room was simply amazing. Drinking coffee on the balcony every morning felt like such a privilege. Good hygiene in the room on arrival. The cleaners did a good job tidying up during our stay. Sauna was great, multiple options. The indoor pool is good and the outdoor pool is heated properly and therefore very comfortable. The bar is open till late. Special thanks to bartender Jeffrey for making cocktails according to our wishes! Such extra effort is much appreciated. Definitely worth revisiting.

No king size or queen size bed option. The two single beds against eachother has it's downsides when you're a couple on vacation. The quality of the beds itself is good. Dinner was good on some days, but on other days less enjoyable. However there are options close by to dine at as well.

- The amazing breakfast was buffet, and you can eat a great variety of things. - It has two swimming pools, which are connected. One is inside and one is outside. - It has a bar where one can take a drink (but we didn´t use it). - The staff members at reception are very helpful and nice. - There is a bus running from in front of the hotel to Inssbruck, and it´s for free with a ticket they give you at reception. That bus also runs till the cable car that will take you up to the Patscherkofel mountain´s top.

The room was a bit loud because of the noise of the cars on the street

On arrival I was welcomed by the receptionist, a very cheerful and polite lady. I was given the Innsbruck welcome card & my room number card, The room was excellent, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The cleaning staff made sure that the room was always clean & tidy. Now onto the breakfast, what a brilliant choice of food including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. also boiled eggs were available plenty of bread rolls Tea, coffee, & good selection of cold drinks. All the staff were most polite and very cheerful, I think the Management of this Hotel must be very proud of such dedicated staff, always smiling and make you feel so welcome. The catering manager who was on duty at breakfast time should be congratulated on his dedicated work, working well with his hard working team. I usually stay in the City but for a change I decided to stay in beautiful Igls, Not disappointed at all. The location is excellent for transport to the City of Innsbruck using the welcome card which gives free unlimited travel on the local buses & trams, the "J" bus which stops right outside the Hotel with a 15 minute frequency & very reliable. I am hoping to visit again later in the year with my Wife.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. All inclusive offer was excellent .. there was a young man on reception.. unfortunately I can't remember his name but he told me he was originally from Budapest .. he was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We rang down for a fan and even though he could not help us that day he had it organised for early the next day. Loved that we could order a lunch bag to take out with us. The tea and cakes served between 4 and 5 was lovely to come back to after a long day out. Loved the pool area

AC was not working. Upstairs landings were slightly dated

All members of staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room clean and comfortable. Good parking facilities, even for taller vehicles. Good choice for food available when taking the half board option. Great location for local walks and skiing, and an excellent free public bus service to Innsbruck using the hotel issued visitor card. Very good leisure facilities.

Could not understand why they kept the cover over the outdoor section of the swimming pool!

The location of the hotel is great in a small village of Igls which is peaceful. The room is small and the amenities in the room are limited. Parking can be found easily within the property and it is free.

Double occupancy room has two single beds which are not too comfy. At 150 Euros a night I will not call it great Value for Money considering it's not even in the city of Innsbruck.

Lovely environment. Village feel and beautiful scenery. Good breakfasts and friendly staff.

Would have liked to have had tea making facility in room. (Tea and coffee in lounge seemed to be only for full board guests). Lovely church next door but could have done without the insistent and long monotone ringing each morning at 7. Other bell ringings earlier and later were not so intrusive.) We did love Innsbruck though and would go back to Bon Alpina as a great place to stay (might just bring some ear plugs though).

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. It was clean. The room was great as was the bathroom. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold. The two ladies on reception on arrival were very helpful as was the bar man.

The breakfast staff in particular were not very forthcoming. Most of the tables were set and appeared to have name cards. We asked where we should sit and were taken to an unmade table away from the rest of the guests! She was falling all over her German and Austrian guests. Language barriers should not make a difference in service or pleasantries. The same can be said for the man on reception the next morning.
