According to a 3-star-hotel, it was okay. We arrived by car, and it was very easy to find it, next to the highway. The parking was free, this was a consideration for us. Salzburg city center can be reached easily by the Bus-21, it took about 20 minutes. Bus-stop is located directly at the hotel, we used almost every day the public transport. The room was not big, enough for a few nights, but could be small for longer stays. Mostly transit travelers stay here. Breakfast also like a 3-star-hotel, nothing special, but it was all of the basics, and they refilled the whole time

The size of the room was just right. Upon arrival, the window was open (in winter), so the room was cold. The heating is provided by a wall-mounted air conditioner, which took a very long time to heat up even this small room. There were only drapes on the window, not a normal one, we had to draw it in so people couldn't see in.

Staff , Leila, who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Although we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, there were rooms (with mountain view) ready for us. Certainly a great help for us to refresh ourselves

Information about bus other than Bus 21 was not made available to us and therefore we struggled to get to hotel from Salzuburg Hbf. FYI, bus no 23 could also get us to places we wanted to. We used bus 23 more than bus 21

This is a relatively basic hotel but very clean, modern and convenient. It's just off the route we took into Salzburg so it was super easy to find. The staff were helpful with bus information etc and the bus stop is directly outside the hotel (as is McDonalds for a quick & easy breakfast if that's your thing). Otherwise it's only a 10 minute bus ride into the city. It couldn't be easier. Hotel was clean and soundproofing was exceptional in keeping out all road noise.

Just worth noting there is a club below the hotel. To be fair I could hear it when I went to bed but it didn't stop me going to sleep or disturb me. If I had known about it.in advance I might have asked to be on the other side of the hotel. Other members of our group were the other side of the corridor and didn't hear anything at all so wouldn't put me off staying again but just something to be aware of.

Staffs are very professional and friendly greeters! They speak english so it’s a plus! Location is Perfect with a wonderful mountain view. Right down the Hotel McDonalds and Bus Stops are there. It’s 30 mins away from the central station. Property is well maintained and clean. Rooms are clean and modern. Buffet Breakfast is good, basic options only.

I hope they consider to provide a kettle, coffees/tea inside the room especially when it’s winter. Some people like me who got sick due to the cold weather had difficulty to warm drinking water. Moreover It will be great to have the elevator working in both ways (up/down)

Small but cozy, warm room. Ideal for a solo traveler. I didn't opt for breakfast as there is a McDonalds outlet right next to the hotel. The hotel is well connected to the city centre through public transport. The reception desk was very proactive in ensuring that guests are well informed of public transport timings and routes, and sight seeing locations. Thanks to the hotel staff for helping me with all queries I had about going around in Salzburg. They were very helpful. I had a nice stay at the hotel.

Lighting inside the room can improve. Also, TV could have been equipped with more international channels. It would have been ideal to use the smart TV applications using hotel WIFI.

We had an issue with our car that involved RAC assistance, the staff were marvellous at helping us out and allowing us to stay on the premises until sorted whilst providing coffee. Our breakfast was included but my husband couldn't eat so they allowed him a picnic for our journey. They went above and beyond. The room was very good, spacious, very clean and very fresh linens. The breakfast had a very expansive selection and was well presented in very clean environment.Would definately stay again.

There is nothing to dislike

Absolutely a 10 out of 10 hotel in Salzburg. We had a great stay here; the bus station was just beneath the hotel. The staff were amazing, giving us tips on what to see, what to eat, and even providing us with the bus schedule and directions for returning. The free apples were a great touch! Since we had a car, we were able to park at the hotel for free and ride the bus to the city centre. The room was also excellent. This was a great location for our day trips to Zell am See and other places."

Simple, modern, clean hotel just next to the main highway, ideal for a one nigjt stay on the way from vacation to home. The room was clean, beds comfortable, equipment Basic (no hot water cattle or tea/coffee, but regarding the price of accommodation fully ok), and although it is near to the big traffic, it's absolutely silent, no rush, nice to sleep in. We had paid an extra breakfast, which was nice. Can recommend for a one night stay.

This hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, making it a pleasant place to stay. While it's situated away from the city center, the nearby bus station provides convenient access to the city. The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

We were disappointed that there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room. Additionally, getting hot water for drinking was a challenge, which was inconvenient.

The service staffs were helpful, showing us the places to visit and how to go about with the public transport. And pleasantly surprised to be told that public tpt was free with the tourist tax

Nothing as it was our choice to stay 10min from town city.
