The Ardenhills Suites is probably the most complete hotel of all the hotels we have visited in Manila so far. Especially for families, it really offers everything you could wish for when travelling. Let's start with the rooms. Relatively large rooms with very large beds, which is particularly practical when travelling with children. There is a large fridge with a well-stocked minibar. The TV is large and contains all the usual streaming apps for evening entertainment. But it's not just the rooms that impress. There are two restaurants, a massage parlour, a large indoor swimming pool with children's pool and a small fitness studio. The absolute highlight is the playground on the fourth floor. The space is great, very clean, well cooled thanks to air conditioning and the toys fulfil the wishes of all children. Finally, we were also delighted with the staff at Ardenhills Suites. Starting with the guards, through reception to the cleaning staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, courteous and really keen to make sure guests have a great stay.

Sometimes you wait a little longer than you want for the lift.

I stayed here for a little over a month between Dec 2024 - Jan 2025, tried different rooms and saw various accommodations, so I have quite a bit of feedback to share. I particularly liked that the hotel is not too big or high-rise, giving it an intimate, homey vibe—even in the reception lobby. The beds are large and very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious with big closet. The lighting and water pressure are good. They also offer free drinking water. All the staff, from security guards and reception to housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance, are very friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. It has a small swimming pool which my kid enjoyed. The wash area in the pool is nice and clean. They provide swimming towels too. I like the location as a base if you’re planning to explore different parts of Manila, as it’s centrally located. It’s in an area with plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also very close to shopping malls and hospitals like St. Luke’s Medical Center. For the price, I would choose this over other small hotels, as I find Ardenhills the most comfortable for me. I plan to stay here again when I travel to Manila.

Areas for Improvement One major issue I noticed is the bathroom cleanliness. I stayed in different rooms (and checked other rooms) and all of them had thick yellowish stains in the corners, which looked very disgusting, as well as black mold between the tiles. I asked housekeeping several times to soak the stains in a cleaning agent for an hour before scrubbing, which helped only slightly. In short, the bathrooms need restorative cleaning, and management should schedule periodic deep cleaning to properly tackle stains beyond daily housekeeping. If this issue gets fixed, I would consider this a very good hotel. Additionally, some of the white towels were yellowish and did not smell fresh.

The room is clean, spacious, and cozy. The room aircon is cold and quiet. The staff is truly accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They could sense if guests needed something. They all have the initiative to offer their services. The speed of their service is outstanding, they responded quickly to my requests, no matter if it's night or early morning.

If you book 2 beds, there are not enough power outlets on the other bed because there is a lamp shade plugged in and that is the only outlet on that side. There are many choices of food on the breakfast buffet, and the presentation is good, but the taste of the foods can be improved.

Our family's stay at Ardenhills Suites from August 9 to 11, 2024 was a delightful experience, and I’m excited to share my thoughts. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority at this hotel. Everything was impeccably clean, and all fixtures looked brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable—on par with the high standards of 4-5 star hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. A restful night’s sleep was guaranteed, thanks to the top-notch bedding. The crew and staff at Ardenhills Suites deserves special recognition. They were exceptionally polite and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in, housekeeping, kitchen, and all teams, a huge shoutout to the crew present during our visit—though I regret losing the list of names, I hope the same level of service continues as time goes on. Giving my commendation to all the front desk staff/assistants whose shifts fall under August 9, 2PM until August 11, 1:30PM. The hotel itself is modern and high-tech, with impressive amenities like a smart TV. It’s clear that they’ve invested in creating a contemporary and comfortable environment for their guests. Overall, Ardenhills Suites provided an outstanding stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. I’d rate it a solid 9.5/10.

My only suggestion for improvement is to consider installing CCTV cameras in the elevators and hallways for enhanced guest safety, and possibly adding key access for elevators to filter the people coming in. Given that the hotel is relatively new (under a year old), I think management should prioritize these measures to further increase security and guest peace of mind.

The room was clean and so was the hotel. We particularly liked how spacious the room was. It was more than enough for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable. I also liked that the tv is a smart tv so my husband and I were able to binge watch a little from streaming apps. I informed the hotel that we were celebrating our first anniversary and I appreciated that the receptionist greeted us when we checked-in and there were a few sweets in the room with a greeting.

It was a plus that they have motorcycle parking but it was a little messy. Maybe they were still improving the motorcycle parking space.

I had a very wonderful 12-night stay in Ardenhills Suites. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception and hotel restaurant to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to help! I commend Justin, Hera, Raj at the front desk, Jason and his team from the Patio restaurant, Jomari of the Concierge team, and the cleaning staff on the 6th floor for their exceptional service. I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Manila, and this one was at the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever: spotlessly clean and spacious room, modern furniture, and extremely comfortable bed. We will come again!

Clean, clean, clean! This hotel is super clean with nice, modern amenities and an air of luxury. It always smelled great and was bug-free. Can't ask for more. The staff were incredible, so friendly and attentive. Probably the best staff in any hotel I've been in around the world. An additional friend came through Manila while I was staying there, and we were able to get an extra bed/amenities in the room for a few nights for a reasonable fee, which was a big help. The pool area is a nice environment.

there was a hot water problem in my shower that persisted a while, but once the staff realized they couldn't fix it, they upgraded our room, so I was more than satisfied with the resolution. the new room had great hot water.

Room is spacious and clean. The staffs are also accommodating and helpful. Our first stay is at room 505 and it was really wonderful, everything is excellent. Our second stay is at room 1003. We are really happy as the staff & manager offerred us an upgrade to junior suite since we were a bit dissappointed on the deluxe king room we got as the hotel is fully booked.

Everything in Ardenhills is good except for one thing, the WiFi. It would be good if the internet connection will be faster and not unstable on our booking in the future (3rd stay and beyond).

I love the staff including day and night staff and the security. Shout out to Justin, the night shift manager who remained consistent with his professionalism and common courtesy that truly embodied excellent customer service. Breakfast options were great, rooms were clean, and the purified water in the room tasted clean

I have to say this simply because the hotel is still probably adjusting to its policies as a brand new hotel. I think the gym hours have to change into an earlier time because 0900 seems a little bit late. Nevertheless, the staff still accommodated my request to use the gym earlier which is huge plus. The gym needs to have sanitizer available to wipe off the equipment before and after use. Also, I think the shower gel in the shower needs to improve. At first the gel felt like a real gel, but after a few days I feel like it's mixed with water. Hopefully the management remain consistent with that. Otherwise I have no other complaints. I will definitely return here.
