Hotel Indigo Warsaw strikes a perfect balance between historic charm and modern comfort. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, unique, and centrally located stay in Warsaw.

The only downside was the limited lunch and dinner options at the hotel. Expanding the menu would make the overall experience even better.

Great view of the city, the staff is just WONDERFUL, extremely kind and professional - allowed us to check-in early, which made the experience even more pleasant. The bed was simply one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on, it was hard to wake up in the morning because it's so comfy. Location is just perfect: close to public transportation, bars, restaurants.

The only issue (which is soooo small) is that the room is somewhat chilly. But really, it's such a small detail and the hotel is great overall.

It’s stylish and well located Room was very nice with views onto the Main Street of Warsaw. Bed was very comfortable.

It was frustrating having one lift. I would have liked to have had my tea and coffee restored in my room after each tidy up. Overhead showered took a while to stop running

The first impression of the hotel, from the entrance hallway and the big sitting area where the reception and the bar is located is exceptional! Just for that, you know for sure that things will be great. And of course, the hotel delivered since the room was amazing, clean, comfortable and much nicer than I expected (was one of the times that the real thing was better than the photos), and the same went for the hallways in the floors - there was a nice colouring concept as well since my friend was on floor 2 and everything was white whilst, I was on floor 4 and everything was black, really interesting 🙂 - I missed the chance to try the food but will make sure i will next time (yes, there's gonna be): on paper, it looked great as well. All was great, amenities were great, the staff was great as well, the room had everything and more than expected but don't get me wrong, the location, in my view (after all these goodies) is the real treat - there is literally no more central location than this. From here, you can explore the whole city plus, there is a very convenient pick-up inner road in front. Our stay here definitely made our trip better! P.S.: my room had a main city view and, while not the reason for the above, this added much value to my stay.

Rooms were fantastic. Comfortable, modern and clean. Equipped with everything one would need. Location was also extremely good, close to popular areas, nearby public transport and located in the downtown area. Breakfast was the best, a la carte, with great taste. I want to also thank the staff at the restaurant, all of them. They were great and patient with us. Super friendly and open to chat.

There's nothing I didn't like. Next time I'm in Warsaw, I'm staying at this hotel.

Everything. The hotel was an excellent stay. I really like the rooms they were the cleanest rooms i have ever stayed in my life. the staff was very helpful and very kind and also very polite and very knowledgeable. the hotel is in the center of warsaw, and it's easy to move around the city from it. also, the hotel has a sauna, which i didn't use, but it was very interesting that it was for free. The breakfast is not free but it was tasty and well thought of and finally I just want to mention again that the rooms were very good value for money and unbelievably clean. congratulations on this factor

The only negative I can write is that it gets a little loud on weekends because there are many bars next to the hotel. It seems like they have done as much as they can to solve this, but still...

LOVED the view from my window! Hotel is very cozy, much nicer than the big chains, staff friendly, perfect location. I didn't have breakfasts at the hotel, so I cannot say anything, but restaurant looks lovely. Also great choice for the hotel's toiletries. Amazing brand. Room very nicely decorated, bright and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed and pillows. While changing the mattresses is a bigger job, pillows could be replaced very easy... I am not sure if the mattresses are memory foam or not, but you just fall into a big hole made by the previous guests and there is no way you can turn or sleep in your comfortable position. First night was very hard, and I was even thinking of asking for a room change, but I loved the view and didn't want to move. After few days I got used to and learnt how to sleep to avoid the holes...

The staff at this hotel were not friendly at all. This was my fourth time in Warsaw and I loved Puro hotel, Nobu and Verte. I wanted to try Indigo, but unfortunately I won’t be staying here, because it is so unpleasant to walk into the hotel after an exhausting journey and be greeted by not friendly staff members. Also I specifically made a note that I want my type of room with a bathtub, the hotel staff didn’t care at all, that I not only messaged them but also called long time ago to secure that I am given a room the same one I booked. Also I burned myself really bad at the steam room, because you cannot see where the vent is and I stepped right into the burning steam. The sauna itself wasn’t in very good condition. No soap in the shower.

It was one of the best experiences in Warsaw. Impeccable cleanliness, service, hotel location, interior. There are no words to describe how delicious and mouth-watering the breakfast was, I have never tasted such delicious and varied dishes anywhere. To the chef, his team and all the restaurant staff - YOU ARE AMAZING In the evenings, after a long day of exploring the city, the best refreshment for the soul is the steam bath and sauna, which are open even 24 hours!!! Thanks again for an unforgettable birthday celebration.

Everything was great. I would start with the check-in. As we were not sure whether we chose the right room type, the lady at the reception was so nice and explained us everything. Even she took us to see the rooms before we decide and paid. A really premium experience. We chose the Queen Suite. Gorgeous and spacious. Amazing views to the skyscrapers (especially the night lights), clean. With a bath so you can chill. Huge windows and a bit of a glass ceiling. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect. As it should be for a high end hotel. The only comment is (but that’s our preference) that we would prefer buffet versus the a la carte, as you are less stressed to choose and you can taste different items, a bit from everything. It is free and you can order as much as you want (different things) but they all come as full portions so you end up wasting. Other than that perfect
