Great location n2 minutes walk from the station where you can get the train for £2 to Chopin airport. Great meal at night in the bar/restaurant and excellent breakfast. No complaints

Great location 5mins walk from Warsaw central station and airport bus stop or buses to the old town. On a side street so some noise protection although soundproofing also seemed good. Friendly, helpful and efficient reception staff. Large luggage storage room available free of charge. Refillable water bottle provided which could then be filled from dispensers in the corridor. 3 lifts so one was always available virtually instantly. Good sized room. I expected a queen bed but it looked bigger. Didn't use the TV much but it was massive and seemed to be reasonable choice of channels in various languages. My room was at end of corridor, furthest from the main road so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. Good choice at breakfast- batter provided next to a waffle maker, fresh fruit, bread loaves, bread rolls, pastries, cold cuts, yogurt and hot options e.g eggs, sausages (although only hot dog style)

Bathroom wasn't as modern and high standard as the rest of the hotel or main part of the room. Towels were quite thin and largest ones were only towels, not bath sheets so would likely be too small to close around some guests. Shower screen was rigid and hard to manoeuvre around to put in the plug to use the bathtub. Stepping out from a wet tub onto slippery tiled floor didn't feel very safe. Pancakes had clearly been sat a while at breakfast as cold and going a bit hard. Some items were not being topped up very quickly even at a non peak time. 85PLN seemed quite expensive as standard price for breakfast. I was offered a discount but still didn't feel I got good value.

Location is great, close to all kinds of public reansport. The breakfast was tasty. They let me check in early.

The minibar was extremely weak to the point there was no way to cool anything in there. I'm not sure whether mine was just broken or they're all like this since when I told reception and they promised to send someone to look into it, when I came back into my room at the end of the day it was the same as in the morning. Maybe someone looked into it and decided there's nothing to be done, maybe no one came... who knows.

First, the location, beside a mall with restaurants and groceries and the Central Train Station which is 300 meters if passing through the mall. Second, the room size is big and can accomodate 2 people comfortably and the bed was really comfy. The toiletries were good and I can use without any issues. Third, they provide free water with options of sprkling, slight sprakling, still water and hot water which is a plus since it saved me money form buying water. Fourth, the staff were very helpful. I need to purchase train tickets to several places and he kindly directed me to the proper website so that I dont need to visit the station. Checkout was fast.

The location is wonderful. I’ve been at this hotel before so I know how beautiful it was, now it was at renovations so most of the lobby was blocked and it was kind of a bummer. The hot tub is great and so is the sauna, most of the stuff was great. The rooms are nice and housekeeping is excellent.

One of the stuff members was a little rude to my friend who got there and checked in before I did. I was surprised to hear it, and a little annoyed since I know my friend is a very nice and polite person and there’s no reason to be rude to her. With that being said, only one the stuff was rude and with the others we encountered we had a nice positive experience. The renovations are a little annoying since there’s no place at the lobby, but I know it’ll be worth the wait, and hopefully we’ll come back in the future to enjoy it.

A very quiet and warmful experience. Located really close to Warszawa Central Station, this Mercure hotel is exactly what you are looking for if a good night of rest near many different landmarks from Warsaw is something you are looking for. The staff are really polite and professional. The rooms are packed with several things which enhance the experience, like a kettle and a hair dryer. The bed was really cozy and comfortable. The shower doesn't have a full door to close. It is beautiful by design, but it does throw water all over the place, and the bathroom is not that big.

Always varied breads, sliced lunch meats & fruits. Coffee seemed consistent European style - two machines that made a wide variety of coffees (but not adequate quantities for a busy breakfast service).

Breakfast was interesting, certainly not traditional American. Wet scrambled eggs, or precooked sunny side up, hot dogs, slices of smoked sausage, often flaccid partially cooked bacon. Lines for coffee (only 2 machines that brewed one cup at a time). No coffee machine outside of dining room for those who don’t want breakfast in the hotel.

Lovely Hotel just a few minutes walk from Warsaw Centralna railway station. Large shopping precinct opposite with access to supermarkets. ATM machines, bars and cafes etc. Very safe area despite being so close to a major station. Many, many thanks to the lovely young man on reception when I arrived, (sorry I don't recall his name), who helped me enormously when I arrived upset because I had been badly scammed by a taxi driver and charged a lot of money getting to the Hotel. I am an experienced, savvy traveller so it really upset me to have that happen to me. First time ever! He was so sweet and understanding and upgraded my room as a way of apologising for what had happened in his city, even though obviously not the Hotel's fault. Great customer service and much appreciated. Thank you.

Staff were so nice, they offered plush toys to my children. The hotel was comfortably located next to the station and close by a metro. The bedroom was big enough to fit two twin beds plus a cot and a large sofa bed. Breakfast was also good and nicely presented.

There was a step between the room floor and the bathroom that made all of us trip and hurt a bit. The windows were blocked for security so you can only open them a bit. Room was very warm.

My mother, who is a senior, traveled to Warsaw to visit me and spent the night at the Mercure Warszawa Centrum. This is the second time I’ve booked this hotel for her, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The location is great, with clean and comfortable rooms. But what truly stands out is the personal service. We really appreciated Julia for helping my mom with everything, from ordering taxis to ensuring she had everything she needed. This hotel is now our go-to choice when visiting Warsaw.
