The hotel lobby as soon as we entered was very nice and modern and the staff were very welcoming. We arrived 2 hours ahead of check in but we got into our room straight away. The pool area was 1st class, plenty of sunbeds, and the pools were really good. We never used our breakfast option so cant comment on the food but it did look really nice on the way past. We got fresh towels in the room dailly and the room was cleaned properly twice out of our 5 day stay which was good. The room was gor 3 people and it showed a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room when we booked, but we got a room with all 3 beds in it, which was a little cramped and not what i booked but the room was clean and comfy so it didnt bother us too much. We also received a welcome gift in the room when we areived which was a nice touch.Room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool area and everything about the hotel in general was really good. I would definately come back again

The room we booked did show a seperate bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. We got all 3 beds in the living room area. This was the only minor fault but it did not affect our stay which was still excellant

Reception staff knew so didnt know how to process our registration. We were told the room wasn't ready and to come back at four pm! On return the room still wasn't ready so they had to change us rooms

We didn't use the cleaning service over four days so didn't know where to empty our bin or get new towels. A notice offering this information would have been helpful especially as we were saving resources and money. The room could have been cleaner. Lots of dusty and dirty corners. Ie. Beside the bathroom sink on the floor. Also. I didn't like the fact that daily in the breakfast room whole areas were being sectioned off! I wanted to sit quietly in a corner away from noisy families but felt hearded to sit with them all. As a couple I expected a double or king size bed. Not two singles.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were so friendly and let us check in before our check in time which was so nice of them. Rooms are spacious and had a nice balcony which looked onto the pool. Each room had a mini bar with a fridge - we didn't use the mini bar but we could use the fridge for our own drinks. Rooms also came with a free safe. Breakfast buffet was amazing - so much to choose from and plenty of seating and the prosecco in the morning was a very nice touch!

Beds were a little hard but I still had a good sleep. Normal wear and tear in room but that's to be expected. Little bit of a wait sometimes for the lift to the room as the hotel was busy.

Great location, staff were excellent. Lots of choices for breakfast. Room was clean, balcony was a good size. Staff rectified small issue (not enough towels and an extra bed not set up) very quickly on arrival. Plenty of sunbeds to chose if you don't want 'prime' location at edge of pool. Great value for money!

Room was booked for 3 people but was set up for 2 when we arrived, this was very quickly rectified. Not many options for shade around the pool as the few parasols there are were fixed to the ground, had to rely on moving beds under trees etc.

Spacious hotel in a good ( not perfect) location. Fabulous high pressure shower. Althoigh run off not well contained ( see below.)

The safe was defective ( room 301) & needed total replacement. Battery door missing & compartment was rudimentally taped up, which offered an unreliable fix. I didn't bring it up with the staff as this would have meant moving rooms which would have been a pain. This was obviously an ongoing problem. Water egress from shower to the bedroom floor which became a slipping hazard. Coffee/sweeteners/sugar etc. Not "completely" replaced daily . Noisy chair movements from above, annoying at 6:30 in the morning. IE Not well sound proofed. However, all that aside I would stay again.

Good location slightly off the main tourist trail, hence much quieter and relatively tranquil but that's low season. Spacious grounds, huge reception area and multiple lifts. Never long to wait for the elevator. I have stayed in Melià hotels in Spain and Portugal and always found them to be a good standard, this one was no different. Choice at breakfast was vast and a huge dining area. Giant Lidl right opposite, very convenient. If you want to be near the epicentre of the Tourist area but don't fancy the chaos, this is a good place to stay.

Not a lot to dislike. Shower in our room could do with updating but it worked fine.

Hotel was very nice, lovely location a little out of the madness but not too far to walk into the main part of benidorm, great facilities beautiful spa

There was alot of palm trees around the pool ,also some NOT ALL of the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly Juan and the guy greeting us for breakfast were very nice ,a smile doesn't kill you .we also found the cleaners did the bare minimum

A very nice hotel but a bit dated now, it was clean and the pool area is lovely and very green. But not enough sun beds and areas to sunbathe and the hotel was not full either. Breakfast had lots of choice. The hotel had a scent which was delightful. Overall it was very clean and a pleasant stay, ideal for families

Pool area didn’t have enough space or sun beds you had to Que at 9am to run and secure a bed. Breakfast, not enough outdoor tables, also understaffed, we had to clear a table a couple of times to be able to sit down. Drinks at breakfast were really poor, watered down and coffee was dreadful. Also our shower leaked into the bedroom through the wall? Room 259 The last point is that the hotel needs a refurb as it’s very tired.

The views the rooms, we moved from staying in the old town and had 2 nights here the pool was lovely plenty of sunbeds towels available. Breakfast was amazing good choice of food. And not many hotels have inconecting rooms as I have 5 children this was perfect the only one little problem as the mini bar was stocked I did have to empty the fridge as my little ones would of been in heaven and cost me a fortune. You do need hair covering for the indoor pool but only cost 2 euros to buy one. The life guards was amazing with my children always watching closely. So thank you
