Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel! We were delighted with absolutely everything - the room was amazing, so was the view! Staff so friendly & welcoming - thank you! SPA amazingly clean, plenty of towels - cold water cooler. Breakfast so tasty and so much choice - breakfast staff really friendly & welcoming too - cannot wait to return! The hotel has been totally refurbished recently and is in an impeccable condition - the cleaning staff are always hard at work making sure everything is immaculate. The location is Colonia de Sant Jordi is perfect - you can appreciate the view from the sun loungers around the pool! Directly onto the sea! There is even a small beach & recently some steps have been installed to descend into the turquoise blue perfect sea water. It is located on a beautiful promenade - one way you walk towards the Universal Marques Hotel in order to gain access to the world famous Es Trenc beach - perfect white sand / turquoise water - on the other side you walk towards the picturesque small harbour and can carry on walking for miles on perfect white sandy beaches. We had the most fabulous time & cannot wait to return! Thank you to all the staff at Gran Leon's!

Absolutely nothing - only wished we could have stayed longer! Leaving was the only disappointing aspect of this wonderful break.

The hotel is newly renovated with nice interior. The restaurant serves delicious food; it is nice that there are both buffet and table service options. The room was spacious and comfortable; I loved how the bathroom was integrated into the room.

The hotel is a SPA hotel and they do accept children, but I didn't like that kids can only use the indoor pool until 4 PM. We visited in the middle of October, and there were some windy days so we couldn't use the outdoor pool. The village where the hotel is located is really poor. You would never visit such a village if you didn't have a hotel booked. I will never choose this hotel because of the location. The hotels nearby are around 40 years old, so the path by the sea is not very nice to walk on. There are no nice restaurants or shops around, Mallorca has much more nicer places to offer.

The overall feel of the hotel was very calm, ideal for us as this trip was all about relaxing and escaping our busy life. The food was delicious, couldn't fault a single meal, the salad/ desert buffet was amazing, there were changes everyday to compliment the starter and main we ordered from the main menu, which changed everyday. This was a really lovely touch, made each meal feel more like a relaxing restaurant not having to continue getting up and down for food and the presentation was beautiful. We definitely had to try and resist overeating as everything looked delicious! Our room was modern, we had a little plunge pool, it was freezing and sadly we didn't have the weather to brave that! But the room was very clean, and the facilities were great, coffee machine, dressing gown & slippers, his & hers sinks and plenty of hanging/ cupboard space to unpack, we spent a good amount of time in our room as it was comfortable. Location wise, the coastal walks both left and right out of the hotel are well worth a day out, we walked right to Ses Covetes for lunch, not the best food but still worth the walk, you'll pass 5illes Beach & Sunset this is a must for lunch and cocktails which we went to another day. Left out of the hotel has more going on, you'll pass a beach town and could walk for miles and miles. We didn't explore much of the town as we had the hotel to enjoy instead. We loved our stay and feel very grateful we chose such a wonderful hotel, we would highly recommend.

Only a couple of changes - the pergola outside our room drove us crazy in the wind, If this design could be altered so that the ends are secure and won't continue to fall out (banging metal on metal) then this could help future guests. Adding if there are nuts alongside all the food options, my partner has a servear nut allergie and so we were unsure what he could and couldn't eat.

The perfect place to relax and unwind, it has everything you need! The pool is stunning and it’s also beachside with ladders down into the water for easy access. The hotel itself was beautiful and the perfect place to see the sun set! The breakfast buffet options were great and their à la carte restaurant Bacora was also delicious. If you don’t want to eat at the hotel it’s just a short walk to the town. The details such as the water coolers on each floor was appreciated, overall a wonderful stay and would love to stay again!

The toilet is a glass door, no matter how close you are to someone… no one wants to see each other sitting in the toilet! The reception said they were going to change it for next season, hope they do!

As with all these exceptional places, the staff were fantastic during our stay, and of course the investment in the property and all the exceptional facilities, the spa, the gym, pools, sauna and steam rooms were all, top class. The bedroom was spacious as was the balcony. Breakfast was over the top, and everything was delicious, as was all our food during the stay. Would love to visit again

Hated leaving, but the hotel wouldn't let us leave without preparing a breakfast for our journey at 4;20am!! That's why this place is a different class

Excellent breakfast. The location was very peaceful and the staff were super friendly..without exception It is one of the rare hotels where you can sleep peacefully and there was no noise at all after a certain time. Either because we went outside of highseason, or people who go there , go for the peace and quiet

I thought the portions for the evening meal were much to small. I understand fine dinning but I left the table feeling hungry on the first night

The hotel is beautifully renovated. The staff are beyond welcoming and super helpful. Rooms are extremely well presented and cleaned on a daily basis with the beds also being turned down every evening. The pool area is clean and quiet and the pool bar is very relaxing with a lovely, varied menu and absolutely delicious food and excellent service.

I have nothing to criticise to be honest. On the one occasion we made a suggestion about the something in the room, they discussed with Management and have adopted our proposal which was lovely to hear that our feedback was being heard and actioned upon.

The hotel staff was very polite and professional. Food was generally of high standard, lots of options for breakfast including some dishes cooked on demand. Dinner was mostly fantastic, we particularly loved the table service. Having a smaller selection of entrees and main dishes (in addition to a salad and dessert buffet) ensured better food quality, which we prefer over quantity. Great selection and quality of spa treatments as well. The hotel participates in organised trips and rides to and from the airport that you can book as extras. The entire place was extremely clean, and the cleaning crew would come back a second time in the afternoon to ask if anything else was needed. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet, which is ideal for relaxing holidays.

Although food was for the most part excellent, there were a few inconsistencies with hit-and-miss dishes at dinner. We feel like at least water at the restaurant should have been included for half-board. Same goes with coffee pods in rooms. Hotel amenities were very good, but the swimming pools were on the small side and the nearest beach is not great for swimming. Access to the spa area should be more carefully supervised and restricted. On more than one occasion some unsupervised young guests were behaving inappropriately in the spa area posing serious safety risks both for themselves and for other guests.

Ambiance, cleanliness, food (specifically bakeries and desserts), staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was kind and helpful.

There's not much but, just one small comment: For dinner, we would prefer the open buffet instead of the full menu. Open buffet was delicious and sufficient. Menu could be limited or not for everyone.
