Everything about this hotel is wonderful from the sculpture of the bull in reception to the staff to the hotel rooms which are clean and quirky. Laura is a dream alongside everyone who works on reception. Itzi who does the massage is incredible. Have one you will not be disappointed. The location is the real selling point of this hotel. Right on the harbour to the restaurants. I love it and will be back

Breakfast used to be better. Please can this be improved. Some dishes were cold and undercooked like the harsh browns.

Breakfast was excellent, in the restaurant watching the Mediterranean and sun rise. Fresh squeezed juice, fresh fruit, cereal, hot dishes, eggs and omelette cooking station. Vegan, lactose and gluten free options. Hotel suitable for guests on wheelchair. There are ramps and elevators. Location is pleasant and quiet, in a fishing village called Es Castell, just 3 km away from Mahon. Many restaurants nearby and the hotel has two restaurants. Dinner buffet was good. Rooms with sea view get sunshine in the morning.

Note that in the evenings when there is live music entertainment on the ground floor, you can hear the music from the room. You get entertainment whether you want it or not. Luckily the music stops 23:30.

I adored the location of this hotel and I'm booked to come back may of next year alongside next summer. I love the quirky rooms and the beds are so comfortable. For me it was like being at home. The sky bar was wonderful and the hot tubs are cool. Very refreshing way of capturing the view. The infinity pool was beautiful although it would be nice to swim with a view of the sea. The reception room is massive. Art work impressive. Very grand entrance.

Staff at breakfast could be impersonal a bit compared to the neighbouring hotel. A bit more interaction with staff would be lovely. The housing tram were excellent. The room was cleaned brilliantly The pool could have been designed slightly bigger

Everything from Laura on reception to the present of Cava and eateries in my room. I feel part of the family there. A very personal touch. The lady who made my omlettes in the morning was briliant. Loved her to bits. Gave me a big hug on my last morning. Idyta beautician. Wow her massages are briliant. Have one. Five star.

I don't want to say because it is nothing. The brilliancy of the hotel outweighs my check in at 2.

We were unexpectedly upgraded to the junior sea view suite and treated as VIPs for our stay, which was a huge surprise and very gratefully appreciated. The whole hotel had the “wow factor” and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, outdoor pool and our room very much, along with great customer service from the receptionist who checked us in

The tv in our room didn’t work and whilst we reported it immediately, it wasn’t resolved whilst we were there and when I asked reception I was told the engineer had been informed. We were only staying for 2 nights so it didn’t impact our enjoyment, but it would have been nice to use occasionally. We also wish the bathtub had been an option to use, but the shower was very nice

Great location with stunning views across the sea. Junior suite was of a good size and super comfy bed. Free minibar was a plus! Roof top bar area was very relaxed and lovely to chill out of an evening. Perfect location for exploring Mahón and the rest of the island. Super breakfast choice and staff always friendly and helpful. Food and drink was very reasonably priced at the pool bar. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay was very enjoyable! Good food. Quiet. Top roof pool. Close to marina. Friendly staff. Air-conditioned rooms. No kids....

Top roof pool bar could have been open earlier - so people can enjoy the space immediately after breakfast. Regarding breakfast time - Coffee machines are very slow, often out of milk and small cups... Very annoying especially when you in rush and coffee is a must after late night.

Nice location right on the waterfront at the entry of the Mahon bay. The staff is professional and friendly both at the reception, breakfast, lounge. High standard. Our room was a bit small, and some of the detailing we not perfect. We were given an upgrade with Seaview and VIP package which included as well free minibar, and late check out plus discount for other services. The cleanliness was overall very good, the bed was extremely comfortable with blinds that were completely blackout and good noise insulation. So overall, the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very, very good with plenty of options and is a kind of standard for this hotel chain. Worth mentioning the roof terrace with Jacuzzi. It has a fantastic view on on the sea and on the town Es Castell amazing. Overall, and very good experience.

As a seed, although we were given an upgrade, the room was a bit small and some of the details where worn out. Minor things I must say.

Rooms very lovely, beds by far some of the comfiest. Breakfast, very basic for a quality hotel. I would say you would need to add more variety, it was very basic.

Gym facility was very aged and didn't have lots of equipment in there. Maybe a tourist hotspot where you would recommend the best places to visit in Menorca? We had to do that all ourselves, it just would have been better to know the best spots around Menorca.
