Fantastic room, food of a high quality and excellent staff and service.

Cooked breakfast was not very hot. We had to send back two of our cooked breakfasts. We are both pianists and found it very frustrating that we were unable to play the piano in the piano bar. We asked for permission but were told that we were not allowed. A beautiful piano sat there locked up and unused ! Given the average age of the clientele there are no hand rails to hold on to when going up and down the stairs. We heard a few people comment on this as a potential safety issue.

Everything was great. I loved the view from the second floor, which offered an amazing vista of the golf course and a bit of the sea. It’s such a quiet place, perfect if you’re looking for a destination to relax and enjoy tranquility. This is the best option book it without a doubt. The vibe of the hotel is a bit classy, so if you expect something modern, it won't meet your expectations. However, everything else is great: it's quiet, has amazing service, and the staff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Despite these points, I still give them a 10 out of 10. The hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. Just book it. It’s amazing!

There are just two things I would like to mention. First, the spa is extremely small. There’s nothing like an indoor pool or extensive facilities. It’s practical if you just want to use it, but if you need somewhere to chill, the spa is not the best option. That said, since it’s included in the room’s price, it’s not a big deal. The main issue is the food and beverage quality. I had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and extra meals at the restaurant, but I feel this area needs improvement. The variety of breakfast options didn’t meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. However, considering the overall excellence of the hotel and the amazing staff and service, this is a minor drawback.

The management went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! The suite was very spacious and well presented throughout. The calming background music from the control panel speakers was a nice touch. The restaurant staff and food were top class. Breakfast service was efficient and full of smile from the friendly staff with a great selection of quality food. Having a direct access to the golf facilities was amazing. We definitely will come back. Truly a 5 star hotel!

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the bellman to the front desk to the catering and cleaning staff - everyone was there to make the hotel guests feel very special. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless and clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3-4 days. The Mini-Bar always stocked up with a wide selection. Our balcony provided us with beautiful sun-loungers and awning overlooking the pool with the coastline in the distance. Direct cellar access to the golf course with the hotel's own buggies and locker rooms for your golf clubs. The breakfast buffet catered for your every need with waiter service bringing your eggs of choice and coffee/tea. The Maître d' remembered our breakfast wishes and room number after just one visit - impressive! What service! The outdoor bar provided a good lunchtime menu. Water bottles were delivered everyday together with the most exquisite little chocolates which we devoured in quiet ecstacy. Coming down in the morning to be greeted by a wonderfully refreshing air of menthol/eucalyptus was a very nice touch! The entire establishment (indoors and out) was an oasis of peace and tranquility. Absolutely perfect!

The evening menu in the restaurant was a touch too fancy - we only went there once and it wasn't special. We recommend aiming at a slightly broader community with more simpler dishes. From what we could tell, the restaurant was not well frequented. The bedside carpet needed to be replaced or cleaned - it was stained.

Breakfast was very good as were the staff. The new receptionist who has been with you about a month could do with more training however. We didn’t find him that helpful and didn’t have true knowledge of the golfing facilities.

The golf society seemed to take over esp arranging their golf day at breakfast, taking over the pool and piano bar. This spoilt it for us and they are very noisy and not managed by the hotel.

Excellent hotel amd faciilties amd staff were very good.

The hotel restaurant was fully booked every night and the hotel had not informed us before hand that we needed to make reservataions before we arrived. That was annoying. Also the hotel neighboor hood (except the golf course) was a dissappointment.

Quiet, excellent location, very friendly and helpful receptionists

This the fourth time we have stayed there and the hotel hasn’t moved on. The rooms are starting to look tired, there is no decent coffee machine. The terrace restaurant is too small and there seems to be a pecking order to get a nice table. The maitre’d is past his sell by date.

Very nice hotel, GREAT location for golfers as you can literally take the buggy from the garage to the course. Also, the food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional.

The front desk staff was not always helpful and dind't think ahead or explained the processes at the hotel well. i guess a reason being that 90% of their guests are probably returnees The food at the hotel's restaurant was truly amazing, but we almost didn't go for dinner as the menu outside the restaurant did not show a single vegetarian dish, even when we asked at the front desk whether there were any options for vegetarians they didn't mention anything. When we sat down at the resturant after all and I asked the waiter whether I could have the pasta dish without the meat, and he said oh you are vegetarian, no problem we have a vegetarian menu.

Hotel is stunning. I loved that they turn your bed down and add a sweet and water bottle. Such a lovely touch. Staff were fabulous. It was an amazing experience. Loved it.

No water fountain that I could see to refill my bottle. Just perfer to be more sustainable.

Extremely clean and tidy. Very quiet. Good service. Good food. The most relaxing pool I have ever sat around - very well maintained ...........

Since our last visit there is unfortunately loud music every night until about 3am from a local bar/club.
