The pool area is really good. Very nice. I can't say a bad word. The apartments are nice and well stocked with everything you need for your trip. I was offered a glass of Cava on check in which was very nice. Staff were very nice to. The kids entertainment was brilliant, my girls enjoyed that. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. I will definitely book again and I do recommend.

The only downside is the hotel is far from the town but they provide a bus in and out of town once a day and its €10 for a taxi each way. The other thing was the day time bar food was extremely expensive. So to get a snack for 1 adult and 2 kids was €46. And the kettle in my apartment was cleaned with a very strong chemical which I could taste with every coffee I made, it was a complete disaster and made me throw up the first time I drank my coffee.

The most stunning place! From our arrival at reception with the lovely staff (they are all lovely!) The place should be far more than 3stars! The views are stunning! Its better than the pictures! The pool was like walking into a bath. Being at the swim up bar, we felt like celebrities (Probably more about the price though! 'o' ) All the pool bar staff are great holiday hosts! (But it shut at 5) Serene hotel, yet with plenty to do - a small kids arcade room, badminton, table tennis, mini golf, pool, spa, crazy golf, reading room, chess, the jacuzzi pool, THE POOL! We had a duplex room as there were 5 of us. Plenty of space. The place is spotless! We were a family of 10. Ages ranging from 73 to 2 - and we all loved it here! Thankyou to all the lovely helpful staff who made our stay here all the more pleasant!

Our only gripe was the food! If you like eating out, its not good here. The reviews for the restaurant werent good. But we never seen anybody eat in there anyway. It always looked closed and uninviting. So we opted for a snack at the pool bar. But 7 euro for a small plain hotdog is quite extortionate! As you are on a hill, the nearest restaurant is a 'steep' half hour walk away! And the nearest supermarket is a steep 20 minute walk away. So if you like self catering its ideal! We would have liked a supermarket on site, or a reasonable priced menu. Also, we found that there was only ever 2 or 3 more people in the bar in the evenings other than us. BUT,, maybe this is the kind of ambience they are looking for? Definitely wont deter us from returning :)

The accommodation itself was fabulous. The Country Club is very stylish and well looked after, looks better in real life than in pictures. There are many activities that you can do around the day, there is minigolf, there is the swimming pool, there is a games room, a jacuzzi etc. Swimming pool was always heated and clean. Louis, the entertainment guy was really cool, there was Bingo, there was water aerobics etc. The ladies at the restaurant were so sweet and friendly. The staff working at the reception area was also amazing. Bruno and Alejandro were both so helpful and friendly, both made the time to answer all questions me and my friend had. Alejandro was very helpful in explaining to us the best places we can go around the area, he helped us book a paragliding experience and explained to us the best ways to go around the island. From all the places I have been to, this accommodation had the most friendliest, professional and kind staff.

Beautiful complex. We had a duplex apartment for two adults and two teenagers. Next to the pool, beds were comfy, though kids reported their beds were “firm” but preference I guess Kitchen had everything we needed and we ate our food and had drinks on the balcony most evenings. Peaceful place. We had a car and drove a few minutes to local shops and Siam park. I think difficult to walk anywhere from here really. (Small supermarket 5 mins walk away) But local bus all day and evening going past hotel. Taxi cost us approx €10 one evening. Staff were fantastic, spoke perfect English… and I thank them for this.

The pool is huge and warm and never too crowded. Also the size and the layout of our room (2 bedrooms apartment) was great, with big terrace.

It is true what other reviews are also saying, that the rooms are quite old, bathrooms are shabby and would need an upgrade. Also not very clean, we saw bugs in the kitchen and the bathroom. They dont clean the rooms daily, only on request. Also I had to ask for toilet brushes, as there was none (which is very weird). The kitchen could use some more equipment (pots, bowls, etc).

Resort is very clean and apartments are in nice surroundings. Pool area is very large with plenty of beds and the pool itself is massive. Rooms are clean and pretty well laid out. Great patio area. A nice relaxing place to stay.

Some of the furniture and equipment in the rooms look a bit old and tired. The hotel has a lot of facilities but many of these are hard to find and never seemed open. The entertainment staff tried hard but it wasnt always clear what was going on when, and then it never seemed to start on time. Bar prices were a rip off, we ordered a Vodka and Coke and were charged 12 euros. When we queried it we were told we didnt specify what Vodka we wanted. Apparently Absolute cost 8 euros for a shot.

Absolutely amazing!! The pool is huge, with slightly heated water, enough sunbeds with intimacy if you wish for. The design and arhitecture of the club is very Bali-like, very quiet, peaceful. We had a one bedroom apartment with view of the sea and the pool, a lot of space on the terrace and a second private terrace on the roof. The beds were comfortable, and the club is a 3 minute drive from siam park. We definitely recommend it and have no negative to say about it

Location was easily accessible to gas’s and neighboring cities food and churrería. ABSOLUTELY ALL staff was kind and honest. Cleaning service made sense, I booked cleaning whenever I wanted! Pool towel service was free (with loss deposit), with a scheduled clean pool towel exchange.

Internet is horrible, limited WiFi coverage, or dead connections. (Connection was successful but no data going through)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartments were very clean and well equipped. The pool is goregous.

Sauna wasn't working. Gym equipment needed updating

_Kids Club-almost full day long really meaningful activities organized for kids. We were very lucky with Hungarian animator. Andrea was extremely nice :) _We loved the Mini Golf _Location-for those who desire for calm, less busy/ crowded place it is perfect choice. Really good value for money. Either you stay whole day at the hotel (it is really calm) or you make sightseeing trips, the motorway is quite close by car, you can easily get anywhere. (Car rental is easy and relatively cheap in Tenerife). We liked the free shuttle bus that takes to the coast organized by hotel once per day. _Sunset from the hotel. Cava for breakfast :)

Variability of breakfast could be wider. Unfinished construction next to the hotel territory -that is not the hotel's fault obviously. Overall it is a great place :)
