The room was comfortable and cozy — clean, bright, and well-equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and enough toilet paper. Towels were changed whenever we asked, and the cleaning lady did an excellent job. The hairdryer worked perfectly. The terrace was also clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the swimming pool. Everything was spotless. Also I was at gym, not bad, just need to be fixed few equipments. The administration of reception was friendly, talkative and professional. Me and my mother were fully satisfied about level of 3-stars hotel. Thank you!

We had bad lucky with next to us room-neighbours. They smoked a lot and long time. We don’t smoke and for us this smell was annoying and our room smelled like a tobacco’s store/bar.

Everything was great. The stay exceeded our expectations. We must praise the accommodation, the staff, facilities and the food. We were accommodated right at the beginning of our stay when the gentleman at the reception changed our room from the ground floor to another floor. We did not feel comfortable there and he responded very nicely. Thank you. The room was as advertised. Basic amenities in the kitchen, tidy, a few towels, cleaning every day. The pool was great, the gym spacious and clean. We have to praise the half board very much. The pictures did not lie and the food was delicious. There was fish every day and lots of vegetables and cheese. There was something for everyone. Don't worry about parking. Tenerife can be a bit tricky in this, but we found a spot around the hotel every time, regardless of the day or time we arrived. It was over an hour from the hotel to Teide and Anaga, a few minutes to a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

There is no air conditioning in the room. But considering you are in the north of the island, it's fine during the summer. Open a window overnight and you can do it. :-) Just watch out for the lizards, they are cute but everywhere.

Great place to stay to explore the Tenerife island. The rooms are very spacious, beds are wide and comfortable and so are the pillows. The pool was kept very clean and there is a lifeguard watching over practically all the time. The price is very reasonable for what you get, with some Booking discounts one may even say it is great.

The breakfast could be a little bit better, it was able to offer most of the basic things one might want to eat, but nothing special and the food quality in general was nothing to brag about as well. Fair breakfast but nothing to hype yourself about

The breakfast was wonderful and diverse, offering plenty of choices. We also tried the dinner for €16, which was excellent. The room was quiet and peaceful, with goats grazing nearby—a charming touch. There were plenty of parking spaces, making it very convenient for those traveling by car.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. Although housekeeping came to clean the room, they did not change the towels or bedding, wash the dishes, or wipe the dust. Additionally, hair was everywhere from the cleaning staff. Some plates and cups were dirty at breakfast, so we had to check and choose cleaner ones.

Great place and great value for money, would definitely recommend !! Tenerife is filled with large hotels and all-inclusive resorts etc. but this hotel/appartments is far away from all of that luckily.The environment is very calm and silent. Great mountain views. There is a lot of sightseeing/activities close by (if you have a car, in a radius of say 45 min drive) such as Mosca, beaches, Puerto de la cruz (10 min drive), cuevas negras etc. etc. The apartment was equipped with a nice kitchen, really good bed, proper bathroom. The swimming pool is nice and clean. There is a gym which has a lot of equipment and is open until late at night. Breakfast was included and was OUTSTANDING. Lots of choice, everything fresh. There was even vegan milk & yoghurt!

The kitchen is equipped but some basic stuff like salt, coffee/tea or oil are not provided. My room did not seem to be cleaned very well (there was stuff on the floor and hairs in multiple places), but it was not terribly gross or anything. There is not much to do on walking distance from the hotel. You'll need a car to get there. NOT close to the beach. However, the drive to this place was beautiful as you have to drive through the mountains. The furniture is not very comfortable (but the bed is!) to sit on (e.g. couch was very old you could feel the iron inside). The pool closes 6 pm, which seems quite early to me. Limited parking spaces, there is no other parking options nearby, the parking was full all the time whereas it was not high-season (hotel was not full).

Friendly staff, nice modern vibe, good sized room/apartment and wide range of dishes fr meals. Room very clean too. Very impressed overall. Good mix of guests too, with no one ’type’ predominating, but quiet at night. Not a party hotel😃! Ideal for the active outdoors holidaymaker but suited to all really.

The only slight downside was parking. As stated in the listing, the hotel does not have its own car park and the surrounding area although it has street parking, is quite full of cars. If coming with a rental car, hire a small one. It helps with roads and parking everywhere in Tenerife.

The breakfast was amazing, they also had gluten free options for my friend. The pool was amazing, around 24 degrees (I hate cold water and this pool had a nice temperature in January). You get a big soft pool towel at the reception for free. The room was pretty big for 3 people and we had a pretty view of the sea. We were able to use the kitchen, which was a nice plus, since we didn't eat out every day. The rooms are all in a quiet area and the whole hotel stretches over multiple buildings. Just down a street you have access to hiking paths. The gym also looked nice, but we didn't manage to use it. The lounge area next to the breakfast room has a lot of books for rainy days. There are multiple bus stops nearby. The staff spoke English very well.

During certain days and times it was hard to find parking around, since the hotel doesn't have its own. So be prepared to drive around a few rounds, especially when there is a football match.

Excellent stay, beautiful stay in the mountains, amazing scenery. We had a stunning ground floor apartment with s terrace facing the pool and mountains. The staff were amazing particularly the lady at the reception who walked us to our room. We had half boar and the buffet food was of such high quality. They really do everything right - enough variety but small enough that they can really make nice tasty dishes - not your average (normally bad) all inc buffet. We absolutely loved it and so did our 2 small kids. We had no issues with parking either and got there around 4pm. Only regret is that we only stayed 1 night. thank you for a fab stay!!

It's a very nice place to stay in Tenerife to explore an island! The hotel is situated at slighty busy street, but room windows overlook the pool or the mountain/ocean view (you won't be disturb by the traffic, except the goats nearby :)). The hotel has nice standard, the rooms could use some refreshing though (nothing serious, just painting, replacing slightly worn small elements, etc). Breakfasts and dinners are terrific! Fish, vegetables, local food from time to time, everything very tasty. There are no shops/restaurants which you can visit on the foot, so if you plan to move arround the island the car is a must. There are some walk paths near the coast though.

I can't complain about anything.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice food options, I used it as a base for cycling & it's perfect for this, good gym too. Large comfortable rooms, quiet area away from the hustle & bustle.

Air conditioning would be a nice option especially in the bedroom.
