Great welcome at the reception when we arrived. A welcome drink was served, and we got a free upgrade to a junior suite that was such an amazing surprise for us travelling with the teens! The food at this hotel was simply amazing, everything was very tasty and fresh. There was a great variety of food, fruits, and desserts at the buffet restaurant, incl ice cream bar and chocolate fountain. Alcohol was limited to lunch and dinner, where you could get a maximum of 3 units of red, white, or rose wine, or beer. More alcoholic beverages could be purchased at the bar. The beds in the room were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Even though there were lots of people, there were always available sunbeds by the pool area. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and with a great attitude. We loved everything! There is a bus station right outside, and the bus nr 25 will take you straight to Palma downtown for 2 EUR (cash only!). Would recommend taking your own beach towels since the hotel takes a deposit of 10 EUR pr towel if you need to borrow one. The taxi cost around 20 EUR from the airport to the hotel.

Such a lovely hotel and definitely worth every penny. Firstly, the staff were amazing! From the front of house to the cleaners, cooks, the bar staff, everyone went above and beyond and were so friendly! Always had a smile on their face. The food was out of this world! We were expecting (like many other all inclusives) to have the same food every night and to be eating chips and pasta for every meal. This was not the case at all. The food was so good we only went to a restaurant outside of the hotel once! They switch up the dishes and they are full of flavour. Pizza, meat, pasta, rice, mozzarella sticks, ribs, steak… the list goes on. Definitely something for everyone! Our bedroom, well we were blown away! It’s so much bigger in person than the pictures, free aircon and a fan on ceiling, clean tidy room, we had a sofa bed too which was nice, great sized balcony, everything was spotless. Sun loungers, there were so many to choose from. You can either sit by the pools, or they have a garden around the back which has so much space if you want to be in a more quiet setting. Overall we were amazed and will definitely be back! Thank you so much!! :)

Our only personal downfall to the property is that the cocktail choices are limited. If more choices were available, we would have sat and ordered way more drinks everyday, which would also benefit the hotel profit wise. The second thing was the entertainment, we didn’t manage to find any entertainment while being there. Thirdly, we were looking forward to trying out the indoor pool as it looked very relaxing (for days when you want to take a break from the busier pools) but apparently it’s closed in summer and only open in winter. I couldn’t see online anywhere which explained this.

The hotel is beautiful, so many facilities that are clean. The buffet food was so much better than expected with so much choice. I’m a pescatarian and managed to fill my boots every night! The staff were so welcoming, friendly and great to chat to. The pools are clean and I loved that there were 3 different ones to choose from.

It would have been great if the indoor pool was available too. My main critique is the noise. It seems the area attracts a lot of drunk Germans who like to sing and throw up at stupid times! Understandably the hotel do try and manage this with the drink limit.

We liked it, the rooms and the food, breakfast and dinner were very good. Some of the staff really helpful The indoor pool was great and the gym it wasn't not bad at all.

To much noise at night. Many drunk young people have no manners in the restaurant. Many of them were drunk from the morning till the following day. Some of the stuff were rude and the cleaning was not the best.

Very good range of food, room and common areas very clean, nice pools.

Bedroom walls are thin so we could hear neighbours very clearly next door.

Food was as expected: enough variety for everyone (incl my picky eater kids). Staff were attentive and capable despite the big capacity of the hotel. Not much of a sea view but only a min walk away which is great! (Please note no designated beach area - additional €56 for 2 beds and umbrella for 1 day to be paid there) Room given was bigger than expected. Evening shows available on some nights - great performers!

Rooms could have been cleaned a bit better. Unfortunately also not a lot for children to do except beach/pool in this "party area". Pool also opens quite late and closes early. Indoor pool was closed thoughout summer.

The buffet was excellent. Personal-helpful, friendly. Room-clean.

We were in September. Outdoor pool was a bit cold. In this case, we were looking especially for a hotel with the indoor pool, sauna and SPA. We were very disappointed that Indoor pool was closed and the steam room was broken although this was not stated in the description. The food was excellent, and the staff were absolutely fantastic! Especially the staff in the dining area, they were so friendly and helpful, and lovely to our baby. We had a fantastic stay.

The hotel has great location, it is close to the sea, shops and restaurants but it not in too noisy area with loud night life. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good variety of food. Very friendly staff. The hotel has 3 outdoor swimming pools but only one is suitable for active swimming, two other are bar/chill out pools. The hotel is more suitable for adults, during our stay we did not see any animation for kids (in our case this was positive).

Very loud guests next doors who made noise all night. Fortunately, the hotel staff took measures and we could sleep peacefully all next nights.

Food was fabulous a great variety of options including fish,seafood, meat veg and staples like pizza pasta burgers and hotdogs for the less adventurous. Staff were lovely.

The hotel itself was fab however as a Brit the resort is very focused towards Germans with heavy German music being played. The entertainment in the hotel wasn’t great.
