The hotel territory and the pool area was very cozy and beautiful, lots of sunbeds and great heated pool. The parking of the car was comfortable and at least in November there was always room to park. The dinner was OK, the soft ice cream was a hit for the children.

The room was rather tired and small and it seemed that all rooms were very similar. Although the room was cleaned every day, the floor was still quite dirty. The breakfast needs some upgrade in my eyes, but the selection was fine.

Place is great, staff is fantastic, very nice people and helpful. They have bus services included to 2 different beaches which are great for getting around without a car.

Fridge/mini bar is not in every room, you have ti rent them for a minimum of 1 week for an extra cost. Which for a 4* hotel and with it being as great as it is, makes it a little bit hard to understand

This was a clean hotel with very friendly staff. At the reception and at the bar, staff was always ready to help and very friendly - no small feat considering that the hotel seemed to be fully booked and taking into consideration that some guests really didn't make the slightest effort to be friendly themselves. The pool is fairly big and you can swim in there - in case you're swimmer - and you can "carve out" a lane for yourself.

If I had to critizise something it would be, that the hallways and inside of the hotel (besides the lobby and the rooms) would need a little design upgrade. My room however was recently renovated - so no complaints here. Also, the price was a bit high, given that the hotel was quite a walk away from the beach(es), the dunes (30min) or the Yumbo Centre (15 min). However, you have to take that criticism with a grain of salt, as it was still an inexpensive hotel with a good pool, and I booked late, which I am given to understand translates into higher prices, especially around Nov 11 (high season)

It is real good hotel to stay, all is perfect. It is huge hotel resort however all was managed superb. We had only breakfast and the food, choices, drinks, last but not least staff - exceptional! All staff is alway friendly despite the hard day to day job, cleaning ladies always politely asking.. it was amazing recharging stay. Thank you

Not much to do with kids or for kids? I understand - time we were there,it was not many kids around but I booked this hotel specifically for children entertaining. Kids pool very cold, for Jan/Feb stay Kids club place had absolutely nothing to do or play except few pencil paper and huge connect four

taking away the unhappiness at check in… Everything else was fantastic. The hotel needs some TLC but other than that everything was fantastic. The room was always cleaned. Thank you to the cleaners The food was fantastic. Thank you to the chefs. The pool bar was great always playing cards with my family and having nice drinks thanks to the barman special thank you to the receptionist Marta she’s just a a lovely girl. Thank you to Doris she was lovely. Always kept my son entertained at dinner and a special thank you to the fantastic Lina at snack bar as my son fell in love with her such a kind lady

The first impact was horrible when we arrived to the hotel as we got a horrible receptionist checking us in. I think his name is Thomas,as he never had his badge on. I did ask for his name though, he was very cold very rude and aggressive towards my mum That has depression and is dealing with the recovery of a bad relapse that she had. So thanks Tomas you give us a very bad impression of the hotel and if it wasn’t for the other staff members I would have given a 0 !

Staff were very friendly and helpful. In general I had a very good time. The gym was quite small but had enough equipment to have a good workout. Nice pool and entertainment

The food at the restaurant was very disappointing and quite expensive. Coffee included with breakfast was awful but luckily the bar had a proper coffee machine. The cleaner of the room also did not always lock the door to the balcony which was concerning since I had valuable equipment in the room. I was also expecting a double bed but I had 2 single beds moved together, which would normally be OK however they were on wheels and kept sliding apart.

The pool and splash park was great! My kids had the best time!! Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful!! Food was good!

The toilets could have been kept up with cleaning and topping up with toilet roll as the day went on. A bit of a nuisance them being all downstairs so not quick to get to when your recently toilet trained toddler needs the toilet. The shop was really over priced and limited but shops not too far away.

The property was perfect for our stay. It had everything you needed in the hotel including good food, brilliant staff and it was lovely and clean. Ideally situated to be able to walk to the beach, to the local shopping areas or to go a little further afield by car. We rented a car for our stay which we was parked securely at the hotel throughout our stay. Good mix of people staying there. Plenty of sunbeds. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I had a twin room but the beds had no space between them. The room did get very warm during the night so not sure how effective the air con is. There is an adults only area of sunbeds and jacuzzi but although clear on the map of the hotel, there was no actual physical sign and a few times families with young children used the area. Suggest a sign be put up to make it clear.

The staff has made our vacation really unforgettable. We had an unbelievable stay, with a plenty of tasty food, a good infrastructure, a positive energy from the wonderful staff (including reception, restaurant and bars etc.). Very nice organising. Free shuttle to the beach was a funny surprise for us. Thank you so much for the competent and accomplished service, inspiration and the sunny impressios! We wil certainly return to Gran Canaria!

The room is cozy with a decent sized balcony. The biggest draw card for me is the restaurant. There are several cooking stations in the restaurant which also divided into two sections with identical setting, therefore, despite being a big resort, there is never a long queue or the feeling of chaos. The restaurant run by a team of super efficient and friendly staff, they make you feel welcome and valued. There are diversity of food nightly and they are cooked to decent taste. I would highly recommend all inclusive for this hotel.

The mattress is too soft and small to my liking (I am 6ft) but it's personal preference.
