Lovely, value for money all-inclusive. Staff so helpful and eager to help in any way they can. How some of them kept going with a smile on their face was amazing. Really appreciated the “remote” entertainment area. Great foam party too.

Need more bottled water to the rooms. Coffee should be available at the evening meal, not everyone drinks. Property a little remote but for a week in the sun with young children this doesn’t really matter too much. Need a less sterile bar area for pre evening meal drinks, it’s there…just needs to feel less school dinner/hospital like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished — exactly what we hoped for. Housekeeping came every day, so everything stayed spotless throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options at every meal. It was great to see such a diverse selection, and everything we tried was delicious. The pools were amazing — both for adults and kids. Our children especially enjoyed the kids' pools and the fun activities organized during the day. The evening kids' programs were a real highlight too — they were entertaining, well-organized, and perfect for winding down after a busy day. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families!

The only downside was that we had requested rooms close to each other, but unfortunately, we were placed in completely separate buildings. That was quite disappointing, especially since we were traveling together as a group.

The hotel was clean & the staff helpful. We booked a room with sea view and were not disappointed.

We are both vegetarians. We felt the choice of vegetarian or vegan main courses was limited. I spoke with one of the chefs, he said there was plenty of choice of salads & pasta. True, but a vegetarian diet consists of a lot more than salad, pasta & pizza. There is an increasing number of people adopting a vegetarian or vegan diet & the hotel should amend the main courses offered. During the week we stayed there was an enormous range of fish & meat main courses, including rabbit & goat!

Food facilities all good. Staff who took care of the shows and events were exceptional. They worked ever so hard. Great with entertaining, music. Night time shows were high quality every single night of our stay. Kids disco was great..staff were top notch. Decent size pools ..3 in total.

Location a little out of the way. We always had parking close by which was good. My two young girls loved it.. You have to be up early to get a sun bed as guests book them with towels as early as 5am. Crazy.

Poor reception staff when booking in simply didn't know what she was doing. Had booked online at the company's request and told me to pick up the key to room ages booking in as girl on reception just didn't seem to able to use their . Bar staff was very poor and just rude, dragging chairs around making noise lounge area not pleasant

STAFF: everybody smiled, they were very helpful, nice people. SWIMMING POOLS: 4 pools, clean water, open only 10-18h and there is cold water. I loved the palm trees around, plenty of shade and beds. FOOD: great sellection, we had an all inclusive, so good coctails and non-stop buffet included (highly recommend). We felt like we do not want to go anywhere from here. I gained at least 3 kg over the week :)) LOCATION: not far from the south airport (30min by car), there is a Jungle park (30min by car), Masca and Teide are not far. Within walking distance (10min) you can find a black sand beach. PROGRAM and ACTIVITIES: good for families, some sports, some music. there was a good animation program for small kids. Maybe I missed some dancing time..

SWIMMING POOLS: We would prefer at least one pool with warm water (outside temperature met the water temperature, which was around 21´C), so it was difficult for kids to play in water. Also, why not opening the pool from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m.?? FACILITY: the kids facility (Barley club) could be open non-stop, especially when it is raining or windy.

It's so fun for kids, there's so much for the kids to do and its relaxing for the parents, defo use the kids club, Alex is great. The mini disco is awesome and all the entertainment is high quality. Breakfast is fab. I was really impressed! It was busy for a reason! Our room (Barcy apartment) was cleaned every day and loads of lovely towels and dressing gowns. All food buffets really good

OK place. Parking easily possible. WiFi worked well when I needed ( early morning). Three pools, one with heating. Noisy entertainment in little-bit separated place - not disturbing. Breakfast -OK. Staff - friendly.

Some small observations: Room was like an apartment and at the same time not like apartment. There was something like kitchen corner, but you were not able/allowed to use it as kitchen. Somehow confusing situation. Pool opening hours - I prefer to swim early morning or late at the evening.

Good range of food on offer at the buffet restaurant and lots of other options at the pool bar. Good gym and pool, not too busy and no fighting over sunbeds when we were there! Massive comfy beds and good sized rooms. Handy courtesy room for your last day.

Staff at reception could be much better, we waited over 20 mins to get our keys with no apology for the delay. Wifi is slow and virtually unusable in the rooms. They've removed the open air part of the restaurant which is a real shame, its now a noisy concrete tube!

The breakfast was great, with plenty of choice, delicious food and even tasty local treats. The beds were confortable. The rooms spacious and bright, cosy and confortable.

There was a bad stale smell when we entered the room. The room was cleaned once more, but the smell reappeared after a few hours. We were surprised that we didn't find any cutlery or dishes/glasses, even though there was a kitchen in the open space.
