They did the basics so very well. 1. It was superbly clean. Walking into my room was great, it was so fresh and clean. 2. Food and drink were great. House beer is Cruiscampo, which is super. Gin and rum actually tasted of gin and rum… you don’t get that with most all inclusives. 3. The staff were amazing. So friendly and always with a smile on their faces. A great 6 nights and I will definitely recommend.

If there was one criticism it would be that there was no proper spa available, despite it being advertised. If you wanted a massage you needed to use the beach massage service, which I didn’t. But overall this was very minor.

We had an excellent stay at the Palladium hotel Palmyra. As two women in our 20s, the crowd was a little bit older than us but it was nice and not too rowdy. The location was perfect, directly on the beach, and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel served as our main transportation on the island and to and from the airport. The food was plentiful and delicious and had a good variety. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Special shout out to Alejandro was able to change our tickets for the club after we accidentally purchased the wrong date. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, delicious food and wide selection of choices. Really nice restaurant staff. Great that hotel is adults only.

For an all inclusive rate we did not expect there to be such a limited selection of drinks, especially cocktails, without a premium charge. There was a separate premium package that you would need to purchase to have better selection. This was unusual and we would not have experienced it in other all inclusive hotels in Spain. Bar staff were very inconsistent and service really depended on who was serving you.

Staff were accommodating, upgraded our room to. King bed and sea view. Absolutely beautiful, bed was amazing as my partner is tall. The food selection was amazing for the amount paid. Different selection on menu for dinner everyday. Freshly cooked meat and fish. As well as the freshest salad and fruit everyday. Amazing. Would actually recommend all inclusive as we went half board.

Could be a little more modern. But otherwise fab.

Great location, lively pool entertainment including singers, dancers and a saxophone player, really good food selection with plenty of choice. Elina, the hospitality manager made a real effort to make our stay special and recognised my partners birthday with a lovely room treat of Prosecco and macaroons.

We stayed in a bungalow room with direct access to the pool which was great however the beds and pillows were really uncomfortable-the beds were singles pushed together so every night separates and came away from the wall plus the mattresses were so hard-none of our group of 10 slept well unfortunately.

The rooms outlooking or partially outlooking the pool and the sea are the best ones to book. We had one looking at the streets and was totally OK, as we didn't spend much time in the room. The food is excellent, with great variety, quality and quantity. The pool and pool area are fantastic. The entertainment and the two reps were exceptionally fantastic (sorry, I forgot their names), but they were the best. The day entertainment was also amazing. Ibiza music, saxophone, singers. If you are full board, you get extremely generous drinks, not slushy, proper spirits, and mixes. They are not saving there. And that is what makes the hotel so successful!

The staff at the reception desk, but especially the staff serving at the bar, could be friendlier and offer more smiles. Apart from Brazilian Albert and the other Brazilian waiter, who were exceptionally friendly and lovely.

The location of the hotel is great, just right next to the beach. The staff is fantastic, they are super friendly and attentive. Honestly, the staff makes this place great! You will have a variety of food for dinner and breakfast, including fresh juices or grilled fish.

Other guests may not take into consideration that some people come to relax and the common areas, like the pool during the day or the bar until 1 a.m could be quite loud. In case you wish to sleep and relax, the rooms with front sea view may not be your place as those also face to the bar and the pool. However, the staff is super nice and they will find a solution for you! :) Overall, it is a nice place to stay at.

We stayed in a deluxe sea-front room (No. 330) from 22-27 May (with breakfaster and dinner) which had a great view over the swimming pool and the sea. The room was spacious with lots of closet/drawer space for a long-stay. The bathroom had everything you need. The toiletries provided were shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and liquid soap. When the windows were closed you could hardly hear any noise from the music at the nearby day/night club so we were not disturbed. The hotel provided nightly entertainment after dinner for one-hour with a variety of good quality groups/singers. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a huge choice which varied each day. All the staff we came across were very friendly and incredibly efficient (especially the staff in the restaurant who cleared away the tables silently and very quickly so no one had to wait for a table) and housekeeping did a fantastic job. The swimming pool was a decent size and looked across the beach/sea - just beautiful. The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect - right on a golden sandy beach with shops/restaurants a few steps away, plus the bus stop just outside. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A few more power points near the beds would be good to charge devices - but that’s all !

The food is fantastic and the dining room staff are amazing. Particular thanks to Bindoo in restaurant and Joaquin at reception.Drinks are well made with excellent service. The staff I met were the same as last year which is fantastic so management must be very good. The entertainment is great especially day time singers and saxophone player.

The last step into the pool you cannot see so very easy to slip., noticed it on a very occasions with quests.The usual problem of beds being reserved. It’s ok with one or two but when eight together it’s a bit annoying and arriving down 3 hours later.But it’s much better than most hotels in this regard. Towels not given out until 10.00am which is a good idea. Some rooms could do with a touch up

The food was exceptional. Excellent value for money. Well located. Bar staff incredibly hospitable and friendly. Lots of sun beds available. Good entertainment. Beautiful view from the room.

Evening entertainment could have been longer - followed by disco/dancing First reception member was a little off-putting. I attempted to speak Spanish and I was mimicked. Beds not particularly comfortable. Restaurant staff could be more attentive regarding drinks in the evening - had to wait around a fair bit even though not too busy.
