5 minute walk from the Pier so really easy to get to, island is small so in close proximity to everything. Alot fancier than we expect, our room was massive!

The shower was salt water and took 15 minutes to get warm and they charge for eveything - room deposit, sun towels - we didn't expect that!

We had a ground floor room overlooking the garden. Aircon worked well, but the foam pillows were hard and interrupted one's sleep. We opted not to include breakfast at the hotel, as we stayed here before, and they do not serve bacon because of their religious beliefs. Yet, they serve pork sausages. Go figure!! Anyway, one can get a great breakfast at one of the many restaurants around, for less than the hotel breakfast cost. The pool was well maintained with recliners available to use.

500 baht breakage deposit, i felt was unnecessary. If you break the 32 inch tv, expect to fork out 20000 baht, for a tv that would normally cost around 8000 baht in the shops. Ridiculous indeed.

Pool was great, get sun most of the day. Breakfast was OK but not too much choice. Room size was good, bed was comfy, and room was cleaned well. Location to ferry pier was ideal, 5 minute walk.

hoped for more choice at breakfast for western style, only had eggs and bread mainly. Limited sunbeds, or sunbeds that weren't broken and only 1 side had sun-brellas which wasn't ideal for someone who doesn't like to sit in the sun (me). Staff at pool bar weren't there most of the time so difficult to get poolside drinks. Shower in our bathroom temperature fluctuated a lot hard to set it to one setting. Had to ask for toilet paper refill and the staff took our small face towerls but didn't return them. Aircon didn't get cold. Staff at front desk weren't too helpful when we wanted to book an excursion (they just pointed to the taxi boat outside) but weren't able to recommend places to go or who to book with.

The BEST location and very central with everything you need nearby. Hotel staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful and just so lovely. Rooms were clean and spacious and the swimming pool was great. Would stay here again and recommend to other people

A bottle of water was 3 x the usual price and no free water stations which you would expect in a hotel of this caliber. It’s very hot so guests should have access to free and clean drinking water without needing to pay a high fee. We also had a cockroach make its way into our room one morning. Gym did not have air con which is another thing I’d suggest to improve.

Amazing personnel, good location, nice pool and great hotel restaurant. I especially want to say thanks to one the waiters Mr. Bus, who always welcomed us in the restaurant and tried his best to make our dining experience enjoyable and memorable. He even remembered my mom`s allergy and provided gluten-free options.

There was no hot water except for one day - fortunately not a big deal in the hot weather. The water in the bathroom tastes a bit salty but it is ok so far. What we didn`t like was a pretty big cockroach in our room and a gecko. Also the room looked a bit more fancy on a picture than in a reality and it didn`t have any chair inside nor outside (at the balcony). After all, these were just little issues.

Needed a few more chairs and shade around the pool, quite a few people were trying to sit in the one area in the pool that had shade. Balconies in the superior rooms are good size but need some screens for privacy.

We loved absolutely everything about the hotel. The staff are wonderful, engaging and ultra-polite. Customer service is exceptional. We loved how well the hotel has grown since our first visit 9 years ago. The restaurant by the water serves lovely food and has some of the best scenic views we have ever witnessed. Our room was perfect and was kept spotless by the excellent housekeeping staff. The beds were fabulous as were the bathrooms and the aircon was amazing. We witnessed a full scale raid of coconuts from our balcony. The raiding monkeys were a joy to watch. The pool is enveloped by beautiful tropical gardens and offers a fantastic way to cool down after a hard slog on the tourist trail and is open from 8am to 8pm. Our stay was completely peaceful and we experienced no noise from the party beach on the other side of the island. Would we stay again - absolutely. We would live at this hotel if we didn't need to work. I can honestly say that this hotel is our favourite around the world so far. If we could score this hotel more than 10 we most definitely would. This hotel offers pure paradise. Thank you so much to the management and staff of this establishment for helping to make our dreams come true 😍

The hotel is even nicer personally, the staff are very polite and friendly . And the location is the best ! Really you are in downtown mean road, but far from the parties . It is perfect.

I would list two points - first and worst - the shower and sink waters are salt and horrible. We washed our bikinis and the smell and the next day was unbearable I started to think how could we take shower there! Second topic when we arrived we they gave us a room in the ground floor but it was stinky , when we complained they immediately gave us another room - so point to them on that.
