Excellent quiet location a short walk from the main pier. Huge rooms

It smelled like someone had smoked in the room and there was a bunch of snacks from the last guests left behind in the kitchen cupboards

Went for the expensive room - great room, spacious, large and pool outside (wish you could walk onto the beach with ease). Third floor pool, perfect for relaxing and great views. Breakfast decent options and staff friendly. 5-10 min walk away from the pier, perfect imo, more silence.

Didn’t realise they have daily boat trips drop at the hotel, which is fine, not an issue but some might not like 40+ people appear for a couple of hours a day on the beach/outside bar and pool.

Breakfast was delicious and there was great variety. location is beautiful, it is the furthest away from the centre on that side of the island. I think if the tide is out you can walk/swim to monkey beach but we never tried. We had issues trying to work the air conditioning on the first night with it being a little old but a night porter on reception came straight up and showed us so he couldn’t of been more helpful considering this was very late at night! The pool is the best but about the place by far, beautiful views and super clean! There is also a beach right at the front door!

There was a lack of social spaces, didn’t see any staff on the bar and it never seems to be open. There was a lot of empty space where the hotel could of maybe invested in gym facilities to make it extra special.

- Staff were amazing and very polite. - Hotel was nice inside (nothing out of this world). - View of sea was beautiful.

- Location. Although not incredibly far, the hotel is quite the distance from the centre, and from all major shops and restaurants at night time. In the day time you would probably be okay. If prone to going out to restaurants for the evening, just be prepared for a 10 minute walk back. - Breakfast was okay, rather basic. - No room service or lunch options (would only opt to stay if it was for a couple of days as opposed to a full week / two weeks).

I paid for room with a sea view, I got that and then some! Weather was a big let down, bit that's not the hotels fault. Had it been sunny it would have been a brilliant break. The hotel view is nothing compared to the 'View Point' accross the other side of the bay. It's a jaw droper, but I must stress here, you need to be reasonable fit to climb up to it. Again if it had been sunny it would have been a spectacular view.

The sea front is in need of a serious rebuild but perhaps they simply don't have the resources to achieve this.

We were lucky enough to stay in one of the rooms that opened up straight to a pool. Not only this, but a few steps beyond lay the beach. Given the location of the hotel, we were nestled right on the corner of the beach and as such had a private each experience. The room itself was spacious and beautiful.

Nothing negative to say here. It was a great stay and we were so happy we did. It was more expensive compared to other options, but rightly so. But compared to prices you'd pay at home, still great value.

Hotel was away from the Bar Noise so a good night's sleep was had. The pool is excellent. The staff met us at the ferry dock and accompanied us to the resort. We had a super early boat tour but the staff prepared a phenomenal boxed breakfast for us when we returned. We were concerned about Monkeys but we never saw one. We were concerned about it being a long walk to the main town but it was very walkable in about 10 to 15 minutes. We didn't do the party scene but that would be doable as well if desired.

There was nothing that we had issues with. Others complained about the door to the pool patio not having a lock on it. Ours did but only would lock from the inside so perhaps that was the complaint that while swimming in the pool your room door would not be locked. But you can see your room and I really don't see a reason for concern.

We had the bottom corner room, so view of beach and bay was superb. Bar and restaurant close by. Beach was lovely for a swim as well as shared pool in front of our room. Big tv could be rotated around , so choice of lounge or bed.

Location is at the western end of the beach, so it is a fair walk to the main shopping area and restaurant selections. Bed had a timber base protruded about 200mm. Caught my shine on it several times. Painted black so hard to see. Also outside of our kitchen was the staff hangout area. Some seemed to be there most of the day.

The amazing view from the 3rd floor pool. Breakfast was good, the aircon was quiet and effective and the room was really comfortable. Mostly though, the brilliant staff! Who chased after me when I'd already checked out to return my phone charger and cable that I'd left behind. And the lovely chap who met me at the port and lugged my bags on a trolley all the way to the hotel. It's a long way. Thanks again to all of them! I'd love to return.

It's quite far from the shops and restaurants of Phi Phi Don. Stock up with drinks and snacks when you're in town because there really isn't much going on in the vicinity of the hotel. But the upside of that is, it's super quiet!

The view was amazing and the hotel was a 10 min walk from the ferry pier. This made it easy for us to book tours to the islands. The reception staff did their best to check us in earlier as we had a tour booked and this was really appreciated.

We found some of the staff members to be a little rude. The room was lovely but there were a few things wrong, such as the leather couch was ripped. We were almost rushed out of our room with several calls from reception and cleaning staff knocking our door when we still had about 15 minutes before our check out time - we didn't appreciate this and haven't experienced this in any other hotel. We made more use out of mama beach facilities next door, such as beach bar and massage, as there wasn't much to do in hotel.
