The location is in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. The breakfast is superb. Loved the glass noodles and the seafood. The rooms are very clean and functional. Definitely value for money. Ooh and they have a storage facility. It came in handy when we had to travel to Phuket and had to leave some of our suitcases behind. If you are lucky to interact with Tuan, you will love him. He is so kind and supportive. We needed to modify our bookings twice and he was very empathetic and sorted us very fast and efficiently. If were are to visit the hotel again, one of the reasons would be Tuan's exceptional service.

The staff could be a little more helpful especially during check-ins when guests have more than one luggage. I wasn't too happy when the staff indicated they could not assist with my luggage. But that said, I would still go to the hotel again. I highly recommend it.

The room and the bathroom were clean, the bathroom had towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer. We were given 2 bottles of water. The lobby has good waiting area in case you reach early. The hotel provides complimentary tuktuk for the nearest BTS (Metro Station) every hour, you have to let them know 10 mins before if you want to take the next tuk tuk. The tuktuk is available from 9am to 5pm, at the start of every hour. The staff was really good, they gave us 1 room early since we arrived there before checkin time.

Extra water bottles are expensive, so always get water bottles from the nearest 7/11 The breakfast buffet is also expensive. It is a little bit outside the main area, so cabs are expensive, I would suggest you to have a rented car or bikes if you are staying here for long. Nearby cafés are also atleast 2.5kms away.

This was my second stay here. The rooms are big and spacious. The location is very safe and quiet. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest MRT and BRT station. loved it.

Other than Tuan, the other staff were not super helpful but it could be because of language barrier, which is quite understandable, but everything else was perfect.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff all of the front desk agents were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and they made all the difference.

The property is a bit out of the way easy to catch a grab, so it was not a problem

Good breakfast and lunch, clean room, cozy and modern rooms and lobby. All for a cheaper price than most places in bkk.

the wifi is slow, but they said they're solving that soon.

Great location with parking for free outside Beds are super comfy we asked for more pillows which wasn’t a Problem The bunk beds were perfect for the kids a great place for a few nights in Bangkok

Nothing is nearby the place except 7 eleven... for food you have to go arnd 1.3 km... i ordered food from grab and was not having change and when asked the reception they were quite rude... rest stay was good...

Almost everything met my expectations. The room was rather bigger than what I thought and the bed was nice. The bathroom was tidy and it was fine. The breakfast area was spacious with may seats available and the decoration of the hotel was nicely decorated. I liked that.

The bathroom was all fine, except that they dont have toothbrush and toothpaste. I called to the the front desk and they said that the hotel does not provide one. It was dissapointing.

My family loved the stay Ibis, the staffs were so friendly and attentive. They have helped us so much and we are very grateful for it.
