Great location, nice room size with two big beds, spacious bathroom (although the tiles are really slippery). Great pool area, which actually has some shade. The breakfast is really great, with lots of sweet and savory options.

There were two occasions when they wouldn't offer towels at the pool area - we asked multiple times, they also didn't give us a direct answer, if we are going to get them or not. The pool has quite short opening hours (the towels were once gone 2 hours before closing time), they close 3minutes before the hour (with turning off the lights), definitely not the most pleasant way to do it (especially when my husband was still looking for a towel for me; and I told the lady I am not able to come out, since there is no towel for me...).

Amazing hotel very modern stylish and contemporary! Very clean and comfortable! Great location and has an amazing rooftop pool on the 11th floor staff were always ready to help you with every need! We were very impressed with all facilities and it’s definitely worth staying there even for a one off visit.

Good hotel for a short stay in Bangkok, right beside the train line for easy travel around the city. Coffee shop beside the reception was great and we ate there every day. The rooftop pool was great to relax by.

The layout of the room is obscure with the toilet, sink and shower all being separate. The room could do with a little refurb and the surfaces didn’t seem to be cleaned down however some anti bacterial wipes did the job. There was a rooftop bar too with nice views of the city but the drinks were pretty expensive here.

Pool was awesome, great location and very friendly staff. Room was quiet with good blackout blinds. Breakfast was great - so many options.

My third visit, and I have always enjoyed staying here. The Executive Double corner room has a great view and is quiet and comfortable. The BTS Surasak station is directly in front and the Sathorn Boat Pier (to IconSiam, Asiatique, Grand Palace, etc is one stop away. The coffee shop downstairs is great for quick bites.

The Rooftop restaurant has changed to "high end" dining - and is very very very overpriced. The floor used to be unlocked all day to hotel guests, then serving casual food and reasonable drinks at a fun bar in the evening. Now it is locked during the day, the bar is gone, and the prices are outrageous, As a frequent previous guest, this was a HUGE disappointment.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough - the facilities were outstanding featuring a rooftop bar & rooftop infinity pool. We only stayed for one night in Bangkok as our trip was short so wanted to explore the islands. We arrived around 10pm ish after a long flight from England & went straight to the rooftop bar. We wanted to do a rooftop bar so it was great that this was included in the hotel when we had so little time in Bangkok. We booked the exec room after reading some reviews & it didn’t disappoint. The room was a corner room, it was huge & had floor to ceiling windows around. We were on the 31st floor so the views were spectacular of Bangkok during the day & night. The bed was so comfortable - really was needed after such a long flight. The tram service stop is right outside of the hotel & easy to navigate so this was super handy whilst we were exploring. Taxis were really cheap - around £1 - £3 to get to the major touristy attractions. The staff were kind & welcoming. They kept our bags whilst we went travelling for the day but had technically checked out. We’d been recommended this hotel by a friend & so glad we stayed - thank you!

Excellent breakfast; firm but comfortable beds; The tub in our "executive room" was outstanding the tub in the more standard room was good. Nice views. Convenient to Metro line.

All rooms had a couple abrupt steps which were potential traps. We had to switch rooms (valid reasons) but that process was a bit complicated and seemed to be overly awkward. The neighborhood takes a bit of walking to get to action--

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The amenities were spotless and staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. It had a good mix of western and eastern cuisine. I really appreciated how the head chef did regular rounds requesting for feedback on the food. This was top class. The roof top bar was incredible too. Being able to get a great view of Bangkok was something to remember.

The traffic to get to the hotel was shambolic. I would strongly suggest using a scooter or a Grab Scooter to get there. Good luck trying to access the hotel throughout the day. I don't think there is such thing as peak hour traffic in Bangkok. The area within vicinity of the hotel was ALWAYS BUSY and packed.

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The adjoining coffee shop had tasty food but service was slow due to short staffing but the existing staff tried their best

More staff in the coffee shop excellent location, good value for your money and I’d highly recommend it for everyone!

Staff were great - so kind and helpful. Facilities were good - outdoor pool, rooftop bar, spa were all fab. Gym was basic but suited my needs. Location right next door to the BTS was very useful. A great place to stay and good value.
