We stayed at La Vida for 10 nights and it was fantastic. The location is right near the busy Chaweng strip which has lots of restaurants, bars, massage places but still quiet enough at the resort so you aren't disturbed by the hustle and bustle. The room was a good size for two people. The resort hosts a small number of guests which creates a lovely, relaxing environment. There are a few pools and the beachfront is lovely (although there was lots of rubbish for a couple of days after new year's eve parties) and feels very private. The staff are wonderful - helpful, cheerful, and efficient. Breakfast was included - it is a good spread for a small resort and the lunch and drinks menus are also varied and decently priced. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at La Vida and cannot wait to go back and recommend it to friends and family.

Since each room has a small garden area in front, there were a lot of mosquitos that entered our room which wasn't great. It is only a minor inconvenience.

We had a lovely time here. It’s in a good location which is walking distance to the main chaweng street & markets. The various swimming pools are really nice. There are plenty of sunbeds & having the canoes & paddle boards was a big bonus. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The breakfast is good as were the other meals we ordered from the restaurant. We will definitely be back. It’s not overcrowded at all.

It’s in a bay so you can’t really swim in the sea when the tide is low & there is a lot of weed & coral. You can walk to the main beach to swim in the sea but it is quite far & then no sunbeds when you are there. No real shelves/drawers to unpack clothes into & the bathroom in the deluxe room is quite small but it was fine.

Stunning beach view hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very chilled atmosphere and always sun loungers available on both beach and pool. Lovely breakfast. Would return 😃

Great location on the beach. The pool was fantastic. The rooms were modern, comfortable and very clean. Staff were very friendly. We had a lovely, relaxing stay.

Beautiful hotel, modern and clean throughout. Very boutique feel, right on Chaweng beach. Perfectly located close to the airport and the main part of Chaweng! Would stay again for sure, the staff were all friendly and helpful especially the receptionist.

The building opposite is derelict so when you come out the hotel you see a run down building with graffiti, although this is not down to La Vida but it is a shame.

Clean and spacious rooms, coffee machine for pods with everyday refill, water on the room with everyday refill, super breakfast, nice gym, beautiful pool, free paddle boards for guests

Location is little bit far from bars and restaurants, and sea infront of hotel si very shallow and full of seagrass...
