Great location for a quiet holiday. Plenty of local restaurants and other facilities in essay walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Price is extremely affordable especially for the pool access villas.

Breakfast was very basic for western breakfast. Plenty of fruit and breads, but hot food was quite poor.

We stayed in a room with garden view which had a nice view of the palm trees, had a decent size and was cleaned everyday. These rooms are near the pools and the breakfast area and more closer to the beach. The rooms with direct access to the pool (another pool) are vis-a-vis (across a small road) from the main hotel. The hotel is right on the beach which is very nice, quiet and relaxing. We had massages right next to the beach area which was amazing. Within 3min walk there are supermarkets, restaurants and places to rent scooters or take taxis, which is more then convinient. (Try Mali restaurant and go to Coconut beach/White sandy beach). The breakfast was diverse and the food was really ok, The overall value for money is really worth it.

The furniture is outdated and needs maintainance. The cleaning can be improved a bit (doors and windows). The matress is a bit hard but it wasn't a problem for us.

Briza is well sited close to MANY restaurants,bars ..It’s a short walk to The Rosoii bar for delicious,100 bht cocktails)and several Thai restaurants that have very comprehensive selection of dishes. The beach being right on the frontage was not the best for swimming at( very sweepy/dumpy)but great for strolling along … The pools were well maintained and nicely situated that you could move to a “quieter”pool when others were busy. Dada and the breakfast restaurant staff offered a great selection of European and Thai dishes..All of the staff were efficiently friendly and managed the REALLY busy times without hassles..

The hotel is set in a lovely location, right on the beach. The sea breeze is much needed on the really hot days (40'c) and there are several pools to choose from as well. The breakfast caters for all your needs & wants and tastes great! What really makes the Briza is the wonderful and dedicated team, they are like extended family and always make you feel welcomed and looked after. The immediate area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants to choose from and I think we managed to try just about all of them over our 14 day stay. We hired a scooter to get around whilst here, but taxis are available locally, we like a quieter location and booked knowing it was rainy season. This was as expected but did not deter us from having a wonderful time 👏😉😁

Amazing staff, so warm, friendly, helpful and happy. The facilities were good too. My bedroom was nice. The location was perfect! Situated on the beach which was perfect.

The bathrooms needed updating. They are extending the hotel so I’m guessing they’ll invest in the older rooms once that is finished. I only used the shower as the bath looked off putting. The rooms would also benefit from having an iron.

Location near the beach was great. Place was safe and quiet so I slept well in here. Good place to travel with little kids. Hotel staff were also friendly and really liked kids, usually they even entertained our baby so we as parents could eat.

Sometimes bed sheets were little bit dirty with some old stains (like blood etc) even tho they were changed, so maybe some updates for bedsheets would be great in the future. There were also no elevator and to access our room you needed to take few steps of stairs. That ain’t much but we were travelling with a baby who was in the stroller. Otherwise good and safe place for travelling with kids. Hotel staff didn’t always speak english at all so sometimes it was little hard to explain yourself if I needed something.

The room was very near the breakfast area and access to the beach was very good. We enjoyed the beach and sea here and a little way up the beach were kyaks for rent which we enjoyed. The back streets behind the hotel had many restaurants and convenience stores as well as easy to catch tuk tuks. Breakfast was not too bad. Our stay here was definitely worthwhile, recommend for a weeks stay.

The shower had mould in it so the bathrooms can definitely be renovated. The sunbeds had worn out matrasses which should be replaced. A bit dated rooms and the choice of channels on the TV were not great. Our wifi was free but not the best.

We have stayed here three times and it is always lovely to come back!

There was some moisture in the ground level ocean view room (which is to be expeted since it is tropic) and the lampshades due to this could use a replacement..

The location is perfect. The sea is wonderful to swim in. We had a pool room the best best choice. We did end up booking x2 extra nights all in all with the hotel. The breakfasts were adequate, and the variety of choices was not wide range but adequate enough to give a sufficient breakfast.

The coffee shop. It had the best view. The atmosphere was simply not there, no music playing it felt uncomfortable in the dead quite of this area. The hotel needs to look at this area for ambiance.
