We had an excellent stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. The place is at a distance from Kamala village, which has its cons and pros: requires walking or car to get to village (and beach), but it's not noisy like in the village. We have not heard any neighbours. Great view on the sunset if the clouds cooperate. Breakfast is very good.

The pool is relatively small, in the monsoon season when we came this is not a real problem, but be prepared for a full pool in the warm season.

A beautiful location with lovely views of Kamala beach. The pool, roof top bar and breakfast were all wonderful. It was a short walk down to the beach where there were plenty of nice places to eat, shop, spas etc. This is a fabulous hotel and we would highly recommend staying here in Phuket!

Exquisite, very nice ,close to local shops ,beach, and restaurants, very lovely location,would go back again and again.Breakfast was the highlight of my day, wow.

Whats not to like..well..just a tad far from patong or phuket if you want some good nightlife,however,only a 20-30 mins drive but he amenities at the hotel make up.

Very modern, lovely views great pool. The hotel certainly had the wow factor especially the Lobby and isole and vanilla sky bar.

The hotel could organise a shuttle to town in the evenings as they only run in the daytime. The poolside restaurant was very nice with a good selection of food and drinks, but the other two restaurants were very overpriced hence always empty.

Exceptional Service: The staff provided excellent service, making our check-in experience pleasant. They were attentive and helpful, even going out of their way to assist us in booking a barber appointment. Stunning Ocean Views: The ocean view from both the hotel lobby and our room's balcony was breathtaking, enhancing our stay significantly. Prompt Recovery of Lost Item: After checking out, we realized we left a valuable item in the safe. Remarkably, the hotel staff contacted us within 30 minutes to inform us they had found it, and they arranged for it to be sent to our next hotel in Bangkok via express EMS. Rich Breakfast: The breakfast offered a variety of good-tasting dishes, though it wasn't as diverse or high-quality as what we experienced at other five-star hotels during our Thailand vacation.

Stained Bed Sheets: Upon arrival, we found the bed sheets had stains, which required replacement by housekeeping. Worn Towels: The towels provided were worn out and had an unpleasent feeling to them, which is not what one would expect from a five-star establishment. Poor Wi-Fi Connection: The guest Wi-Fi, which required a login with room number, had a poor and unreliable internet connection, falling short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The view was amazing every where

We booked the Honeymoon Suite at Cape Sienna for a week in April, and it was one of the best rooms we have stayed in. It was very spacious, had a huge balcony with a jacuzzi outside that had a direct view of the sea. I witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The most underrated thing at this hotel is the water pressure in the shower – best one I have ever experienced in any hotel! There was a good variety of food at breakfast with plenty of fruits, freshly baked bakery, and a great mix of Thai & Western foods. The beach is a short walk away, however walking back up was difficult given the heat & humidity, so we only did this once and got a taxi/tuktuk the other times. I was a bit hesitant booking this hotel at first after reading some reviews regarding staff, however I didn’t have any problems there at all. Everyone was super friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to couples and families who want a quiet holiday near the lovely and peaceful Kamala Beach.

view was fabulous overlooking the sea. Breakfast I thought was included but then turned out not to be and was overpriced. Room was fabulous with large terrace and new bathrooms.

all was pretty good, staff friendly, but a little less attentative and slower service than what we are used to in HK While the view and facilities were great, the location in Kamala had something to be desired as it was a taxi ride everywhere. Would book something in Bangtao or Surin next time to be walking to a nice clean beach. Kamala beach was a bit dirty with a effluent river of black junk oozing into the sea which was disgusting.

Everywhere you go you have a view of the sea. Infinity pool by the morning is great. Great food.

Great stay in Kamala! The hotel is 5 minutes far away from Kamala in a very quiet area with a terrific view. We have booked a room with sea view and balcony, the room was spacious and very clean, everything was perfect. You could rent a motorbike (best option to visit the area) and in a short time you could get to the best beaches of Phuket, i kindly suggest you to visit the Sunday market at Phuket Old Town!
