Location was excellent. I would stay here again purely for the location. Rooms were pretty standard. Nice and clean.

Breakfast was okay. I've had better (I'm British so I like proper sausages or bacon as an option) but I appreciated the variety and the coffee was good. Was annoyed that the Sky Bar advertised wasn't for everyone to use as that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Also when we checked out we wanted to leave our bags for a few hours until we headed to the airport and was told there would be a charge. It wasn't a lot, I just think not charging would be a nice touch.

Located nicely in the inner city. Close to bars and the sight seeing location. Rooms are comfy and have everything you need.

You can hear the road of you are in one of the lower rooms. Breakfast is okay but not amazing, only white bread, no dark bread

Staff at check-in were wonderful, really friendly, allocated us a really nice room. Breakfast had a nice selection. Room had a nice balcony. Bathroom modern.

Staff at check out (different from staff on arrival and during our stay) were not one bit friendly. We knew there was a charge for keeping luggage 25CZK or €1 but as everything else in the hotel was via card payment, presumed we could use card. Refused and stated cash by old male member of staff who was very rude and then proceeded to refuse to hold our luggage despite having nothing to say cash only. Check out is very early 11am and felt this was a significant let down for the hotel particularly with the old male staff members attitude.

The location of the hotel was conveniently close to all the attractions in Prague, making it an ideal choice. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff serving were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff, including the supervisor, promptly changed my room as per my request during booking. Overall, I highly recommend it to everyone for its location, staff, price, and comfort.

Everything went smoothly. The check in was easy, the room was ready and clean. The mini bar was well stocked (and very reasonably priced) and the aircon was on, meaning the room was nice and cool when we arrived. The breakfast was very good and there was a good choice of food and drinks available. The hotel location was excellent for walking access to the old town, being just a couple of minutes away and the river was only 15 minutes walk away.

Apart from the aircon being a little bit noisy, everything else was good.

The breakfast was super; we bought home the same Mysli cereal with karamel they have in the buffet as it is so good. The cleaning staff in the rooms were good. The hotel location is walkable to almost everything we want to see; good for a first timer.

Our room is not as comfortable to sleep as there is no air conditioning ; the reception told us that they shut it off as it is already starting to cool. On the outside is cool but inside the rooms are warm even if we open the windows. This sentiment was also voiced by the other guests- the Canadian we met at the elevator said that their room is like 100C. The Filipino tour group said they have been waking up at 2-3 AM ( just like us) perspiring! I requested for an electric fan and it helped 50% of the time. There is indeed global warming now and they should not turn off the AC for the comfort of their guests. So next time we come to Prague, we might choose another accommodation.

Staff was wonderful. I asked for a different room since it was near the elevator and I was concerned it wouldn’t be quiet. They showed me a few rooms even though I was in a huge hurry to settle in and leave the hotel so kept the one near the elevator since it seemed best and it was in fact not loud and a great room. There is a door between the rooms and elevator so the room is not really near the elevator anyway, in fact no room is. Very clean, great breakfast, superb location. This was a recommendation and I would come back to this hotel next time / recommend to friends.

At the same time, it’s tucked away on a quiet street, which provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast is varied and satisfying, offering fresh options to start your day right. There’s something for everyone, whether you prefer a light meal or a hearty breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The decor is simple yet cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of quiet in the heart of Prague.

Great central location, ideal for a short break, breakfast included set you up for the day, transfer from and to the airport (950ck), Receptionist was lovely, gave us info on the tours that were available (60€ pp), were to go for food, plus a lovely Indian restaurant across the street. Unfortunately there was noise outside the hotel late at night/early morning but that was no fault of the hotel or staff, it was the the drunken TOURISTS

A bar, after a long day out would have been nice but it didn’t detract from the stay, (minor gripe)

Great location and accessibility. Clean and comfortable room and beautiful view!

Only Czech tv-channels on TV was challenging for us, and believe is challenging for international guests as well!
