Facilities were good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone is not able to talk English but there is always one of them who is able to talk in English.

The location was kind of scary. The hotel is very very close to Taksim square, however, in that part of city are many thief and criminals and you should grab your phone and bags very tightly with highest concentration, because someone can steal your phone (which happened in our case).

Service needs to be better. For example, they did not provide iron even after requesting one. Breakfast is the is the same every day.. there is no car parking.

We highly recommend this hotel for so many reasons! Firstly the staff are incredibly welcoming and the hotel manager is so kind! Whenever we need assistance, they helped with kindness and passion to be sure that we are happy. Hotel is clean, quiet and very secure. We had all options near hotel to buy, eat, see or travel around. Wifi was also faster than many other places in city.

Location of the hotel is amazing! In Taksim Square, which is the dope spot and center of the city, we walked 1 minute to Istiklal Street, that was an incredible experience. Public transportation such as metro and buses are right next to it. We had a nice holiday with design of the lobby, cartoon characters for children, interest and attention of staff and spaciousness of our room.

+Right in beautiful central neighborhood. Great spot! +Clean room that has nice smell and comfortable beds and pillows +High speed internet worked without any problem. +No noise at nights or daytime so good rest and nap during either day time and night time.

Our room was well maintained and clean. We loved the advice of the staff at the front desk, the quick and easy check-in process and also the friendly people with smiling faces all around. We felt that they work with passion and love their job. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a central, safe, comfortable and great service in Istanbul.

Reaching to hotel from airport was easy. It has great location that helped us to see more touristic attractions in a shorter time as we didn't have long time to visit around. Room was lovely, clean and well organized. Neighborhood was calm at night and active during daytime. Places to eat, drink and spend time were really cool.

We only stayed for 1 night but we wished we could stay longer. People did their best to make us feel good. They were doing the job professionally and smiling faces all time. Room was clean and room size was enough to walk inside the room. Bathroom was in good condition and they changed towels and bed sheets everyday.

It's a stunningly beautiful hotel. From behavior of the employees to their smiles, it felt good. Its location at the most central point of the city made our trips easier. There are different transportation options near hotel. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Elevator helped us carrying our luggages easily too.
