Very clean and comfortable, with towels and bed sheets changed daily. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Excellent location, just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia. Highly recommend!

we faced a few issues: there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (likely from the drains), the air conditioning was off and the room was very hot, and the minibar fridge was not working. These were disappointing at first, but overall the experience was good, next day everything was solved, and I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and great location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Hotel Momento - Special Category", and I couldn't have been more impressed! The location is absolutely perfect, it was easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The breakfast was another highlight. It set a great tone for each day of my stay! What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at ease. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests and are dedicated to making each stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, I highly recommend "Hotel Momento - Special Category" for its unbeatable location, incredible breakfast

Hotel Momento is situated in hart of Old Istanbul, walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar and you can even walk to Bosporus, like we did. So many restaurant around.

The property is nice and clean. Breakfast is amazing, so many beautiful , delicious dishes. Bedroom nice , not too big, but beautiful and clean.

It is a very clean hotel, the cleaning was done every day, the room was superb and large! As for the breakfast, it was varied to suit everyone. The hotel is very well located, close to the Grand Bazaar and tourist places. Thank you for this stay, I recommend it !

Everything was great, breakfast was fine, it included a big variety of dishes. I liked our room, it was cosy and clean, there was a good climate control system. Location is also fine - there were not noisy places around and we had possibility to have a good rest after long walks in Istanbul.

I don't know why, but we couldn't turn on wi fi on IPhone, only on Samsung.but we decided not to figure out the reason because we had esim, so it wasn't so crititical.

We have been going to this particular hotel for several years. It is spotlessly clean, has an excellent location, you are close to all the sights, the metro and across from Kapali Charsi, the staff is always willing to help you with everything. All of them are excellent (especially Messrs. Elvan and Nail) I consider them my family because due to professional obligations my husband and I are there 4 days a month. I highly recommend it.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Momento over the course of 9 years. The staff is always professional, quick with service and ready to help. I'll happily stay again the next time I'm in Istanbul.

Nothing I didn't like! One word of caution for less adventurous tourists, the hotel breakfast is more of a traditional Turkish breakfast than a Western style or Continental breakfast so if you want bacon and sausage, look elsewhere. That said, the Turkish breakfast is delightful so please give it a try!

Great location, close to tram, metro and airport bus station. Friendly and welcoming staff, nice rooms, hot dishes for breakfast vary each day. Very pleasant experience!

Small hotel in Istanbul consumer goods trading district. Yes room was small but good to stay couple days. Shower room was small but shower itself good size. There was always hot water and good pressure. There were a lot of shampoo and other toiletries but I did not use them. Good white towels. Bed line was snow white and good quality. Mattress was a bit hard but no complaints form my side. Room was clean an nice comparing to some bad reviews. Staff was very helpful. In general my room on fifth floor (yard side) was very quiet just neighbours slapping doors and yelling in corridor. Location of hotel is good. AC was working good but it turns off as soon as you leave the room and every time you enter the room you have to switch it on.

Breakfast menu has to be revised. Why serve the same dishes every morning which nobody even tries? Yes you can hear a corridor noises if your neighbors are loud. Wifi works but system is terrible. Every time you have to reconnect and it makes you crazy. Elevator is slow but no need to rush. TV channels are poor. Only one keycard for doors and AC which turns off as soon as you leave the room and every time you enter the room you have to switch it on again.

Such a fabulous hotel, it was very very clean and had all the facilities you could need. The location was perfect with a lot of the points of interest within walking distance, the surrounding area was quiet. There was a lot of choice at the breakfast, the food was great.

I think it would have been helpful to list some of the items at breakfast in English as i have some intolerances and wasn't sure what some of the foods contained.
