The location of this hotel is perfect Everything here is at your walking access such as istaklal street, taksim square, taksim tunnel galata tower, eminonou karakoy, galata port side. Kabatas. Few locations are at downhill and uphill so access to downhill is easy and when coming back take metro it's simple and easy. Breakfast was good main course changes everyday Rooms were cleaned everyday on my 8 nights stay Staff was helpful Essa was very friendly A lady with curly hairs at reception helped me alot booked a best tour for me at Bosphoros tour, lunch, spice bazar, grand bazar, blue mosque, hagia sofia and everything. I would like to.thank her for this. The room cleaners were nice and helpful but they don't speak English only turkish but good hearted people. I saw bad reviews of people but to be honest after coming here it's not bad at all. Taksim area is noisy so it's a common sense it's a place for party loving people and rooms sound proofing is good enough

Hiding juices at the breakfast time but they give you when you ask them. I got to know about this trick after 4 days lol No comb or soap in washroom, I don't know If that's a culture in turkey but other all amenities were available I dont mind, I loved my stay here

I received a free room upgrade for a room with a view, when I got there and I TOTALLY RECOMMEND the view on the Bosphorous. the reception person was accomodating and nice, spoke english and gave me the needed information, they walked me to my room. they told me about the noise during the night and asked that before checking me in. i did not mind, enjoyed the view. sheets, towels, all very nice and clean, large space compared to other options in Istanbul location in Taksim square, 10-15 minutes walk from direct bus to airport.

if you get that room, be mindful there is a club upstairs during the weekend so if you plan to sleep, might not be a good option. the furniture is very old and it needs deep cleaning, the couch and armchairs, rug especially, as do the windows. i did not like the ashtrays inside, it means there is smoking there. I could not find a light switch for the second room (or it was not working), as this was a larger, family size, room.

From the time of arrival and checking in I was greeted warmly and shown to my room. The staff were always friendly, polite, professional and helpful. The checking out was straight forward and they helped me get a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price... I would stay here again because I know that I will get good value for money. Its saying in theeir description that is high of proof of sounds that you can’t hear nothing but is not true…you can still hear the loudness of the sounds of disco bar nearby and they ask if you needed to clean your room

The location is perfect so as the breakfast with a marvelous sea view the staff are very friendly and the room was so clean and spacious I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone and I plan to stay there next time

Hotel staff was excellent! Very helpful, everybody spoke good English. Close to metro, walking distance to historical sights.

There is no WiFi at all. It shows good connection but in fact it doesn't work.

The location is very nice. You can’t find a better place to stay right on Taksim square in this price. All staff members were very nice and always ready to help. The manager was very generous and gave us upgrade to room looking at Taksim square with balcony.
