The room was impeccably cleaned each day, with fresh towels provided daily. Our room attendant, Tita, consistently went above and beyond to keep everything tidy and comfortable. The reception staff were always responsive and prompt in addressing any needs, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Not related to the hotel itself, but the restaurant at the entrance right side is a total rip-off, charging five times the usual price! We got slammed with a 3,850 TRY (105 EUR) bill for a shared plate of kebabs for two, two teas, and a bottle of water. Avoid this place!

Staff were amazing especially Berkoy. He was really hard working. Javed, Ahmed and Merve were also great. Excellent location.

There was problem with my initial room and they made a great effort to resolve the issue. The alternative room was lovely with an issue and they resolved it quickly. Their manager AJ was quick to provide solutions and the stay was improved. The breakfast on 5th floor was poorly staffed and the tea and coffee was cold. The alternative breakfast in the opposite sister hotel was much better. The breakfast menu could be improved by offering beans of some sort with the eggs for vegetarians. As the limited veggie option left the breakfast feeling dry. There was also no milk for cereals. Breakfast felt bland and more sauces or dips are required. Paper cups for teas not good for the environment and prefer ceramic mugs. No milk for tea & coffees in rooms.

For first time visitors to Istanbul this was the perfect location. Located in the old part of town and close to all the major attractions as well as phenomenal restaurants. The Terrace Restaurant was the best way to start every morning overlooking the Blue Mosque and enjoying the hospitality of Sergin and Liza. The room was everything you’d want—well-presented, spacious, clean, and luxuriously comfortable. The balcony was a fantastic bonus, offering lovely views of the garden and the iconic Blue Mosque. The staff were professional and courteous, and I couldn’t fault their service. The room itself exudes luxury, with big mirrors, plenty of space, and an immaculate bathroom. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Istanbul, with top attractions, restaurants, cafés, tram stations, and shops just steps away! This is my second time in Istanbul, and I noticed this hotel during my first visit, so I made sure to stay here this time—and it exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

I love this small hotel. I have stayed there three times, and have never been disappointed. In fact, when I am looking for accommodation in Istanbul, I check there first. Its location in the old city means that it is a short walk to many major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, and there is a tram station close by. It is slightly off the main street, in a parallel pedestrian street, where there are a number of restaurants. The breakfast is a little limited, but across the pedestrian road is their sister hotel, the Sura Hagia Sofia, which has a wider selection, and you can eat there at no extra cost if you want to spend more time over breakfast. They upgraded my room without request, and the staff are incredibly helpful if you need advice on getting around.

The location was really great. Just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious. And lastly, the staffs were really helpful and friendly.

Almost everything was perfect. Except the rooms were very hot. We tried to turn off the heaters. But it turned back on automatically after a few minutes and heated up the room too much that it was hard to sleep. We had to call the reception 3 times to fix it and finally keep the heater off totally.
