The room was very very clean and spacious and I was given room upgrade during the check-in which was really appreciated and thanks for that. I hope the rooms can be renovated since for me it was really outdated if I compare the way how the hotel lobby look like. Hotel location was good as well which is nearby the main tourist area.

Air conditioning seems to be non-existent even though it was running and only hot air was coming out of it. I did not use the spa and gym facilities. The hotel room service food prices are way more expensive which I'm not sure why. Apparently Istanbul are not cheap anymore since food prices around the hotel area with good google ratings reaching 30 euros per person.

Hotel has great location near grand bazaar and other sights. It can be relaxed in nice spa, sauna, pool, massage, hamam. Also breakfast is very good prepared, very diverse, omlette from the kitchen stuff is the best one. Stuff is polite, kind, helpful..

breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast hamam and spa facilities were excellent room was clean everyone speaks good English after checks out they even locked our luggage is a secure room with a camera so we can stroll Istanbul for a couple of more hours. they booked us taxis for reasonable prices too.

I’m not sure how maybe vents but whenever the next door rooms smoked cigarettes we could smell it in our room and even hear them very clearly. but I can’t complain much- hotel was super cheap.

The hotel is in the centrum 5 minutes walking to Grand Bazzar, the tram 2 minutes walking to the station.We stayed for 7 days at 4th floor room 422 which the room is big and comfortable and you have mirrors everywhere,Tv and air-conditioned and the mattress very comfy..The balcony is big!The daily housekeeping with always clean towels!!I strongly recommend it!!The Breakfast is full of options!!At the reception Murat was very polite and he give us a lot of information and always welcome with a smile to help us!!!The hotel has spa to relax for free!Definitely we will come back!

Nothing everything was perfect!

Location was very good and central, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The cleaning staff was great and the room was spacious. And surprisingly they even had gluten free rolls for breakfast and were able to offer vegan alternatives.

The ‘spa’ is not really a spa you spend a day in. No areas to lay down. It’s really just a sauna, steam room and a swimming pool, that’s not suitable for swimming, as it’s small and square. Looks more like a bit bigger hot tub. Inside the room it was advertised that the room service is 24/7 available. We wanted to order once and just received the information ‘that that is wrong’, room service was only available until 2pm.

Nice hotel, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Our room was upgraded, so we had a room with a beautiful view onto the mosque. We got clean towels, bottles of water, coffee every day. The room was really comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They reserved us a Bosphorus boat tour which was amazing. The breakfast was perfect, wide variaty of cold and hot morning food. The spa is small and it is free only until 18:00, but we had a good time there. In the neighbourhood there are shops, restaurants and the Hagia Sophia is about 15 minutes walk. Behind the mosque opposite to the hotel there is a small street full of bookstores which I liked very much.

The location of the hotel was perfect! Only steps from the Grand Bazaar, clean, efficient public transport (tram) with a beautiful perk Gurlan only 3 stops away! The manager of the hotel made me feel right at home and indeed like a princess….room upgrade with balcony view of a mosque, a fresh fruit plate on arrival, etc. He answered every question I had and acted as a wonderful tour guide. The breakfast buffet is very sumptuous! The pool, sauna and steam room were an additional bonus!

The van service I used wasn’t allowed on the partially pedestrian street where the hotel is so we had to walk a bit with luggage.

A Wonderful Stay at Beyaz Saray & Spa I recently stayed at Beyaz Saray & Spa and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, BIG + for Mr. Murat ! Check-in was smooth and quick, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless, and I loved the luxurious toiletries they provided. The hotel’s location is perfect—centrally located with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.
