The location is excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Saleh was exceptional. House keeping also very efficient The check in was also very quick and they accommodated us very well

Actually nothing I can point a finger at. Only one issue was that one room we were given was a smoking room but they were quick to offer alternatives

Location is great, practically on Istiklal street where the trams run between Galetta Tower and Taksim Square. If yu nip through the side walk ( be careful of the motor bikes you use it and seem to own it!) by the Pera Museum -you are in front of the Patatas eatery - and they are goood! One Jacket potato will feed 2-3! Our room was a connecting room, classed as Family connecting room, and overlooked the football stadium. One of the tallest buildings in the area - so get a great view especially from the roof top, which has a bar, seating and a few sunbeds and small pool - with views from each area. There is a Michelin Star restaurant on the floor below. Room service was always quick and accommodating, breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. My kids were tempted with the Toblerone and Oreos ( their favourites ) in the desk top - but were a bit surprised with the condoms also available and on display! The reception staff were OK, but having travelled through Turkey and stayed in 7 hotel - I find the smaller hotels far more friendly and smiley. 7-10 mins walk downhill to metro station or tunnel tram.

Both our bathrooms were small, but the Double bedroom was particularly teeny. It is an old hotel, that has been done up, and they have done what they can with the bathroom, opening up with mirrors everywhere- but it is small.

We stayed 4 nights at the Marmara Pera and found it to be a very good hotel. The rooms are clean and if you are lucky enough to be given a room on the 17th floor the views are stunning with panoramic windows. We had a family connecting room which worked well as a family of five. The bed was super comfortable and huge. Breakfast was not extensive but it was good and had some variety every day. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent. It is 10 mins walk from Galata Tower, about 15min walk from Karakoy ferry port and 5 mins from the metro. Istiklal Street is literally a 1 min walk and about 15mins from Taksim Square so it’s a very good base to see most sights and fairly easy to get to Sultanahmet/Fatih area.

Downsides: If you visit on a weekend it is really close to some sort of nightclub which plays music incredibly loudly till about 3am. We visited Friday through to Tuesday and I did not get much sleep Friday/Saturday. The rest of the days were good but if there was a way to soundproof the rooms that would have helped. Also furniture is slightly dated and on our last night there was a horrible smell of the sewers in the bathroom. No time to get that sorted since we were flying back first thing the next morning so it didn’t affect our stay as much as it could have. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again (maybe not on a weekend though).

Great location for visiting all the sites, shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast and lunch (delicious) plus dinner also available. Nice lounge area. Comfortable room although on the small side. Very clean and beautiful view of the city/Bosphorus

We visited in March when temperatures were similar to the UK. Therefore the heating was on (throughout the hotel) and the air conditioning unavailable. Our room was far too hot even with the heating off, an additional fan on and the window open. Managed to sleep under a sheet only. The temperature was fine in the rest of the hotel but the rooms seem exceptionally hot

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, very nice view and the breakfast offered a nice variety. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The only small suggestion would be to modernize the bathroom, as it felt a little outdated and the toilet water system and flush toilet did not always work properly.

The view from the room was breathtaking and most of the staff very friendly. Breakfast complete and fresh. Loved their pastry selection. Location as well was excellent, close to multiple sightseeing and with easy connection to taxis and public transport.

The room didn't have enough plugs and all were far from the mirrors. There was one in the toilet but wasn't strong enough for my hair tools. For women might be a little bit of a struggle but nothing major. Also, the room was a bit dusty in some areas.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Breathtaking room view, breathtaking view from the top with the pool. From the pool you watch directly to the Galata tower. Amazinggg! Bed is so comfortable. WOW! Breakfast was perfect and staff are very kind and helpful people. It is located very near Taksim and you have a metro station literally 3 minutes from the hotel and tram station 5-6 minutes from the hotel. All recommendations for everyone. BEST HOTEL! ❤️❤️❤️

Located in a busy part of Beyoglu, close to numerous bars/pubs/restaurants and shopping area. As the tallest hotel in the area the view from the roof top restaurant is amazing. The roof top restaurant is very nice, great food and service. A bit overpriced as all roof top restaurants, but worth it. The room we had was 15th floor. The last 3 floors are part of Club Pera so if you want a room with a view , book one of those. The room was big with a very comfortable bed. Basic furniture, slightly old but in good shape. The bathroom is big and the amenities are plenty. The breakfast was in the downstairs restaurant. Good choice of food. I would have liked better coffee. The automatic machine is not ideal. The course I attended at the hotel was well catered and their business facilities are very good.

I’m just nitpicking: -More coffee options ( filter/french press). -The access cards keep deactivating

Ir was great, really liked the hotel: accommodation, service, breakfast - all was perfect. I had stayed in the hotel about 10 years ago and was very pleased to stay in it this time. The quality remains very strong on all aspects! Thanks to everyone who helped us feel special and enjoy every minute of our stay on Marmara Pera!

Everything was perfect! You can hear disco on Friday and Saturday nights , but a. This has nothing to do with the hotel, b. This is part of the scene - it's feels great, and we just slept after day's walks.
