Great customer service, the person at reception gave us the best room possible. The room was clean and the location was very central, close to the Burj and to everything else in the city centre. Room had a good view of the Burj, and it was quiet.

The room looked a little bit old and dated. The toilets seemed to have extremely hot water only, it was very difficult to have a shower or just wash your face with water at a non scalding hot temperature. We also ordered a meal from the restaurant downstairs and the food was really average. Edible, but on the verge of bad.

This place is simply amazing! The staff is incredibly kind and client-oriented. (Saber provided us an upgrade of our room). We could see the Burj Khalifa from our balcony!! The apartment is absolutely clean, and the cleaning personnel (mainly Mehrdad) pays attention to every detail. The hotel has all the comforts included in the price, gym, spa, and outdoor swimming pool. We could not choose better. Very good quality-price choice!

great value, great place, good treatment by staff

I stayed for 13 days in a City view “deluxe room” with kitchennett & balcony (70 sqm). My room was super clean and surely Spacious. Housekeeping was spotless, my room was tidy every day. The location is “wow”, it is a 1 minute walk to Dubai mall (leading to China town). Super markets are closeby (mini Waitrose & Fair Mart) and a pharmacy as well. Social Distrikt (dining hall & entertainment hub) is a 2 minutes walk only. . Reception staff were polite and helpful. Housekeeping staff did a good job, every day. Mr. Ali (Pakistani) from porterage was super super helpful. Mr Mohammed (Egyptian) from reception was super accommodating. . The fridge in my initially allocated room was not functioning properly and reached (13 °C), it was like an ice box than a cooling fridge, i requested a repair but receptionist changed the room to a better one. The better room was cosy with a homey feel and surely with a well functioning fridge. . I will be back next year to Damac

Everything was excellent. The facilities, food and staff are top notch. Nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay in Dubai thanks to the Damac Maison staff. We stayed in room 1809 which has a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. Staff were great breakfast team were amazing. Front house Abigail was brilliant who welcomed us at night and advised us about the area really well (Hope you enjoy the Diljit Concert!!). Service staff Ithishaar ( sorry if I got name wrong) very helpful to my family spoke Hindi /Urdu English fluently. Everyone was great room was amazing 3 bathrooms 2 which contain shower/bathtub. Great view with wrap around balcony. Washing machine,, dish washer ( no dishwasher tablets) fridge freezer and kitchen with 4 burner hob. 2 AC units serving bedrooms and the sitting/diner room. TVs had Chromecast which was useful for kids to share pics of day including watching YouTube. Dubai mall is less than 5 min walk Burj Khalifa 15min walk with kids through the Dubai mall and fountains also. If visiting Burj go to lower ground food court and then you will find at the top Burj. We went for 9am in October. Empty queues we saw the queues later and wow must be hour long. Go early enjoy the views in peace and take lots of pics!

I like everything about the property, specially the hotel staff. From the receptionist specially Abigail!! to the bell boys, to the restaurant staffs, they are all great, always ready and happy to serve and help. Our room was amazing, i was not expecting how big our room is, it was complete, living room, dining room with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 baths, and a balcony and bedroom window view of the Burj Khalifa!!! Wow! The room smells amazing from day 1 to day 5! The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall, and there is convenient store behind the property. I would stay here over and over given a chance! Very highly recommended!! Amazing place with Amazing Hotel staff!
