Noise from Construction works + bellows not comfortable + AC fan not that much stronger

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Since it was established in September, everything is brand new. The room has excellent amenities. The lighting control in the room is great. The TV offers many channels. The food at the hotel is outstanding. I had butter chicken, pizza, burgers, and spaghetti twice. Ahmed and Shaden are very kind, and everyone is always smiling. Breakfast is good. The pool is nice. The location of the hotel is excellent. Polite and organized drivers are always available at the entrance. The bathroom is fantastic and very clean. The service is exceptional. I can't find a single negative point. I will definitely come back again because I enjoy my time here. It truly feels like home.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly, polite, kind. They try to solve any problem you have, very communicative and always smiling. The room was very neat, tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady did her job very well every day. The greatest thing of all, was the breakfast at the hotel. The chef made fresh egg omlette in front of you with your choice of additional ingridients. Breakfast for all tastes and ages.

There is not much sun at the pool after 12 am. Otherwise the pool is great, but becomes cold and shadowed very early in the day.

This hotel is only 5 months old as of March 2025, and was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and nice. The hotel is also close to several mini supermarkets for purchasing snacks, fruits, and drinks, but not close to public transportation or authentic local cuisine. The hotel has a nice fitness room, pool, etc., and the staff were very helpful. It's next to Holiday Inn Express and some other similar hotels. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a unique experience at the Hilton Garden in the Business Bay hotel. It is a fairly quiet hotel and is centrally located. For example, by taxi you can reach the Dubai Mall in 10 minutes and the airport in 15 minutes. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Especially Ronnel who welcomed me warmly every morning at breakfast and came to have a nice chat. You really notice that they show interest! Furthermore, the rooms are excellent and you are not bothered by the traffic from outside. The rooms are also very clean and they are thoroughly cleaned every day. For example, if you have not (yet) indicated that the room needs to be cleaned, there is always someone from housekeeping, such as Nazir who offers it, or for example bottles of water. Had a very nice experience! Really recommended!

We stayed for three nights and had a great time.Everyone, without any expectations, is truly friendly and welcoming. Although we made a mistake with the booking our room was changed (upgraded) without debating and without extra charge. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Special thanks to Rahul who cared for a spotless clean room twice a day! The hotel is located in the “middle” of the city from where you conveniently can reach any destination in Dubai. Thanks to the concierge team which always helped getting a taxi in no time. Great breakfast with a wide variation of food and an amazingly friendly team (including chefs and waitresses).

Everything was perfect. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. The room was big, very nice bathroom, everything clean. Nice restaurant next to the pool, in the evening you can have a shisha. Delicious non alcoholic cocktails. Pool was definitely a big bonus, no problem with a space, fresh towels and very kind lifeguards. Gym, little playground do the kids, next to pool. Breakfast - no problem to find anything what you like, very good coffee. Staff in front of hotel always open doors when a taxi arrives to pick us up. In general this hotel is a very high standard for the price you pay. 35 min walking to Dubai Mall. And in our opinion it’s worth to walk to admire the architecture and lights at night. Shops and some restaurants next to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay, than you for the high personal culture in this place.

The hotel is very good. The car entrance can be a bit unclear for taxis, so we guided them upon arrival. A sign might help with this. The hotel is very clean and well-organized. The lobby is small but modern, with drinks available for arriving guests, which is a nice touch. The staff is always smiling, especially at breakfast, which is so important. Breakfast was good. I ordered spaghetti one night and really enjoyed it. I was suffering from a cold, but staying here made me feel better. The room was spacious with a nice view, and the pool was great. Overall, I’m happy with my choice after doing a lot of research.

Aya, Sama, Rasool are just a few of the personnel that we could remember the names. All the personnel we came into contact were kind, helpful and with similing faces.. The lady who was welcoming us for breakfast was also great ( Sorry , we forgot to take her name).. Also the personnel by the main entrance were always ready to help us.. We felt like home. Clean and comfortable rooms.. Breakfast was good with many choices.. Coffee was good quality.. Lifts were operating very efficiently without keeping us waiting long.. We would stay there once more without hesitation and would recommend others to stay there.

Dubai is an awesome city and very well designed. So everyplace is close to somewhere. But this hotel is very close to the center and famous Dubai Mall (10 minutes by car or taxi). The location is very good, but the city is very big, so it would be good to rent a car. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Sufiyan and Aya ( I hope I write the names right) was so helpful during our stay. The hotel was very clean you can feel the Hilton quality. And the prices are ideal.

Breakfast was very delicious, but it would be nice to see a little more variety in breakfast & whole food menu. But I understand that it is a business hotel.
