The location of the hotel is very peaceful and with a very nice panaroma. The access to the beach and the open air breakfast with a sea view was excellent. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is very satisfactory. First time we stayed in the palm and it was quite an experience to live the two sides of Dubai.

Not something I'd like to specifically underline because all the staff was more than helpful during our stay; but we had one upsetting experience. We stayed in this hotel with our 7 months old baby, and only at our first night, we had some trouble making our baby sleep for around an hour. Right after we managed to make her sleep, we were very surprised to see our door being knocked. Two staff member told me that the neighbor guests complained about the noise and we should stop our baby crying. All the parents would understand how stupid this warning is in many aspects. Firstly, this is not a music speaker, this is a baby, and we are clearly not enjoying at all waking up at night for this. And secondly, those guys almost woke up again our baby who we very hardly put to sleep.

The property was amazing beautiful beachfront access. Very clean. Exceptional restaurants

There was a couple of shuttle rides to shopping mall destinations but it would have been great to have a shuttle throughout the Palm to visit Atlantis and Nadeem Mall to then use the monorail and public transport.

The location was fabulous for those who want a quite place to sit around and relax in front of the beach. A bit out of the way if you want to get into town to do the touristy things like Burj Khalifa etc but we made it work as we loved the resort style of this place and the private beach access. I'd definitely stay again and figure out something else for breakfast as £30 per person per day is ridiculous. The other great thing about this hotel is the friendly staff and service level of taking your bags to your room to everyone working in the on-site restaurants. Even requesting complementary room items like water etc was superb!! No matter how much it was always given.

Breakfast at £30 a day is super expensive. I understand its buffet style however there is only so much one can eat. So this is way overly priced. It's the one thing I really did not like about the hotel/resort and really needs to be reviewed to make it more amicable for the guests.

Breakfast could offer non halal sausage/bacon like other Dubai hotels.

We had the beach next to us, all the staff but especially from the breakfast and the valets were AMAZING! The food was good, great variety. Quiet and nice location for beach time.

It did not feel like a 5 stars hotel. The sunbeds and the towels were old and the towels would break apart. The bathroom would leak water after we took a shower and the fridge was making noise, we had to place something on top of it to stop making the noise. The iron was very cheap and old, it looked like our clothes were the same as before and when I put water inside the whole iron table was soaking wet because of all the water that leaked from the iron.

The general vibe of the hotel was good. Breakfast was acceptable, staff very friendly and the pool + private beach adds a nice layer to the experience. The regular buses to malls also were a great addition

Really only one thing is annoying. It takes at least 20 minutes by car to get to the "beginning" of the palm, plus there are no public transport options, other than a taxi. Where we paid like 70 AED for a trip to Jumeira beach, the metro+tram+monorail cost like 9AED. So it is very far from anything.

I am glad that I had the luck and the inspiration to choose this hotel! All my time of stay 11-18 September 2024 I enjoyed all the superlative hotel services! The description of the hotel on Booking.com corresponds 100% to reality. All the staff are very professional and respectful! Exemplary cleanliness and the breakfast is very rich, high quality and for all tastes! Here I also note Mrs. Thu zhar for her pleasant manner to behave towards the breakfast customers. Upon my arrival on the night of September 11, 2024 service staff respectively gentlemen Mike Kevin, Zahid, Sameer they had an extraordinary attitude in a small incident I had with the taxi driver who brought me from the airport. I thought later that they defended me as the men in my family would have done! The beach is private and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, clean and well maintained! And here I want to note from the staff Messrs. Azeem and Suranga who took care to make me feel good at the beach. And let's not forget the manager Salma, whom I met in the elevator, with her beautiful smile and wanting all the hotel guests to feel good! All chapters score 10! For these reasons, I decided to stay another week, respectively September 18-25, 2024 at this hotel! As a synthesis Here is Heaven!

The room was spotlessly clean, the cleaners were fantastic providing prompt, efficient daily room turnovers. Great selection of food at breakfast and the staff were amazing, so friendly and happy to help. The shuttle bus service to three malls is an excellent feature. Lifeguards at the pool and beach were great too and greeted us daily with a smile.

The only issue for us was the location as we found it too far away from things we wanted to do, but we aware this cannot be helped.

I upgraded my room to a sea view room at 8th floor with extra AED 400 for 4 nights. I would say it was worth to do so as the view was amazing. But some of the hotel could do the free upgrade when it is available in the late evening. The breakfast also have the unique view outside when it is not windy. I had free transportation from airport to the hotel, made my first day after 8 hours long flight.

some busy hours, the breakfast is not available to have a seat. we have to wait.

The hotel was first class! The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was wonderful.

The location was very awkward. It was far from the city and there were no conveniences near by. There was no public transportation and only a shuttle bus to a mall that was limited. I would choose a closer hotel next time.
