Yevgeny, woman who orginized shutter bus trip to the beach were great. Beach was great as well. We enjoyed our time.

The staff was great; helpful, kind and attentive. If You need smth. they do it in senconds. For example, at 2.am there was problem in barhroom, they sent master after 5 minutes and he fixed all. Boys in the reception were good as well, especially Yevgeny, he helped us in all issues all the time. But some of them Adam. Orhan weren't helpful.. No smile, no kindness no help no will of help

We upgraded to a Superior room with Marina View and Balcony 2 weeks in advance but wasn’t available at arrival. This is something that should be available if upgraded and proposed by the hotel itself.

Sanoop and Bushra are very caring employees, thanks to them, the first bad impression we received changed.

We have visited this hotel many times and were satisfied, we did not like Kanan's behavior at all from the staff, it was clear from the behavior that our nationality was the reason, and I don't think it is appropriate to have a racist employee in such a good hotel.

The view from the room was breathtaking. The room had everything we could wish for. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very nice. The location is good, in Dubai Marina - you step out of the hotel and you're in Dubai Marina. There's a supermarket nearby. There's an Indian-Pakistani restaurant just 50 meters from the hotel where the food is great, highly recommended.

Although there wasn't anything we didn't like, one suggestion would be for the hotel to offer towels for guests visiting other beaches besides Soluna Beach. This could enhance convenience, especially for a 4-star hotel.

The location and shuttle service

There was a very rude and racist reception worker that made us wait for over 3 hours because they were supposably cleaning the room...Kanan was his name. However Bushra helped us get the room after such a long wait time

Great location just off the Marina, but quiet at night to get rest. Bed was so comfortable, couldn't believe how much we slept! Our room was at the very top(32 floors) but lifts were good and frequent, there were 6. Only once did we have to wait more than a couple of minutes ( it was peak time for meals). Front desk staff were all so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area, very professional and smiling. We got a great breakfast take-away on our last day as we had an early start for the airport transfer. Very busy at night, a lot of traffic around rush hour( up to 7pm) so allow plenty of time if you plan to visit evening attractions by car. The Marina is just a short walk across the road. Plenty of different food outlets to choose from that weren't expensive, all nationalities catered for. It was great to have free shuttle bus and free access to the Soluna Beach Club, a 25 minute transfer. This was a great bonus. Also, we opted for halfboard which meant we could dine for free in 12 other venues around the city. You were also given the choice to have lunch(where offered) instead of an evening meal. The Japanese (Ikigai) and Brazillian (Santè Ria) were both really worth a visit, and we had fabulous free course meals in both. Shame we ran out of time to try more! The hotel breakfast buffet, offered om 2 floors, was fabulous, so much choice! About 20 different fruits. Hot food a d omelette cooked order. Try different bread options to choose from. Probably one of the best fresh breakfadt buffets I have eaten, plenty of choice, fresh and clean. We needed a phar.acy while we were in Dubai and there was a large one just 100m away, attached to a big corner store that sold everything for luggage weights, to swim whear and chocolate Santas! All the toiletries you could ask for. Plenty of snacks available, but no alcohol. 0

The pool was a disappointment compared to the photos on booking.com. It was very small and often shaded by the tall buildings around.

Great location at the back of the marina - ideal for getting out of the marina without hitting the traffic by car, you can walk into the marina in a couple of minutes and use the e-bikes and scooters to travel around the marina. You can walk to JBR. Hotel itself is nice - staff are super helpful. They managed to get us in a room early as we arrived at 9am. Breakfast is good plenty of options. Rooms were comfy and big enough.

Wardrobes and some furniture dated and could do with a refit. Same as the bathroom and shower.

It was all excellent, maybe the only minor element of disappointment would be the swimming pool situated on the third floor. While it is great to have such a site facility, and remember that they have a big swimming pool area at Soluna beach, it's a bit small and basic. However, you won't even need to use it if you go to Soluna, and it's a nice thing to have on a lazy day. So I won't be removing points for this.

My stay was awesome. During my booking, I requested room on the highest floor if available since my booking site/app didn't offer it, so I reached the hotel early in the morning/midnight on Dec 12th. During my check-in, I asked, and it wasn't available at the moment, but the guy who help me,(his name starts with "E", I'm horrible with names but he was really nice)said I could use the room for the day. There was availability the next day,( he said he will a note under my room since he works night sifts), so they put on the 20th floor from the third no extra charges, which was awesome. Second, I got to my hotel past 2 am. due to flying from the US. I was hungry, the receptionist Mr. E(LOL, sorry about the name)he suggested about the bar having to serve food, but it was too late. MR.E recommended the nearest convince store, which was open 24*7, which was not even a block away. I was scared to walk alone due to solo traveler and first night in Dubai. He offered to walk with me, but I noticed the lady receptionist smirk and made a face so I felt awkward, I didn't want to put anyone in trouble while Mr.E was just being a gentleman and genuine who was trying to help so I thanked him and went on my own at 2:30-3 am. Also, I extended my stay for 2 more days, but before doing it, I verified with the front desk to see if they would accommodate the same room with better prices, which they did.(I requested the receptionist "Naqeeb" if I'm not wrong. Again sorry but I remember his face.😊)He helped me by adding notes under my room until the next day so I could extend my airline tickets and I don't lose the room price he offered me. Overall, the staff and the experience was nice except the lady receptionist who laughed, but it's ok, I understand. No hard feelings, I was on vacation, and she's a stranger to me. So I don't care.

Good value for money, good location, awesome half-board concept when you can choose from a dozen of restaurants all around Dubai. Special mention to the coffe shop girl Kanchan Bajagain who was extremely nice and went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure me and my wife have all we need. Amazing service!

I booked a club room to have access to the club lounge only to learn at the check-in that the club lounge is closed for renovation. I was told I could have those club drinks in the restaurant but I don't care about drinks. The beach club was also closed but that one we were not interested in.
