The location is excellent—right next to the metro and close to the Museum of the Future. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city. I really enjoyed the infinity pool with skyline views. The staff were amazing—Riyaz from Concierge was super helpful, and Anjlina at Reception made check-in smooth and pleasant. Overall, a great experience with very good value for money.

Check-in took a bit longer than expected due to high guest volume. Also, during peak times, the elevators were slow, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety, especially for longer stays.

It provided a peaceful oasis overlooking the city and was a favourite spot for our children to unwind. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Staff & Service Reception & Arrival We were greeted warmly by Radia and Kaung at the front desk. Their friendliness and efficiency made check‑in seamless and welcoming. ❌ WE DONT ENJOY THE FOOD AND SAME TYPE OF FOOD SERVED EVERYDAY. We had booked full board, and the same kind of food was served repeated daily, which wasn't good. We were unfamiliar with the cuisines in the buffet and initially left our kids hesitant. However, the staff in the restaurant were exceptional, especially Nisha & Honey, who were incredibly attentive—always explaining dishes and making sure our children had something they could enjoy. Upon our request, Rodson, the restaurant supervisor, went above and beyond: when suitable options were limited, he arranged for French fries so the kids could eat happily—an incredibly thoughtful gesture.

The property was very cozy and elegant. Thet had given us a very nice room overlooking the Museum of the Future and Burj Khalifa.

The TV network wasn't working. We called to ask for help regarding the network but nobody came to fix it.

We ordered some items like brushes and all it took them 1 hr to bring it probably bcz of the lunch cooking hours but they should have given a heads up... Others than that theybwere very welcomig

The women staff especially like Dina who don't even acknowledge you if you are standing right infront of them. And another woman staff who was rude to her colleague while I was stood there when he asked her to check me out. She told him to shut his mouth in her language.

I would like to express my immense happiness with my stay at this wonderful hotel. My experience here was filled with comfort and excellence, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I want to thank Aisha, Ahmed, and Mohammed at the reception for their warm welcome and professionalism. They were always smiling and ready to assist me with anything I needed, making me feel right at home. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager, Mina, who contributed to creating such a welcoming and warm environment. His leadership and dedication to the team greatly reflected on my experience. I am truly grateful for everything and look forward to returning to this amazing place soon!

room was not ok in the first stage, but Mr. Saif who is very kind and understanding person has changed the room for us and was really good. appreciate his support. breakfast was good. location is good as well.

at the evening, I came back to the hotel but I forgot my hand bag in my car, so I have requested the room service to get it for me from the valet, very nicely they accepted my request and they brought it to the room. after 15 minutes I want down to have a walk. someone from the room service, get in the room and open the same bag they brought to me ( I am sure) and to cover the action they closed the curtain and rearranged the sheet on the bad to give me the feeling that they came in to clean the room but it is not some empty bottles and other things they did not throw. if for security or safty reason they might ask me to open and it for them or they can check it by the scan. anyhow, I have nothing to worry but just to let you know that I knew what happen.

The hotel’s location is phenomenal, with a metro station right in front of the exit and grocery stores, restaurants, and various shops within a three-minute walk. The rooms, especially those on the lower floors, show some signs of wear. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d rate the breakfast menu 7 out of 10; it offers a wide variety but is average in quality, making it acceptable overall. The spa and infinity pool are nice, with decent views. However, the shower water takes about 15 minutes of constant running to warm up. Additionally, housekeeping sometimes overlooks requests and doesn’t clean rooms as instructed.

Thank you to the restaurant staff for being so kind and affectionate toward our child. I apologize if our child seemed shy or unfriendly. We’d also like to thank the housekeeper—especially the staff member from the Philippines whom we spoke to on our first day—who was incredibly kind and took excellent care of us. The view from the high floor was amazing as well.

There was a day when we asked for a toothbrush several times and it didn't arrive promptly—but everyone was so sweet that we could forgive it. We booked a twin room, but we found a double bed with a small mattress—why was that? Does the hotel even offer true twin rooms? Still, we really have no major complaints. The staff were kind, and it was just a decent, pleasant hotel overall.

My hotel got cancelled due to a human error I couldn’t check in had to look for alternative until I found this hotel tower plaza and went to Staff radia was excellent she dealt with my queries immediately she sorted my stay out in no time couldn’t be more grateful enough all staff was excellent they looked after us and only one phone call away press 0 and the staff come up to the room Cleaners were good too,

The only thing which put me off was the window needs cleaning located at the 64 th floor so I couldn’t take a good photo as the windows were quite dirty and Smokey had to put an extra filter on snap lol
